The article discusses the possibility of using a new digital automated medical hardware complex which ensures health control of energy enterprise personnel. The considered complex consists of separate functional devices. Thanks to their technical characteristics a high reliability of the registered physiological parameters of the examined workers can be obtained. Thus, we get high reliability of personnel health monitoring. The automated complex carries out digital data processing. According to this data the prognostic state of the employee is issued. It plays a key role in improving safety at electric power enterprises, reduces the risk of accidents caused by personnel.

In the past several years many, if not most, observatory microphotometers have been made or adapted to give digital output. At the same time, astronomers have been faced with the task of specifying exactly all the folk lore and experience necessary to reduce microphotometer output, so that the task can be performed by a computer. In addition to the speed and accuracy gains therefore, we have also been obliged to separate the subjective from the objective in this processing, and this may be the most important improvement of all.Knowing that many other observatories have developed similar programming systems, this paper presumably does not contain much that is startlingly new, but it is hoped that it may promote the exchange of ideas desirable to overcome common difficulties and avoid duplication (or multiplication) of effort.

Digital processing of the recorded point clouds on innovative surfaces could facilitate the operator’s planning of the metrological process and give more freedom in the assessment of the surface texture. The current state of knowledge about surface characteristics, precision and quality of measurements and especially the repeatability of measurements – not only in the laboratory environment but also in the industry pose a big challenge. The paper presents research works related to the identification of the impact of the method of acquisition point clouds using digital data processing on surface texture. The main assumption of the paper was to carry out, according to the prepared plan of the experiment, the series of sample measurements with the use of the optical measuring systems AltiSurf A520 in the Laboratory of Surface Topography at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. The next task was to determine the impact of the digital data processing strategy in order to identify the significance of the impact (conditions and methods of filtration), which in practice largely determines the repeatability and reproducibility of the parameter values of the geometry surface structure.

The approaches to demand management by active consumers through forming a given schedule of power consumption in the required period of time based on the solution of the optimization problem in the form of maximizing the power of connected controlled electric receivers of various types are presented. The model of demand management by active consumers is justified, taking into account the following factors: load sensitivity for connecting a transformer substation to a change in consumer load; load priority; consistent load reduction levels with flexible performance and power control; permissible set of electric receivers in accordance with the technological process, network schedule, other logical conditions corresponding to adjacency lists. An algorithm has been developed for limiting power on the part of active consumers based on the widespread use of digital data processing technologies, modern technical means of measurement, control and switching of end consumers in real time. The presented research results indicate the validity of the demand management method by active consumers in the normal mode of intelligent electric power systems and the possibility of its practical implementation in an industrial enterprise with reference to the technological process.

The frequency sampling theorem is developed and interpreted for a function of frequency which was sampled either directly or indirectly by spectral identification techniques. An example of the results of time aliasing when the frequency resolution is too coarse is presented. A generalized window is developed which implements a zoom inverse discrete Fourier transform for avoiding undesirable time aliasing effects.
