In this paper, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of solutions for Riemann–Liouville fractional integro-differential equations equipped with fractional nonlocal multi-point and strip boundary conditions in the weighted space. The methods of our study include the well-known tools of the fixed point theory, which are commonly applied to establish the existence theory for the initial and boundary value problems after converting them into the fixed point problems. We also discuss the case when the nonlinearity depends on the Riemann–Liouville fractional integrals of the unknown function. Numerical examples illustrating the main results are presented.

AbstractThis paper is concerned with the solvability of coupled nonlinear fractional differential equations of different orders supplemented with nonlocal coupled boundary conditions on an arbitrary domain. The tools of the fixed point theory are applied to obtain the criteria ensuring the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the problem at hand. Examples illustrating the main results are presented.

We present in this work the existence results and uniqueness of solutions for a class of boundary value problems of terminal type for fractional differential equations with the Hilfer–Katugampola fractional derivative. The reasoning is mainly based upon different types of classical fixed point theory such as the Banach contraction principle and Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem. We illustrate our main findings, with a particular case example included to show the applicability of our outcomes.

AbstractThis paper is devoted to a system of nonlinear impulsive differential equations with three-point boundary conditions. The Green function is constructed and considered original problem is reduced to the equivalent impulsive integral equations. Sufficient conditions are found for the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the boundary value problems for the first order nonlinear system of the impulsive ordinary differential equations with three-point boundary conditions. The Banach fixed point theorem is used to prove the existence and uniqueness of a solution of the problem and Schaefer’s fixed point theorem is used to prove the existence of a solution of the problem under consideration. We illustrate the application of the main results by two examples.

In this paper, we study existence and uniqueness of solutions for a system of Caputo-Hadamard fractional differential equations supplemented with multi-point boundary conditions. Our results are based on some classical fixed point theorems such as Banach contraction mapping principle, Leray-Schauder fixed point theorems. At last, we have presented two examples for the illustration of main results.

This paper studies the existence of solutions for a system of coupled hybrid fractional differential equations. We make use of the standard tools of the fixed point theory to establish the main results. The existence and uniqueness result is elaborated with the aid of an example.

In this paper, we establish some conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the monotonic solutions for nonhomogeneous systems of first-order linear differential equations, by using a result of the fixed points theory for sequentially complete gauge spaces.

AbstractWe study a fractional integro-differential equation subject to multi-point boundary conditions: $$\left\{\begin{array}{l} D^\alpha_{0^+} u(t)+f(t,u(t),Tu(t),Su(t))=b,\ t\in(0,1),\\u(0)=u^\prime(0)=\cdots=u^{(n-2)}(0)=0,\\ D^p_{0^+}u(t)|_{t=1}=\sum\limits_{i=1}^m a_iD^q_{0^+}u(t)|_{t=\xi_i},\end{array}\right.$$where $\alpha\in (n-1,n],\ n\in \textbf{N},\ n\geq 3,\ a_i\geq 0,\ 0<\xi_1<\cdots<\xi_m\leq 1,\ p\in [1,n-2],\ q\in[0,p],b>0$. By utilizing a new fixed point theorem of increasing $\psi-(h,r)-$ concave operators defined on special sets in ordered spaces, we demonstrate existence and uniqueness of solutions for this problem. Besides, it is shown that an iterative sequence can be constructed to approximate the unique solution. Finally, the main result is illustrated with the aid of an example.

AbstractIn this paper, we examine the consequences of existence, uniqueness and stability of a multi-point boundary value problem defined by a system of coupled fractional differential equations involving Hadamard derivatives. To prove the existence and uniqueness, we use the techniques of fixed point theory. Stability of Hyers-Ulam type is also discussed. Furthermore, we investigate variations of the problem in the context of different boundary conditions. The current results are verified by illustrative examples.

We investigate a nonlinear system of pantograph-type fractional differential equations (FDEs) via Caputo-Hadamard derivative (CHD). We establish the conditions for existence theory and Ulam-Hyers-type stability for the underlying boundary value system (BVS) of FDE. We use Krasnoselskii’s and Banach’s fixed point theorems to obtain the desired results for the existence of solution. Stability is an important aspect from a numerical point of view we investigate here. To justify the main work, relevant examples are provided.
