Countries with positive per capita real growth are characterised by positive national savings—including government savings, increases in government investment, and strong increases in private savings and investment. On the other hand, countries with negative per capita real growth tend to be characterised by declines in savings and investment. During the past several decades, Kenya’s emerging economy has undergone many changes and economic performance has been epitomised by periods of stability, decline, or unevenness. This article discusses and analyses the record of economic performance and public finance in Kenya during the period 1960‒2010, as well as policies and other factors that have influenced that record in this emerging economy.

The article proves the need to "return" the state to the economy in order to implement digital mobilization and form a new mechanism of public administration, including the article analyzes the key conditions for Russia’s transition to the path of "advanced development", reveals not only the content of the levels of the digital sphere, but also its end-to-end digital technologies, all the challenges and threats generated by the development of the digital economy, examines the need and possibility of Russia’s movement to the sixth technological order, provides an algorithm for the transition to the phase of a new long wave (the big or Kondratiev cycle).

The Internet has become a central place for protest communication: the organization of protest actions, the networking of potential activists, the dissemination of information, the calling for participation in protest actions, and the mobilization of support for protest concerns. All these and other practices have migrated from the analog to the digital sphere of publicity on the Internet. Thus the forms and strategies of public protest and activism have also changed and expanded. The article traces the special conditions of protest mobilization on the Internet. Against this background it examines different types of activist online videos with their specific audiovisual rhetorical strategies.
