In this research, it is aimed to examine the leadership capacity and organizational citizenship levels belong to the teachers working in some schools and the relationship between them. Relational survey design was used in this research. In the 2019-2020 academic year, 4025 teachers working in some primary, secondary and high school levels in the central districts of Uşak province constitute the study group of this research. In this study, the study titled “The adaptation of the leadership capacity scale (Olkö) in schools into Turkish: a validity and reliability study”, which was adapted into Turkish, was used to determine the level of organizational citizenship. For analyzing of the data obtained from the participants, arithmetic mean percentage, frequency, standard deviation values ​​were calculated. In the study linear regression analysis and pearson correlation analysis were used. Considering the results of the analysis of this research; the average perception of teachers' leadership capacity behaviors is moderate. Again, according to the results of the research; perception of organizational citizenship behavior on average belonging to teachers is at a "high" level. According to teachers' perceptions, a low, but positive and significant relationship has been found between school leadership capacity and organizational citizenship behavior. Leadership capacity is a significant predictor of organizational citizenship behaviors.

≤   Performance problems of police members are influenced by a very heavy workload, incompatibility with passion, and personal issues. Those performance problems determine organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore this research was done to know the effect of organizational citizenship behavior toward the work performance of police members. This research is quantitative research with a survey design. The subjects are 200 members of the Indonesian National Police. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study provided evidence to accept the hypothesis that there is a significant positive impact between organizational citizenship behavior on performance (β = 0.41, p<0.001), the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the performance of police personnel.   Keywords: Indonesian national police, organizational citizenship behaviour, performance

The article discusses the existing one-dimensional and multidimensional questionnaires (scales) of organizational citizenship behavior, extra-role behavior and contextual performance. The article presents a new questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior, which was developed taking into account the limitations of the existing scales. It consists of two subscales for assessing such aspects of behavior as “qualified ideas and suggestions” and “help and support”. The questionnaire includes six items of three in each subscale. It measures two aspects of citizenship behavior at the same time at the level of a small group and a structural unit in medium-size and large state and commercial organizations. A study was conducted among 54 managers who evaluated 538 employees from various Russian organizations through this questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was assessed. Factor analysis was used, the Cronbach alpha and Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated. It was found that the questionnaire as a whole has validity and reliability.

Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4) determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction with the Organization Citizenship Behavior. The research sample consisted of 35 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, after which a validity and reliability test was performed using SPSS Software. The data analysis technique is done by multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show: 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior; 2) organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4)organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on Organization Citizenship Behavior.Keywords: Organizational commitment; organizational culture; job satisfaction; organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Palm Gem Sheen. The independent variable in this study is interpersonal communication and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior. Measuring instruments used in this research are interpersonal communication scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The sampling technique in this study was 98 employees of PT. Palm Gem Sheen. The validity and reliability test in this study used the Cronbach alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of interpersonal communication move from rix = 0.307 to rix = 0.73 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.930 while on the scale of organizational citizenship behavior move from rix = 0.337 to rix = 0.734 with a reliability coefficient α = 0.931. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of 0.324 with a significance level of 0.01, which means accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication with organizational citizenship behavior among employees of PT. Palm Gem Sheen. The effective contribution of interpersonal communication variables to organizational citizenship behaviour by 10%

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a form of behavior which is an individual choice and initiative, not related to the formal reward system of the organization but in aggregate to increase organizational effectiveness. This behavior shows the added value of employees which is a form of prosocial behavior, namely social behavior that is positive, constructive and means helping. This research was conducted at PT. Samaja Bali Villa, with the research object Servant Leadership and Empowment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samaja Bali Villa. The sample of this study was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method, so that the number of samples was 47 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, in this study, a classic assumption test was also carried out which included tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The test results show that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Samaja Bali Villa. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Samaja Bali. Based on the average score on the servant leadership variable where overall respondents have the least perception of the leadership statement items encouraging the achievement of progress and development for the company, it is better if the leadership of PT. Samaja Bali Villa is able to motivate and create a pleasant working atmosphere. So, it is hoped that it can foster employee responsibility at work in order to achieve maximum company goals. Based on the average score on the empowerment variable where overall respondents have the smallest perception of items that respect the abilities possessed by employees, the leadership of PT Samaja Bali Villa needs to give employees the right or authority to plan, control and make decisions on jobs that have become their responsibility, so that employees are able to become independent and show their best performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, on OCB, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB on Dash Hotel Seminyak. The method of determining the sample in this study was conducted by Slovin approach so that the number of respondents was 91 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are organizational justice that has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the better organizational justice given to Dash Hotel Seminyak, the OCB of employees will also increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows the higher organizational commitment of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the OCB level for employees will also increase. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the higher job satisfaction of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the higher the OCB level for employees. Transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior are the valuable components of an organization and these components become a core competency to improve organizational performance now a days. Transformational leadership is different from traditional leadership style in the way that it gives weight to the sensory perception, guides in making decisions and helps followers in developing citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership has a significant role in building up employees organizational citizenship behavior through idealized influence, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation. Keeping in view the importance of organizational citizenship behavior the present contextual framework was established to explain the relationship between the stated variables. The study was explanatory and cross-sectional approach was employed to accumulate data from the academic staff of public sector universities. The target area that was selected for the study was the city of Lahore, Punjab, as most of the well-known universities are present in Lahore. The data collected from teaching faculty have been analyzed by employing SPSS (22.0). Descriptive Statistics, Frequency Analysis, Pearson Correlation, Regression Coefficients and Reliability Analyses were used to examine data. Results of regression analysis show that transformational leadership has significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior

Purpose – This paper aims to address following three research questions: Are employees with high political skill willing to do extra-role behavior? Can leader–member exchange (LMX) affect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)? Can perception of organizational politics (POP) influence LMX? Design/methodology/approach – The paper is based on a survey of 227 questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used. Findings – Findings indicate that employees’ political skill not only are helpful for them in dealing with the relationship with their leaders, but also can stimulate their OCB. The paper also shows that the mediation effect of POP is not obvious when they handle LMX. Originality/value – This paper’s main contributions are as follows: When studying new generation employees, many managers find that their accumulated experience of management is ineffective in applying to this group of new generation employees. In Chinese culture, new organizational and new employee environment relationship can be regarded normal, positive and beneficial to the development of new generation employees. New generation employees use their own political skills to handle LMX; they are not well aware of POP.

The perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior has a role to increase employee organizational commitment, with perceptions of good organizational support can encourage individual employees to contribute more and give reciprocity by showing organizational citizenship behavior so as to increase employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence of perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on employee organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. The method of determining the sample used is disproportionate stratified random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 60 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. With this research, it is expected that companies can show attention, care, be open, give awards, and create a comfortable working atmosphere.
