This research aims to analyze the lesson plan, learning process, and teacher competence based on the Indonesian economics, to develop the subject of economic learning. The object of this research is located in 6 (six) cities/regencies in East Java namely Bondowoso, Pamekasan and Trenggalek, Madiun, Blitar and Kediri in 2016. The research method used is qualitative method. The results showed that none of the lesson plan component belonged to the category of excellent quality. Lesson plan is more functioned as the fulfillment of administrative requirements, rather than as a guide in the implementation of learning. The learning process is implemented good, the assessment of learning process is basically closely related to the results of the assessment of the competence of teachers conducted on input evaluation. The quality of learning is influenced by the condition of students, schools that have students with high passion and high motivation to learn, the implementation of learning will be conducive. Another thing is the lack of material presented by the teacher on the core activities of learning. The teacher often reveals a less precise conceptabout economic theory, as well as the disclosure of events or economic numerical data, teachers are less trying to extract material from economic books to enrich learning materials.

Abstrak : Theoretically the results of the discussion of this research is expected to provide scientific contributions to the development of science, to provide some suggestions to the school and other schools in terms of teacher performance in improving the quality of education, to be the evaluation for Yayasan Pondok Al Kenaniyah to provide better service in the quality of their education. This study is also expected to be the contribution for the researcher in the field of education. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection. The data is achieved by conducting interviews, observation and checklist. The data is obtained to analyze the performance of teachers in improving the quality of education with the subject of 60 people in Yayasan Al Kenaniyah, East Jakarta to investigate. Based on the data obtained can be summarized as follows: regarding to the performance of teachers in the learning plan, the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning, the performance of teachers in the assessment of learning outcomes, also discipline of the teachers in performing their duties to get good performance. Thus, the quality of education will be better in the future.

The purpose of this research to know the implementation of standard process that consists of analyzing the lesson plan that prepared by the teacher, analyzing the implementation of learning process, seeing the constraints in implementing the standard process, formulating the teacher strategy in implementing process standard and decreasing the priority of policy direction in implementing process standard in SMA Negeri Solok Regency. The type of research used a mixed method which combines qualitative and quantitative research. Data were collected through, observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis methods consist of reduction, presentation and verification, SWOT analysis and Interpretive Structural Modeling. The results of the research indicate that: 1) the implementation of standards process seen in the teacher's learning plan has designed syllabus and lesson plan but not fully in accordance with the steps and components of RPP preparation.2) In the implementation of classroom management learning process still not fully in accordance with standards process. Judging from the methods, models, media mastery of the material has not been effective and efficient according to the 2013 curriculum this was due to the lack of understanding of teachers towards the curriculum of 2013, from the assessment of learning outcomes in all three aspects of the assessment conducted only the assessment of knowledge, to attitudes assessment and skills not implemented maximally. 3) The obstacle faced is the unavailability of time in the preparation of the implementation plan of learning because the burden of teaching is high enough, difficulties in the implementation of learning are influenced by low student learning interest and in the assessment of learning still constrained by time. 4) There were nine strategies derived from field research. 5) Priority policy directives that arise to improve the implementation of process standards in geography learning were: Increased interest of teachers in training activities held in MGMP forums so as to improve teacher competence, Curriculum Training 2013 to improve understanding of the reforms conducted in ministerial regulations, academic supervision by school principals and teachers to improve teachers' ability to manage the classroom, and to develop media and interesting learning resources to foster student interest in learning.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

It influenced the internalization of Islamic Educationvalues to students. According to the above background, contextual approach was assumed to create amore meaningful and effective teaching and learning process. The study revealed that most teachersdeveloped instructional material merely based on Teacher Association for Islamic EducationReference, a discrepancy between lesson plan and the implementation was found due to insufficienttime and too-much material, and a problem in applying various methods was found due to student’sbasic competence diversity ranging from the 75-80% to 20-25% mastery creating less conduciveatmosphere for effective teaching and learning process. The students' reading comprehension is very lowat the pandemic era, Theyare difficult to understand  the text, they don’t haveEnough English vocabulary, Many teachers/lecturer used  techniques that wereless precise in teaching reading, and the students got reading comprehension scores below the minimum completion criteria (KKM). This research aims to determine whether using Reading, Encoding, Annotating, and Pondering techhnique as Learning process in pandemic era to improve reading comprehension stability for students.This research is conducted by using descriptive qualitative method, which describe of students’s problem at pandemic era by zoom in the Internet after that, analyze the data which used percentage.The researcher also has done pre-assesment for supporting accurate data.The subjects of this research were 20 students, consisted 11 females and 9 males. The subject Instrument used in this research is reading comprehension test, researcher observation cheklits and field notes, student observation Cheklist and field notes, interview and documentation by zoom at the Internet. According to avarage results, the increasing for  students' reading comprehension ability on the pre-assessment  is the average student reaches, (55.14%), learning 1  (62.15%), learning 2  (70.14%), and learning 3 (75.65%)  avarage students’ score increase and got standardization of school. Based on the result in each levels which  there is  indeed REAP technique could increasing students’ reading comprehension text.

Esensi supervisi akademik tidak hanya menilai kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, melainkan juga membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  mutu pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Penerapan supervisi akademik digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus. Dengan dilaksanakannya supervise akademik, bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun administrasi mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.The essence of academic supervision is not only assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but also helping teachers develop their professional skills. This study aims to describe the improvement of the quality of learning through academic supervision. The application of academic supervision is used to improve the quality of student learning, student interest in learning, and the ability of teachers to manage the implementation of learning so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards. This research is in the form of School Action Research using descriptive methods, using percentage techniques to see the increase that occurs from cycle to cycle. By implementing academic supervision, continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in arranging teaching administration and can increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of learning.

Vocabulary is difficult skill for students on SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. The students usually tend to listen, speak, read, and write text based on their vocabulary mastering. Once they get difficulty in understanding text, they will lose their courage to do more instructions. In order to build or understand a simple sentence, they need to open dictionary per word. As a result, students will easily lose interest and motivation to learn more. This research is carried out in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. It is on Jl. Kerinci No. 15. The research is conducted from July until Agustus 2016. The subject of this research is the IX-D grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. The researcher chooses class D because the students have difficulties in understanding text due to the lack of vocabularies. That is why the researcher decides to improve their mastery in vocabulary through “vocabulary breakfast box”. “Vocabulary Breakfast Box” is adapted from “Kotak Sarapan Pagi” which is mostly applied at elementary school learning. It is about a board which contains of several boxes. Each box has an assignment for each student. The assignment can be the same as or different from others. It depends on the students’ assessment. The assignment exists in a form of a small paper. It consists of questions about words, sentences or text comprehension. Each box has students’ number or name. So students won’t go wrong to take others’ assignment. By using “vocabulary breakfast box”, the learning process in class has become interesting and varieties. Students are excited to try new strategy with teacher and discuss its benefits and lacks after the activity. Their vocabulary mastery becomes improved and they are able to answer most questions in each skill because they have recognized the words on the text or dialogue. This research aims at investigating the pattern of Islamic learning process at Yogyakarta-based Islamic senior  high  school-3 from holistic learning perspective.  The research adopts qualitative approach. The research shows  that the pattern of the  Islamic learning  process at the Islamic senior  high  school implemented  in  the  unity of  Islamic  education  curriculum with three  main inseparable  components,  i.e.  intra-curricular,  extracurricular  and hidden-curricular,  has accommodated holistic  learning  principles. The accommodation can be evaluated from the implementation of basic holistic learning principles comprising of interconnectedness, wholeness and being.  In spite of this accommodation, the research has found some weaknesses in the Islamic learning processs. First, the  development  of  the five-level of  learners  potencies   as envisioned in  holistic learning, i.e.  personal, community, social, planetary and cosmic, has  not been formulated  explicitly  in  the  curriculum  and lesson  plan.  The  existing  formulation  only  respects to  the development  of  six  dimensions  of  learners  potencies,  i.e. physical, emotional, intellectual, social, aesthetic,  and spiritual. Second, the intra-curricular learning process is  still more oriented to teaching  for  the  test and less oriented to teaching  for the whole task. Third, the subject matter of Islamic learning curriculum,  i.e. al-Qur’an-Hadis,  Akidah-Akhlak, and Fikih have not been integrated as a single unit.  The three subject  matters still  stand on their own  theme, and have not been integrated as a single unit.  The research  has successfully mapped out  the  characterizing  pattern  of  quality development  of Islamic  learning process  seen from  the perspective of holistic learning at the madrasah.[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pola pembelajaran agama Islam di MAN 3 Sleman Yogyakarta ditinjau dari perspektif pembelajaran holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  proses pembelajaran agama Islam  di MAN 3 Sleman Yogyakarta yang diimplementasikan dalam  kesatuan program pembelajaran intrakurikuler,  ekstrakurikuler,  dan hidden curricular  secara umum telah mengarah kepada pola pembelajaran holistik. Dikatakan demikian karena dalam penerapan kesatuan tiga program pembelajaran tersebut ditemukan adanya penerapan tiga prinsip dasar pembelajaran holistik yang  meliputi connectedness, wholeness, dan  being.  Hanya saja,  dalam proses pembelajaran agama  Islam  tersebut  masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan. Pertama, secara konseptual, pengembangan lima level potensi peserta didik (personal, komunitas, sosial, planetari, dan kosmis) sebagaimana dicanangkan dalam pembelajaran  holistik  belum  terumuskan  secara  eksplisit dalam kurikulum maupun dalam perencanaan pembelajaran agama Islam. Rumusan yang ada hanya berkenaan dengan pengembangan enam dimensi potensi  peserta  didik  (fisik,  emosi,  intelektual,  sosial, estetika, dan spiritual). Kedua,  proses pembelajaran agama Islam intrakurikuler masih lebih dominan berorientasi pada teaching for the test dan kurang berorientasi pada teaching for the whole task. Ketiga, materi pelajaran agama Islam intrakurikuler  yang meliputi Akidah-Akhlak, al-Qur’an-Hadis, dan Fikih masih merupakan materi  pelajaran yang berdiri sendiri-sendiri dan belum terintegrasi sebagai satu kesatuan untuk dapat memberikan kemampuan kepada peserta didik dalam melakukan tugas-tugas yang bersifat kompleks dan menyeluruh (whole task). Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi dalam  memetakan karakteristik  pola  proses pembelajaran agama Islam di madrasah ditinjau dari perspektif  pembelajaran holistik.]
