In line with the rapid development of the times and the increasingly complex problems faced by the state, there has also been a development in government administration which has been marked by a shift in the paradigm of governance from Rule Governance. This situation makes the bureaucracy rigid, in an environment that is only limited to flowing the instructions or following instructions. The district government in an Asologaima District has the main task of carrying out part of the authority delegated by the district head in the fields of government, economy, and development, society, peace, and order as well as coordination.The method is sed is descriptive method. Bureaucrats as providers of public services must be able to provide quality services, the quality of service of bureaucrats to society is closely related to customer satisfaction or consumer satisfaction as the recipient of the service itself.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

This study examines "shifting social and economic structural community due to the rapid development of the tourism sector in Bentuyung Village, Bali." The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the shift in the social and economic structure of society due to the disruption of tourism in Bentuyung Village, Ubud, Bali. This is a qualitative descriptive method, using proportional sampling techniques consisting of Villas and Hotels Owners and communities directly involved in the tourism sector. Shifting social and economic structure is inseparable from the embryo of globalization that is felt in all sectors of people's lives. Globalization is the spread of values ??and certain cultures throughout the world. Things that need to be anticipated in order to be able to avoid the negative aspects of globalization are the development of the quality of Indonesian human beings through education. Providing life skills to be able to create creativity and independence. Cultivating a culture and attitude to global life. The results of the discussion show that the creation of a transparent and democratic government. Increasing global public awareness to promote the tourism sector as a leading sector and transform tourism unlike catalyst for changing more positive direction.


This study is to examine Describe and analyze the quality of the implementation of public services by the district government in public services through the Public Service Mall (MPP) in the Sumedang patent district. Seeing the supporting factors and servants in the process of public service that refers to KememPan number 31 of 2019 there are still not many maximums from the start of the regent's regulations that have not yet come out even though the service has begun to run, this study will analyze how public services should be carried out in the process of implementing the pub service system lik through the Mall Public Services (MPP) in Sumedang Regency. The method used in the activity is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. With this method and approach, it is expected to be able to describe various problems in their entirety and comprehensively, so that the results of the problem analysis can be used as a basis for understanding phenomena and giving birth to a concept of the quality of public service delivery in Sumedang Regency

In the contents of the Republic of Indonesia Constitution no. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System is the realization of an education system as a strong and authoritative social institution to empower all Indonesians to develop into quality maneuvers that are capable and proactive in responding to the challenges of an ever-changing era. However, along with the rapid development of the times, with the emergence of various kinds of problems, especially in the field of education, which makes the goals of education contained in the law tend to be difficult to realize. So, to facilitate the development of educational goals with the aim of advancing the quality of education in Indonesia, there are three things that must be done, namely : 1) developing the quality of human resources, 2) building a Strong Educational Foundation and Clear Vision, 3) developing a noble moral based curriculum.Dalam undang-undang RI No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sisdiknas adalah terwujudnya sistem pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa untuk memberdayakan semua warga Indonesia berkembang menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sehingga mampu dan proaktif  menjawab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan cepatnya perkembangan zaman, dengan munculnya berbagai macam permasalahan terutama dalam bidang pendidikan, yang membuat tujuan dari pendidikan yang tertuang dalam undang-undang tersebut cenderung sulit terwujudkan. Maka, untuk memudahkan pengembangan tujuan pendidikan dengan maksud memajukan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, ada tiga hal yang mesti dilakukan yaitu; 1) mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, 2) Membangun landasan pendidikan yang kuat dan visi yang jelas, 3) mengembangkan kurikulum berbasis akhlak mulia.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Kuis Kihajar 2013 terutama dari aspek: karakteristik Kuis Kihajar dan proses pembelajaran dalam Kuis Kihajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pelaksanaan Kuis Kihajar 2013 pada Juli s.d. Oktober 2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data sekunder serta pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap pengelola dan peserta Kuis. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa karakteristik Kuis Kihajar sangat menarik karena setiap bulannya tidak hanya menambah peserta baru tetapi lebih dari setengahnya peserta lama tetap setia mengikuti kuis ini. Peserta kuis tidak sekedar membuka web atau mengirim sms, tetapi mengerjakan soal hingga rata-rata mencapai 44 soal setiap kali mengaksesnya. Proses pembelajaran dalam Kuis Kihajar, antara lain: mudah, menyenangkan, menuntut penggunaan berbagai sumber belajar, fleksibel, serta menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (televisi, SMS, dan internet) yang sesuai dengan tren tuntutan zaman. Model Kuis Kihajar juga secara bertahap dapat mendorong terwujudnya budaya baru dalam memanfaatkan TIK sebagai media pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kemampuan dan kualitas hidup. Kata kunci: Kuis Kihajar, media pembelajaran, media televisi, media internet Abstract: This study aimed to determine the implementation of Kihajar Quiz 2013 mainly from aspects: characteristics and the learning process. This study used a descriptive method. Research conducted on the implementation of Kihajar Quiz from July 2013 until October 2013. Data collected through secondary data as well as observations and interviews with organizers and quiz participants. The analysis of the data found that the characteristics Kihajar Quiz very interesting because every month not only add new participants but more than half of the previous participants remained faithful with the quiz. Participants do not just open a web quiz or sent sms, but work on the problems to reach an average of 44 questions each access. The learning process in Kihajar Quiz, among others: easy, fun, demanding the use of a variety of learning resources, fleksibel, as well as the use of information and communication technologies (television, SMS, and internet) in accordance with the trend of the demands of the times. Kihajar Quiz Model gradually promote the establishment of a new culture in is using ICT as a learning medium to improve the ability and quality of life. Effect of Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio The rapid development of coffee shops in the Ubud sub-district is certainly the main competitors of the Seniman Coffee Studio to attract consumers. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics of consumers of Seniman Coffee Studio and the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Seniman Coffee Studio. This study uses descriptive analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The method of obtaining data in this study was through distributing questionnaires at Seniman Coffee Studio. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a direct effect of 23.8% on customer satisfaction, product quality has a direct effect of 41% on customer satisfaction, and for service quality it also has a direct effect of 41.7% on consumer satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio. Store atmosphere, both exterior and interior, at Seniman Coffee Studio needs to be improved, seeing its effect is smaller than the quality of the product and the quality service on customer satisfaction.
