In the discussion on cultural institutions in Poland, the role of values in creating their internal organizational culture is often emphasized. Among other things, questions are asked about the type of leadership that should be exercised and the values of the "ideal" "culture manager". However, reports from research studies exploring these issues are not numerous. The overall picture of the managerial staff of the aforementioned institutions also seems incomplete. This is a gap in knowledge about people institutionally organizing the cultural life of Poles.

This study tried to explore hidden power of knowledge management in contributing to a better competitive advantage for society-based organization. Using Indonesia micro finance organization, the test deployed four major drivers: technology infrastructure, organizational structure, culture and people. By addressing multiple linear regressions on 184 questionnaires, the study succeeded in uncovering the impact of proper KM-technology, organizational culture and people to the creation of competitive advantage, thus valid proponents for micro finance sector. However, failures to prove the role of the second drivers showed potential obstacle while preserving knowledge. Elements such as leaderships, adaptability, communication and bureaucracy might become the ideal moderator for future agenda.

The present article shows how important is the role of innovations in companies, their impact on managing companies as well as how innovations affect companies’ competitiveness in the market. The choice of the topic was influenced, to a large extent, by the author’s interests and insights that determine management innovations in contemporary enterprises. The aim of the article is to show steps must be undertaken to implement management innovations in managerial staff. The main intention is to describe the level of innovation of managerial staff, measured by implementation of management innovations in modern enterprises. The theoretical part of the article describes managerial staff, i.e. factors shaping the level of innovation, features and tasks of managers. In the empirical part of the work the author presents the results of the research on correlations between the level of innovation in the area of management and the features affecting the environment. There are no significant relationships between characteristics of managerial staff and the intensity of management innovations. These relationships concern age, seniority in managerial positions and education. The statistical analysis also did not demonstrate any significant correlations between company’s components such as the type of activity carried out, capital structure, age and size of an enterprise. The research has shown that implementation of innovations in the area of management and their direct relationship with management styles is an important phenomenon for the functioning of enterprises. Relationships in the level of innovation as well as the impact of external and internal factors on innovations implemented in enterprises have been studied. The methods and techniques that can be applied to study the level of innovations are described. The author presents the assessment of innovation in the area of management as a factor influencing the development and financial and non-financial results of an enterprise. Then the author does research concerning identification of the level of innovation in the surveyed enterprises. An important source of information on management innovations in the surveyed enterprises are direct interviews in enterprises of production, service and trade profiles in the municipality and the town of Ostróda.

Bagi sesebuah negara yang mempunyai etnik pelbagai anutan kepercayaan dan perbezaan amalan budaya, dialog antara agama berperanan membetulkan semula kekaburan dalam kehidupan beragama dan berbudaya. Melalui peranan Saudara Baru, dialog antara agama mampu menjadi medan bagi menjelaskan kebenaran tentang agama Islam kepada masyarakat bukan Muslim dan pelaksanaan amalan budaya asal kepada Muslim asal. Objektif kajian ini ialah melihat pengalaman pelaksanaan dialog antara agama di Terengganu dan relevansi dalam kehidupan beragama di negara Brunei. Metode kajian ini menggunakan kajian dokumen yang menyentuh komuniti Cina Muslim di Terengganu dan Brunei. Pengalaman pelaksanaan dialog antara agama di Terengganu dan negara Brunei memperlihatkan dialog antara agama mampu membetulkan salah faham dan selanjutnya mengendurkan ketegangan hubungan antara agama dan budaya antara komuniti Saudara Baru, ahli keluarga bukan Muslim dan masyarakat Muslim asal. Biarpun begitu, adalah dicadangkan agar kajian yang menyentuh dialog antara agama perlu diperkukuhkan sebagai medium membina semula peradaban memandangkan penduduk di kedua-dua lokasi ini terdiri daripada berbilang etnik dan agama sedangkan pada masa yang sama masalah yang menyentuh hubungan antara agama sentiasa timbul. Abstract: For a country with diverse ethics of beliefs and cultural practices, interfaith dialogue plays a role to redefine ambiguity in religious and cultural life. Through the role of the New Muslim (Muslim Convert), interfaith dialogue can become a medium to explain the truth about Islam to the non-Muslims and the implementation of real cultural practices to the others Muslim. The objective of this study is to examine the experience of interfaith dialogue in Terengganu and in Brunei. The method of this study is being conducted in document research that related with the Muslim Chinese community in Terengganu and Brunei. In addition, interviews with people involved in the management of New Muslims also carried out. The experience of interfaith dialogue in Terengganu and Brunei shows that dialogue capable explains misunderstandings and further loosening the tension between religion and culture among New Muslims, non-Muslim family members and Muslim communities. However, it is recommended that studies on interfaith dialogue should be strengthened as a medium for rebuilding civilization as the residents of both locations are multi-ethnic and religious while at the same time the problem of interreligious persists.

After reviewing the role of group regression and the creation of group psychic apparatus, the article will examine how violent radicalisation, by the reversal of the importance of the superego and the ideal ego, serves to compensate the narcissistic identity suffering by “lone wolf” terrorists.

One of the influential factors in the formation of modern society in the Westernworld and subsequently spread to over the world has been the discovery of printing presswhich can be found in the form of printing method, printing company and print media.Since it was firstly used by Gutenberg in about 15th century AD, information which waspreviously delivered through oral medium with a limited audience, then through a methodof printing can be reproduced in large quantities and can be read by more audience, acrossdistance and time. Printing method which encourages the emergence of large printingcompanies and then print media has contributed in transforming modern cultural life ofsociety.In addition, the advent of the printing industries which has transformed intotransnational corporations as well as the emergence of journals and regular newspapersalso contributes significantly in raising public spaces as a medium for discussion andcritical thinking amidst society. Ultimately, this information media transformation brings achange in the state system which is more open and leads to the emergence of ideas ofnationalism which becomes an important milestone in transforming traditional societiesinto modern societies.

The ideology of state-ibuism has always been interwoven with how the New Order regime until nowadays government constructing the “ideal” role of women in the family and community through the PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) organization. However, in Cangkring Village, Indramayu, the ideology of ibuism works not because of the massive government regulating the role of women through the PKK organization, but it is possible because of the structure of the kampung community itself. Through involved observations and in-depth interviews about a kindergarten in the village, a group of housewives who dedicated themselves to teaching in kindergarten were met without getting paid high. From these socio-cultural phenomenons, this paper will describe descriptively and analytically that housewives in the Cangkring village are willing to become kindergarten teachers because of their moral burden as part of the warga kampung and also from community pressure from people who want their children to be able to read and write.
