The objective is to reflect on the teaching-learning process through technological resources in undergraduate courses and how the students of this course perceive their preparation for future teaching with the use of digital artifacts. The methodology used was qualitative with bibliographic review and data analysis from the questionnaire applied with the students of the five courses investigated. The main authors are Cerutti and Giraffa (2015), Kesnki (2003), Pretto and Pinto (2006) and Prensky (2001), who elucidate the use of technologies in the educational environment, the text presents the theoretical reference and analysis of data. As a conclusion, we realize that learning about technologies must be their experiences in the University itself, since even digital natives, academics do not perceive making use of them in their future spaces of teaching. Keywords: Cyberculture. Results of the analysis of research data shows that students have seen their ability to concentrate and motivation to perform tasks affected, but they did not leave university. In this respect, most difficulties were in carrying out teamwork than individual. The adaptations made by the university during confinement have been positively appreciated. The research findings coming according to recent studies confirm that without communication the teaching and learning process will not take place.

Students must develop knowledge about how to use ICT Technology to construct meaning, but most importantly in ways that are appropriate to their needs. Thus technology is proving a disruptive influence in education. Hence each and every student should be aware about these technological advancements. Background: Evaluation is an inherent element of the teaching-learning process and is influenced by several factors. Objectives: The present study aimed to identify the influential factors in the effective implementation of evaluation in the teaching-learning process in the Iranian higher education system. Methods: This study was conducted using the synthesis method and a qualitative approach. The sample population included all the national studies focused on the influential factors in the evaluation of the teaching-learning process during 2000 - 2018. In total, 36 studies were selected, and after several screening stages, 10 studies that were more relevant to the subject matter were selected as the research sample based on the review of the titles, abstracts, and research content. The database search was performed using keywords such as ‘factors/indicators affecting the evaluation of students’ and ‘teachers/implementation of evaluation’. The databases included CIVILICA, Magiran, Elmnet, Noormags, and SID. The research data were extracted and analyzed using the content analysis method. Results: After data analysis, the influential factors in the implementation of evaluation were classified into two dimensions, five factors, and 29 indicators, including the structural dimension (conditions and environment of evaluation, educational system, and evaluation system) and behavioral dimension (teachers and students). Conclusions: The results of the data analysis led to the identification of the influential factors in the effective implementation of the teaching-learning process evaluation in the Iranian higher education system as a model.

The results of higher education are determined by normative documents and are based on the theory of competence approach. They refl ect the readiness of the future teacher to professional activities in the terms of inclusive education. Analytical verifi cation of various scientifi c sources makes it possible to assert that the essence of the various components of the methodological support of the learning process is the subject of scientifi c disputes. But it is worth noting that currently the researchers have not brought a single interpretation of such a concept as “methodological support”, which forces for their own understanding of this designation to refer to it. Methodological support is mainly singled out not just as a pedagogical component, but also as an integral part of the whole educational process. It is characterized by the volume and content of the working programs of disciplines, provides organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the educational environment of the University readiness of future teachers for inclusion. Properly selected and implemented in full methodological support of any process makes it guaranteed to be effective.

A myriad of higher education degrees including science, engineering, business and economics could integrate activities using spreadsheet into the teaching-learning process. In the present article, we aim to introduce and describe a new tool that generates, individually assigns, corrects, provides feed-back and grades exercises and activities using spreadsheets all completely automatically. The system’s versatility means it can be applied in a range of areas of knowledge and subjects including mathematics, statistics, physics, accounting and economics, among others. It is usable for both formative and summative assessment based on students’ answers, providing them with the corresponding feed-back and/or the resultant grades. The proposed solution has been developed and implemented at the University of Girona (Spain) and forms part a wider family of tools that aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of higher education.
