The problem of the individual’s adaptability to the changed life conditions as a result of the life-changing events is considered in the article. The measures of adaptability are the following: “behavioral regulation”, “communicative skills”, “moral normativity”. The indicators of adaptability are “resistance to stress”, “depression”, “anxiety”, “copings”. As a way to activate adaptability the programme of psychological correction is actualized. Two groups of respondents took part in the study. Representatives of one group participated in a long-term psychological correction programme. Representatives of another group preferred to cope with the consequences of life-changing events without professional psychological help. Psychodiagnostic procedures was put into practice in both groups in two stages. At the first stage each group was diagnosed on adaptability and indicators of adaptability. The second stage of psychodiagnostic measurements was in each group after the respondents of psychocorrection programme completed their work. The dynamics of adaptability was recorded by comparing the results of the first and second stage measurements in each group. It is established that as a result of psychocorrection new adaptive models of person’s functioning who faced a life-changing event are formed. The level of anxiety and severity of depressive states decreases, the personal adaptive potential and resistence to stress increases, constructive ways of coping behaviour are activated. The psychological phenomenon of the multipolar connection between men’s and women’s adaptability experiencing the consequences of life-changing events with their neuropsychiatric stability, depressive tendencies and anxiety is found. In the process of psychocorrection work, an attitude is formed to actively overcome critical events and cope with their negative consequences, proactive coping strategies are activated, aimed at active goal-setting, attracting social resources to receive support and resolve existing problematic life situations.

The study was performed using the solidarity approach proposed by E. L. Omelchenko. The term "solidarity" is convenient to study the contemporary developments in youth culture as it does not require a direct interaction of subjects, the unity of time and space in which they act. The aim of the work is to study the features of solidarity formation among street artists in graffiti tourism. The empirical material is the case study of Samara street artist Art Abstractov, who has many years of experience in graffiti tourism. The author identifies two stages in the organization and implementation of graffiti tourism: on-line and off-line stages. Considering the first stage, the author describes the role of electronic resources in the development of the street art culture: blog electronic databases, specialized sites such as Art Crimes, 149 St., graffiti.org, Ekosystem, ViVaCity.ru, Petrograff.ru, Vltramarine, social networks such as Livejournal, VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, image hosting sites such as Flickr, Pinterest, etc. The paper examines the specifics of social networking among street artists at the international level and the nature of solidarity in the virtual space between the street artists not personally known to each other. The second stage of graffiti tourism is considered as a form of consolidation of solidarities among street artists from different countries. The author describes the role of the host and the benefits that the tourist gets from such trips. The author comes to the conclusion that solidarity is transformed into other forms of social communities over time and helps to enter a new social environment.

The pandemic situation has resulted in many obstacles in the lecture and research process. At the university level, online learning still faces many obstacles. Online meetings cannot replace face-to-face meetings. On the other side, students need direct interaction and communication with lecturers and fellow students. This interaction is needed in solving the subject matter and research problems. The confusion of undergraduate level students in finding ideas for final project research is quite high. Students in the third semester should have obtained the research idea to decide on their field of interest and elective courses to be taken for the next semester. This mentoring activity needs to be held as the introduction of research opportunities in Optimization. Optimization is one of the areas of interest in Mathematics that has many applications and research opportunities. Our team carried out mentoring activities and introduced research opportunities in Optimization to Mathematics students in Indonesia using the Zoom platform. The activity consists of two stages, namely the introduction and delivery of research opportunities. The activity results are expected to increase students' insight into research ideas and opportunities to complete their studies on time, even if possible faster than the specified time.

B-lymphocytes normally synthesize small amounts of immunoglobulin, some of which is incorporated into the cell membrane where it serves as receptor of antigen. These cells, on contact with specific antigen, proliferate and differentiate to plasma cells which synthesize and secrete large quantities of immunoglobulin. The two stages of differentiation of this cell line (generation of B-lymphocytes and antigen-driven maturation to plasma cells) are clearly separable during ontogeny and in some immune deficiency diseases. The present report describes morphologic aberrations of B-lymphocytes in two diseases in which second stage differentiation is defective.

The evolution of dislocation channels in irradiated metals during deformation can be envisaged to occur in three stages: (i) formation of embryonic cluster free regions, (ii) growth of these regions into microscopically observable channels and (iii) termination of their growth due to the accumulation of dislocation damage. The first two stages are particularly intriguing, and we have attempted to follow the early stages of channel formation in polycrystalline molybdenum, irradiated to 5×1019 n. cm−2 (E > 1 Mev) at the reactor ambient temperature (∼ 60°C), using transmission electron microscopy. The irradiated samples were strained, at room temperature, up to the macroscopic yield point.Figure 1 illustrates the early stages of channel formation. The observations suggest that the cluster free regions, such as A, B and C, form in isolated packets, which could subsequently link-up to evolve a channel.

The recognition of changes in environmental conditions, and the ability to adapt to these changes, is essential for the viability of cells. There are numerous well characterized systems by which the presence or absence of an individual metabolite may be recognized by a cell. However, the recognition of a metabolite is just one step in a process that often results in changes in the expression of whole sets of genes required to respond to that metabolite. In higher eukaryotes, the signalling pathway between metabolite recognition and transcriptional control can be complex. Recent evidence from the relatively simple eukaryote yeast suggests that complex signalling pathways may be circumvented through the direct interaction between individual metabolites and regulators of RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription. Biochemical and structural analyses are beginning to unravel these elegant genetic control elements.
