ABSTRACTThis paper examines Traditional Leadership in the Simbur Cahaya Law (Case Study: Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency). The background of the research problem because leadership is an essential thing which actually needs to be studied in various fields of knowledge. This study seeks to portray the history and forms of traditional leadership that have been applied in Pajar Bulan Village and the relevance of the Simbur Cahaya Law with current leadership. This type of research uses a qualitative research type with various procedures and stages that produce descriptive data. The data sources obtained are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conceptual and theoretical framework that the writer uses, namely the concept of leadership and the theory of authority put forward by Max Weber. The results showed that the leadership that had been applied in Pajar Bulan Village before the current leadership was traditional leadership that was based on the Simbur Cahaya Law. The traditional leadership that has been applied in Pajar Bulan Village is known as krio leadership. In which the selection of a krio was held by means of deliberation and consensus held by community leaders in Pajar Bulan Village. Furthermore, after the election of a krio, it was immediately announced to all levels of society in Pajar Bulan Village and the community immediately agreed to it. In this regard, the traditional leadership system has no influence in the current government leadership in Pajar Bulan Village. Furthermore, the rules of the Simbur Cahaya Law that are still used and have become a tradition in Pajar Bulan Village are some of the rules contained in Chapter 1 (one) of the Simbur Cahaya Law which regulates single, girl and marriage. As for the Simbur Cahaya Law, it is not a legislative product as its name suggests. Which, if viewed in terms of the relevance of the Simbur Cahaya Law to the current leadership of the village head, is the local customary law (pearaturan) that has become a tradition or in other words the customary law regulations from the Simbur Cahaya Law are used as guidelines and pointers. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON MEAT CONSUMPTION (BEEF, PORK AND CHIKEN) AT THE VILLAGE OF SEA I, PINELENG DISTRICT.This study aims to determine the magnitude of meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) of household based on income levels in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and to determine the effect of household income on meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9  kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3  kg/capita/year.   Key Words : Household income, meat consumption, Sea I Village.

This study aims to explain the financial management planning of Tembokrejo Village, as well as analyze its suitability then provide an overview of the flowchart of village financial management planning according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach using primary data and data. secondary data collection procedures, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis technique is a comparative analysis which tests the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. Then the activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the financial management plan of Tembokrejo Village is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, due to the presence of village assistants who help in the process of preparing village financial management planning. Therefore, a flowchart was designed, which could be used as a guide to assist village officials in the process of preparing village financial management plans independently. The agrarian disputes often occur in rural areas, considering that the majority of the livelihoods of rural communities are farmers. In this regard, rural communities also cannot be avoided from agrarian conflicts that occur between residents, including in terms of inheritance. This social legal research aims to analyze the factors causing the occurrence of agrarian conflicts in rural areas; and explain the role of the village head in dealing with disputes related to land. This empirical legal research uses a qualitative approach that is based on primary data and secondary data as obtained through a series of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that rural communities tend to choose the head of village as the party that resolves agrarian disputes in rural areas. Therefore, the rural community perspective believes and considers the head of village to be able to provide a sense of community justice. The scheme used by the head of village is mediation or what is often called 'deliberation for consensus'. KEYWORDS: Land, Customary Law, Head of Village, Amadanom, Malang.

The objective of this research to find out how young people's perceptions of knowing and doing coconut farming business activities in Kauditan II Village, Kauditan Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The research conducted for six months, namely July to December 2019. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The research was carried out in Kauditan II Village, Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. The choice of location in this study was chosen based on the consideration that the village has coconut farmland. The research lasted for six months, from July to December 2019. Sampling was carried out deliberately on 37 young men whose parents engaged in coconut. The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews is carried out using a list of questions. Secondary data was obtained through documents and literature research results as well as data and information available at the Kauditan II Village Office. The data analysis technique used is the analysis and descriptive techniques using a Likert Scale measurement. The results showed that the youth agreed to do and understand the activities of coconut farming. The statement of youth to know postharvest tends to be higher, that is to agree because postharvest work is considered easier than other farming activities while the lowest score of the statement of youth wants to harvest on coconut trees because young people do not want to do coconut climbing activities that require special techniques.*eprm*

Based on Law No. 6 of 2014 Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the maximum welfare of the village community. Community needs that are a priority of the village include the development and maintenance of infrastructure, the environment in order to create comfort and prosperity for the community. Village Development is carried out by the village government by involving the entire village community. This research is motivated by high APBDes realization data, but there are damaged village roads. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the APBDes in Sindanglaya Village development and its inhibiting factors. The theory used by Emitai Etzioni to measure the effectiveness of the APBDes in the development of the Sindanglaya Village based on the dimensions of adaptation, integration, motivation, and production. Researchers used a qualitative research method descriptive approach. Primary data sources used are the results of observations and interviews; Secondary data used are the Sindanglaya Village LPPD document and APBDe 2016-2018. Realization Report, the text of the Law. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Hubberman model with the stages of reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the APBDes in the development of Sindanglaya Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, is said to be effective. Based on the dimensions of adaptation, integration, and motivation can be said to be effective, but the dimensions of production have not been effective; Inhibiting factors include environmental characteristics, human resources, and community participation.

LPD as one of the MicroFinance Institutions is very rapidly growing in Bali Province. LPD is said to be the business center of the informal sector. The existence of LPD as a credit institution in the village has been recognized based on customary law. In 2020 LPD in Bali amounted to about 1,433 LPD from a total of 1,485 Indigenous Villages in Bali which more served loans for villagers for various purposes. Therefore, in the management of LPD must be managed properly, correctly, transparency so that there is no misuse of LPD in its management and designation. The research method used in this research is normative-empirical legal research. This research is a blend of normative legal research and empirical legal research. Normative legal research is legal research that uses secondary data, while empirical legal research is legal research that uses primary data.  Based on the results of this pre-study can be concluded the occurrence of criminal acts of corruption committed both the Board and lpd managers cause disputes. Disputes conducted by lpd managers and managers cause conflicts of interest either between the manager with customary karma or between managers and managers both in the duties and functions of their authority. Disputes over customary issues in the Village within the scope of LPD either indicated that cause village losses or violations of applicable laws and regulations are often resolved through national law compared to customary law that applies in an LPD area. LPD sebagai salah satu Lembaga Keuangan Mikro sangatlah berkembang pesat di Provinsi Bali. LPD dikatakan sebagai pusat usaha sektor informal. Eksistensi LPD sebagai lembaga perkreditan di desa telah diakui keberadaannya berdasarkan hukum adat. Tahun 2020 LPD di Bali berjumlah sekitar 1.433 LPD dari total 1.485 Desa Adat di Bali yang lebih banyak melayani pinjaman bagi masyarakat desa untuk berbagai keperluan. Oleh karena itu didalam pengurusan LPD haruslah dikelola dengan baik, benar, transparansi agar tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan LPD di dalam pengelolaan dan peruntukannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif-empiris. Penelitian ini merupakan perpaduan antara penelitian hukum normatif dan penelitian hukum empiris. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah penelitian hukum yang menggunakan data sekunder, sedangkan penelitian hukum empiris adalah penelitian hukum yang menggunakan data primer.  Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan baik itu Pengurus dan pengelola LPD menimbulkan sengketa. Sengketa yang dilakukan oleh Pengurus dan pengelola LPD menimbulkan konflik kepentingan baik antara pengurus dengan karma adat atau antar pengurus dan pengelola baik dalam tugas dan fungsi kewenangannya. Sengketa permasalahan adat di Desa dalam ruang lingkup LPD baik itu terindikasi yang menimbulkan kerugian desa ataupun pelanggaran Peraturan Perundang Undangan yang berlaku seringkali sengketa tersebut diselesaikan melalui hukum Nasional dibandingkan dengan hukum adat yang berlaku di suatu wilayah LPD.

The purpose of this study is to explain whether the plan to change the status of Teluk Kapuas village into kelurahan in district of Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya is feasible and meets the requirements in terms of philosophical, sociological and juridical aspects. The research method used in this research is Descriptive method with normative and empirical juridical approach by using secondary data and primary data which analyzed qualitatively. Methods of data collection from this study are interviews, observations, and documentation studies in the form of proposals of pemekaran desa and others. Techniques to establish data validity are: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data analysis technique used in this research is data analysis technique model of Miles and Hubberman that is data reduction, display data and withdrawal conclusion. The results showed that: the philosophical, sociological, and jurisdiction of Teluk Kapuas Village based on the requirements established by Law no. 6/2014 on the Village and administrative requirements set forth in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation no. 1/2017 on Village Arrangement has been fulfilled and deserves to change status to kelurahan

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This research aims to analyze the Implementation of Village Financial System (SISKEUDES)  towards the government organization in Suwaan Village Kalawat Subdistrict North Minahasa Regency. This research using qualitative research approach as using primary data, which were in the form of interview and secondary data. The informants are the village head, the village secretaries, and the head of village government affairs. The result showed that : (1) The implementation of Village Financial System in Suwaan Village has running well (2) The procedure of SISKEUDES utilization done by 4 stages which are : Planning, Implementing, Administrating, and Reporting (3) Village Financial System has been giving the positive influence towards the performance of each employee. Therefore, Village Financial System holds an important role upon village government that impact directly by the employee of village. This is as accordance with the purpose on the implementation of Village Financing System which is to assist the work of villagers’ employee.Keywords: Village Financial System, Village Government

This study aimed to adjust the predetermined theme with the theme implemented. In addition, giving interesting presentations to students, and teachers can improve the quality of human resources in the field of technology and information. This study used a qualitative approach. Data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data through procedures for collecting data with participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study used domain techniques, taxonomic techniques, compound techniques, and theme techniques. For the process of checking the validity of the data, a triangulation process was carried out to obtain accurate research results. The results of the study obtained that in thematic learning using the Lesson Plan (RPP) to achieve a basic competency set out in the Content Standards and described in the syllabus through various learning behaviors of students.
