The policy of regional autonomy has also implicated the education sector with the concept of decentralization of education, which aims to provide widespread authority to regulate and manage madrasah (local authorities) in the framework of improving the quality of education for all levels of society. Madrasah as one of the educational institutions that take shelter in the Department of Religion inevitably come into contact with the issue of educational autonomy. But the problem is whether the Department of Religion remains in the position of the autonomous rights holder for the entire education system in the madrasah or only limited to religious subjects only. A consistent, cautious but definite and nondisadvantageous attitude to the Department of Religion needs to be addressed in a special discussion.

В статье рассматривается вопрос о цифровизации школы, как важном условии повышения качества образования. Организованная при помощи электронных форм среда обучения предоставляет ученикам большую самостоятельность. Необходимым условием совершенствования системы образования выступает создание новых, необходимых для цифровой экономики компетенций педагога. The article considers the issue of school digitalization as an important condition for improving the quality of education. The e-learning environment provides students with greater independence. A necessary condition for improving the education system is the creation of new teacher competencies necessary for the digital economy.

Education is very important for the continuity of the development of a nation, for that we need to find a way for action to be taken right in improving practical education and also academics in the era of blood autonomy and also autonomy in education. For this reason, it is necessary to apply a number of management principles so that education in Indonesia is of higher quality, such as the efficiency of internal and external education, good governance can also affect education in Indonesia. for this reason, it is necessary to apply several approaches so that education runs according to what is expected (1) increasing institutional capacity and all programs in the education sector can be implemented, (2) developing the quality of education through inputs, processes and results based on regional autonomy (3 ) benefits and impacts of basic education on regional autonomyThis article is very useful for readers because here they can observe, practical education and also academics to understand how to find the right solution in developing the quality of education especially in the era of regional autonomy and autonomy of education by applying various implementation of management principles, namely: good governance, internal and external efficiency of education. Abstract: Management is a theory that is used as a foundation to carry out all organizational activities which have been jointly determined, in order to achieve togetherness of vision and mission in institutions, of educational institutions in particular, both in the domain of national and institutional objectives. The current government’s overall goal within education remains to achieve Education for All (EFA) by 2015, with the top policy objectives being to ensure equitable access and improvement in quality and efficiency. In January 2003, the Kenya government made a significant step towards this vision by announcing Free Primary Education. While this was a laudable goal, it brought with it other problems. An additional 1.3 million children were enrolled in schools. The rapid increase in numbers has triggered widespread concern about the quality of education. This paper discusses the problems teachers have to grapple with, particularly in the absence of additional targeted resources to the education sector. The paper also makes recommendations.

(2) There are demands for reform in the education sector (3) There are demands from parents, community participation, business, labor associations to participate in controlling each activity and assessing quality in education processes and expenditures. (4) Educational structures can also affect in the education process if the centralized educational structure will have an impact on the lack of community participation and also the inability in existing bureaucracy to respond to all needs and demands to improve the quality of education in the era of educational autonomy.
