This study examines and analyzes the relationship between the technological complexity (KT) and compatibility (KOM), to a continuance to use (CTU) of green and smart port concepts using TAM theory extended. Adding technological complexity and compatibility as an external factor into TAM in terms of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) that affect continuance to use green and smart concepts. This study uses a survey method. It is distributed to owners/operational/invoicing managers of Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) Customers (Shipping Company, Forwarding, Trucking Company) in Surabaya, Indonesia. The sampling technique is using Slovin's formula with 304 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with SMART PLS 3.0. Both KT and KOM have a significant effect on PU and PEOU. Both PU and PEOU have a significant effect on CTU, and PEOU has a significant effect on PU. This research was conducted at TTL, the only terminal in Indonesia that uses the green and smart port concept. There is no comparison with other terminals in Indonesia on the implementation of the green and smart port concept. Especially for shipping companies, respondents cannot reach owner/principal/shareholders due to Indonesian government policy that international Shipping Companies are not allowed to open branches independently. However, they have to cooperate with local companies (agents). Port Industries (TTL) can develop an appropriate marketing strategy based on this research's results. Technological complexity and compatibility have a significant effect on the continuance to use GSP. Management of TTL has to consider technology and operational systems development with a low-level complexity and according to customer's needs. This research contributes to enrichment and extending TAM theory in terms of green and smart port concept sustainability. Not only affected by PU and PEOU but technological complexity (KT) and Compatibility (KOM) factors are important.

With the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology, mobile online education is developing rapidly. Compared with traditional classrooms, the mo-bile online education mode can realize sharing of high-quality education resources efficiently and at a low cost, thus the education informatization policy can be im-plemented. However, the college students’ willingness to use mobile online edu-cation platforms is complicated due to the lack of a market access threshold and relatively single course resources. Based on the theory of perceived value, the hypothesis of the influencing factors of the college students’ willingness to use mobile online education platforms was proposed, and the hypothesis with a ques-tionnaire survey method and structural equation model was verified. Results show that the questionnaire designed in this study has good reliability and validi-ty. The exploratory learning and good public praise of the network positively af-fects the college students’ perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of mo-bile online education platforms. The perceived usefulness has a significant direct and positive effect on their willingness to use online education platforms. The conclusions have a certain reference value for improving the quality and service of online education platforms and enriching the connotation and usage of mobile online education.

The research conducted aims to examine the effect of facility conditions and social influences on the technology acceptance model (TAM) construct consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intentions to use, and actual use to GoPay and OVO consumers. This research was conducted on students who are actively studying at Tarumanagara University, Trisakti University, and Atmajaya University who are also GoPay and OVO users in April 2019. The sampling technique used is based on the Slovin formula. Source of research data is the result of the distribution of questionnaire instruments, where the assessment of the response of each sample is measured using a Likert scale. The results of data collection are then analyzed using the structural equation model. The results of the study prove that the condition of the facility and social influence as an external variable in the TAM model under study has a positive effect on perceived ease and perceived benefits. The results of this study explain that the better the facilities, which include facilities and infrastructure in the use of GoPay and OVO as e-money, as well as the more people who use GoPay and OVO will tend to have an impact on the formation of perceptions of convenience and perceptions of benefits that are increasingly positive so as to encourage individuals to have a positive attitude and greater interest to use GoPay and OVO to help with the activities or activities undertaken.

This study aims to understand the drivers of cloud-based services (CBS) adoption and its impact on the performance of Indian organizations. The conceptual model was developed using diffusion of innovation theory, technology-organization-environment framework, transaction cost economics, technology acceptance model, and balanced scorecard model. This quantitative study collected data from IT experts of 334 Indian organizations using questionnaire survey method. Data analysis using structural equation modelling reveals that among six identified drivers, credibility of cloud service provider has the strongest impact on the decision to adopt CBS, followed by top management attitude, economic flexibility, perceived usefulness, and relative advantage. While perceived ease of use of the CBS was found statistically not significant. Conversely, the impact of CBS adoption was found strongest on the financial performance of the organizations. Further, CBS's adoption drivers and their impact on performance vary significantly on the basis of age and size of the organizations.
