The film is one of the mass communication media which has a big influence on society at large. a film is also a form of a message consisting of various symbols and signs that form a meaning system so that it can be interpreted by each person differently, depending on the person's reference and ability to grasp the meaning conveyed. The film Dua Lines Biru by Gina S. Noer takes the theme of teenage pregnancy in promiscuity. The interpretation of the conflict in this film scene becomes the background for the research to see the reception of the audience or the public in watching the film Dua Garis Biru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the reception of adolescent audiences on the impact of promiscuity in the film Dua Garis Biru. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical approach to encoding and decoding theory from Stuart Hall, which observes the audience's position on the meaning of a work. An understanding of the impact of promiscuity in the film Two Blue Lines. The results of this study the audience dominates the Hemegony Position which means the message is conveyed and the audience accepts the meaning or message as it is. But several scenes are in the Negotiated Position and Oppositional Position because the informant has its own alternative meaning or reference in certain scenes.

A considerably high consumption of cars has led Jakarta to such a messy traffic that prompted the need for the DKI Jakarta Government to issue policies to fetter the public’s purchase power for new cars. Despite this, the public continues to buy new cars. This research was conducted using qualitative method, and also post-positivism paradigm as a viewpoint from which the field arena is observed. Data collection was done by conducting a review on documents, printed – online media news and interviews from various sources. Honda Brand, which is notably the market leader in Jakarta, is to be a representative of how business players address the DKI Jakarta Government’s policy which intends to reduce the purchase power. The result of this research shows that traffic jam in Jakarta has been a complex problem politically since the New Order, because automotive business players, as a capital, have become part of Indonesia’s political power and the performance of Honda Mobil sales has not been affected by the DKI Jakarta Government’s policy in holding back the public’s purchase power for new cars. This discussion is focused on two main things, namely related to media literacy and community mindset. In this context, the media is a means that has the potential to produce and disseminate social meaning, or in other words, the media plays a major role in determining the meaning of events that occur in the world for a particular culture, society, or social group. However, often the public quickly condemns media performance or identifies improperness and declares detrimental effects. It is rare for people to question their role in mass communication. Thus, media literacy is important to be developed in society to increase the ability of media literacy. Understanding media literacy is very important to be understood by the community because with an adequate understanding of it will create a society that can think critically and have a healthy mindset. The public is expected to be able to control the impact of media shows, no longer be controlled from the impressions presented by the media so that it can give birth to a generation of media literacy. Society can determine the direction of its mind and is no longer influenced by one perspective formed by the media.

Abstract Broadcasting has become part of peoples’ lives needs for information, entertainment and education. Broadcasting agency as mass communication media play a role to shape the behavior of political, social, and economic in every society, in order to establish the public legal compliance through broadcasting activities that are counseling and law clarification, it takes effective communication media so that the target is expected to be achieved through increased the quality broadcast programs and attractive containing understanding and knowledge about the law will be able to increase publics’ consciousness and legal compliance. This study using sociological-juridical approach by analyzing the empirical data in order to understand the social and legal responsibilities and functions of broadcasting as a mass communication media is effective in disseminating the law and the formation of values, the result of study drawn through the broadcast media were able to create a culture norms, it means the function of media is not only as a transmitter of information to disseminate the law to the public but also it can have the effect of influencing and encouraging the change of behavior towards the law-abiding. <div><p class="ABSTRAKen">Karaoke houses that many found in urban areas, nowadays also find into rural areas. The existence of karaoke houses can not be separated from the profession of "karaoke guide", and they often get bad stigma by the public. This study aims to: (1) find out how social construction Botorejo people against karaoke guides; (2) to know the background of the formation of social construction of the community towards karaoke guides, and (3) to know the impact of the social construction on the social relation between the karaoke guide and Botorejo people. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Location in Botorejo Village, Wonosalam District, Demak Regency. The data gets from karaoke guides, visitors karaoke houses, managers karaoke houses and people who live in Botorejo Village. The results of the study found that the Karaoke Guides constructed by Botorejo people as “bad women”, the background of the socialconstruction of the Botorejo people is due to the daily habits of karaoke guides and because of the media's reference to the existence of karaoke guides. The impact of social construction on social relations between people with karaoke guides is a latent conflict, social careless relation, and apriori images by the Botorejo people. </p></div>

Con conceptos tales como Guardia Vieja (1895-1924) y Guardia Nueva (1925-1954), Vanguardia (1955-1969) y Período Contemporáneo (1970-1988), los estudiosos Horacio Ferrer y Oscar del Priore (1999) han periodizado la evolución histórica del Tango. Dejando intactos los tres primeros períodos, se propone una denominación alternativa a ese ‘Período Contemporáneo’. Este artículo propone el concepto de Nueva Guarida, donde se aglutinarían las nuevas subjetividades, identidades y mediaciones que asume el fenómeno cultural emblemático de lo argentino – el Tango-, al entrelazarse con la poética del rock nacional. También se estudia el impacto en la resemiotización del Tango en medios de comunicación masivos como las radios FM y la televisión actual.With concepts such as the Old Guard (1895-1924) and New Guard (1925-1954), the Vanguard (1955-1969) and the Contemporary Period (1970-1988), the attentive Horacio Ferrer and Oscar del Priore (1999) have periodized the historical evolution of the Tango. Leaving aside the first three periods, I propose the need for an alternative denomination to the 'Contemporary Period.' Accordingly this article contributes the concept of the 'Nueva Guarida' (literally the new lair), which refers to that place in which meet new subjectivities, identities and mediations that themselves emblemitize the cultural phenomenon of 'Argentina-ness' – the Tango- as it becomes enmeshed with the poetics of the nation's 'rock' music. This study also examines the impact on the resemioticization of the Tango in such mass communication media as FM radio and contemporary television.

Current issues related to the environment to be one of the issues that got the attention of the public. Awareness of the community to participate in protecting the environment is increasing from time to time. It encourages businesses as part of the community itself, to participate in maintaining the environment in ways that minimize the risk of environmental damage as a result of the operational company's. In this case, the needed cost of the so-called environmental costs. Environmental costs necessary to achieve eco-efficiency efforts, one of which is the use of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA), by identifying environmental costs by classifying into the category of environmental quality to evaluate their environmental performance.  This study uses the Ibnu Sina Hospital YW-UMI Makassar City engaged in health services as research objects. In this study the author uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the Ibnu Sina Hospital YW-UMI Makassar City yet to implement Environmental Management Accounting (EMA), manage environmental costs, but this hospital has managed the impact of the environment.

Movie is one form of mass communication media which often enjoyed by people. The movie Get Out that is directed by Jordan Peele shows about how is the act of white people discrimination towards black people. This research uses the qualitative method with descriptive type and uses Stuart Hall’s reception analysis approach. Reception analysis views the active audiences which are the viewers and readers to produce and reproduce the meaning in an impression of a media. The purpose of this research is to describe audiences’ interpretation and to know the position of the audiences according to Stuart Hall’s three readership position towards the movie Get Out that shows racism. This research uses paradigm of constructivism. The result of this research shows that audiences meaning of the movie Get Out towards the four informants generates different meaning and out of seven scene analysis units studied, the audiences’ position in their acceptance of the racism in the movie Get Out is dominated by oppositional position. There are also some informant that are in dominant hegemonic position. Where in each scene contains different racism material.   Keywords: Communication; Reception Analysis; Film

<span lang="FI">The news hoax and radical understand like a chain that is not separated. Both are very dangerous and have the potential to damage the unity and integrity of the nation and state. This concern encourages researchers to conduct research and assistance for mosque media managers. The sample in this study was the manager of Radio el-Jannah 100.9 FM Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with four stages: data collection, training, assistance and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the function of the mosque remains as a center for community empowerment so that it needs to have communication media, one of which is radio which still has a loyal audience segment. The manager of the mosque radio must master the skills of mass communication so that the message broadcast can be well received by the viewers, because from the results of this study it was found that the manager of the mosque's radio had never learned about mass communication. Message and radio broadcast material must be valid, selected, and aimed at educating the public to ward off hoax news and radical understanding.</span>

Marriage is part of the teachings of the Islamic religion that must be obeyed and carried out by everyone if they already have the ability to be physically and mentally. Marriage is considered imperfect by some people in Gampong Meunasah Baro, Seulimeum District, Aceh Besar Regency if the implementation is not accompanied by a celebration, even though the marriage is legal according to Islamic law. Therefore, after marriage, walimah wil be carried out, which is a celebration that accompanies the marriage to make it official so that it is known in general by the public. The implementation of walimatul 'ursy in Islam is more emphasized on simplicity, convenience, happiness and pleasure or cheapness according to needs, not based on desire. The purpose of this research is to describe redundant in a wedding reception, as well as to describe the impact of waste on the party. In this study, the researchers used qualitative method. The results of the study related to the wedding party in Gampong Meunasah Baro, Seulimeum District, Aceh Besar Regency showed that the celebration of the wedding party was already a tradition that was carried out after the wedding. This tradition is carried out to honor guests, but in the implementation of the reception based on Islamic law, it is detected that there is a redundancy that is often carried out both by the wedding party organizer and by the invited guests. The results of the study show that the waste carried out by the host as the implementation of the intent of the wedding party in the form of providing too much food so that it cannot be finished. After the wedding, a lot of food is wasted. Meanwhile, the waste done by the invited guests either intentionally or unintentionally by not finishing the food or leaving a lot of food that has been placed on the plate. However, in the view of customary law, this is considered normal, even though they know that redundant is a friend of the devil. The results of the study also show that the wedding party has had a good cultural impact, but has no impact on social, religious or economic terms.

This study aims to analyze the Nahdlatul Ulama digital da'wah in understanding the aswaja An-Nahdliyyah values and find out whether or not the digital da'wah of Nahdlatul Ulama can provide understanding to the public related to Ahlussunah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah by posting the related contents through the Nahdlatul Ulama social media accounts. This research used a descriptive-qualitative method with the mass communication theory. The data in this study were obtained from the Nahdlatul Ulama official accounts and literatures appropriate with the research context. The results showed that the Nahdlatul Ulama digital da'wah in understanding aswaja An-Nahdliyyah with the formation of Nahdlatul Ulama cyber team and management of Nahdlatul Ulama social media accounts was emphasized in accordance with the Aswaja An-Nahdliyah concept based on Khittoh Nahdlatul Ulama as stated in the existing da'wah typology. Thus, it can be concluded that the Nahdlatul Ulama Digital da'wah is indeed used to provide understanding to public to behave in accordance with the Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah values.Keywords: Da’wah, Digital, Aswaja
