The paper attempts to outline the Polish National Broadcasting Council’s establishing and evaluating its activities. The author observes that after 1989, one of the most essential achievements of the Polish media market was the creation of the National Broadcasting Council (Krajowa Rada Radiofonii i Telewizji KRRiT), that laid the foundations for a new media landscape in Poland. In a broader perspective, despite being criticized, the National Broadcasting Council is to meet high expectations for the electronic media regulation, its impact on state policy in implementing cultural and educational tasks by the Polish community broadcasters. Concurrently, making mistakes and handling criticism was partly caused by the Council politicization bias, a large executive subordination that doesn’t comply both with the Law “On Television and Radio Broadcasting” and European practice. Notable, the success of community broadcasters, who value interaction with viewers and listeners, should be a model for audiovisual sector to emulate. Music therapists working in the area of domestic violence represent an emergent, but growing professional group. The termdomestic violenceis currently the most widely recognized. However, it has been criticized for the way in which it can serve to mask dimensions of gender and power involved, and can individualize the problem, ignoring its sociopolitical underpinnings. It also masks connections between this type of violence and all forms of male violence against women. As a result to ensure a better understanding, the preferred term for all types of this violence iswoman abuse, withintimate male partner violence(IMPV) the preferred term for violence against women in their intimate relationships. It should be noted that men can be victims of violence, but this violence is different in its nature, scope, and its impact. Music therapy work in the area of woman abuse is presented in this chapter.

The Indonesian government is set to follow through with the plan for five super-priority tourist destinations. The five super-priority tourist destinations are Lake Toba in North Sumatra, Borobudur Temple in Central Java, Mandalika in West Nusa Tenggara, Labuan Bajo in East Nusa Tenggara, and Likupang in North Sulawesi. Borobudur temple is known as one of the plans for five super-priority tourist destinations. Managed directly by the Badan Otorita Borobudur, it offers various exciting and different facilities from the others. This study aims to find out the communication strategy carried out by the Badan Otorita Borobudur on Borobudur as a super-priority tourist destination. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen collaboration through Penta helix's synergy (business, government, community, academia, and the mass media). This research uses a case study method; data collection is done by interview and observation. This study indicates that Badan Otorita Borobudur implements several collaboration strategies to introduce Borobudur to the public and with support from the community, academia, and the mass media. From this research, it can be seen that the Badan Otorita Borobudur has carried out the stages of their collaboration strategy well, and the message to be conveyed to the public can be received well. For this reason, the collaborative discussion of the Pentahelix model for the development of Borobudur Temple as one of the super-priority tourism destinations is essential to note. Based on the conclusion of joint activities, it can be seen from the impact of tourism management. The existence of Borobudur tourism is felt to have not had a direct effect on the community's welfare around Borobudur Temple.

Migrant women victims of domestic violence might face a stark choice between leaving an abusive relationship and tolerating the abuses so that they can preserve their residence rights in the host country. EU law suffers from some major limitations in addressing this situation. In view of the EU ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women (‘the Istanbul Convention’), will the EU be required to take new measures in light of the demands imposed by Article 59 of the Istanbul Convention that addresses the residence rights of migrant women victims of violence? By clarifying these demands and juxtaposing them with the relevant EU law standards, this article shows the divergences and convergences between the two regional European legal orders. It also forwards concrete suggestions as to which EU rules might need to be modified.
