<p>This research was conducted to describe the role of mothers in the delivery of teenage sex education in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the case study method. Data collection uses participation collection, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants of this research are mothers who live in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. And having a teenage daughter. This study discusses the role that is carried out and which is carried out in the process of delivering the education section of their daughters. Using the AGIL theory (adaptation, goal achievement, integration, maintenance of latent patterns) put forward by Talcott Parsons, with four important basic elements that must be discussed in full and become a unity. The process is then processed. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and gathering conclusions.</p><p>The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the role of mothers who play a role and the role of mothers who are involved in the delivery of sexy education to girls in the Village Gandekan, Jebres District, Surakarta City. The ability of adaptation (Adaptation) by the mother regarding the development of the pattern of child relationships in the midst of technological development can be agreed to be adequate, the goal of achieving damage to the child's future. The way mothers provide sex education (integration) to children is done through advice, messages and rules or restrictions given to children. The mother's ability to support patterns (Latency) through implanting values is hardly adequate. This is evident from the fact that there are still many children who refute the advice given by the mother.</p>

One of the problems that appear in village financial management is the issue of its implementation in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The implementation is not in accordance with the provisions of Permendagri 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management due to the lack of common understanding, views, and commitments from village financial organizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of the implementation of financial management of the village of Dauh Peken in Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency based on Permendagri 113 of 2014 on village financial management. The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study was analyzed using the Case Study method. The results of the study indicate that the Dauh Peken Village has not fully complied with the provisions of the regulation in financial management during the implementation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This requires synergy between the district and sub-district governments in terms of assistance and supervision of village finance providers.   Keywords: Village finance, regulations, village finance providers.

The title of this research is “Teamwork of Development Partnership (Case Study Development Partnership Teamwork of Poverty in Bogor)”. This research aims to describe the teamwork process conducted by the Working Group on Development Partnership include communication, compromise, cooperation, coordination, and consummation. Teamwork that made the Working Group in an effort to reduce poverty in Bogor. Researcher used a qualitative research approach with case study method, while the instruments used in data collection is interview, observation guidelines, and guidance documentation. The technique used an in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and literature study. Informants in this research is 11 people, they are 4 persons from SKPD, 2 persons from BUMD, 2 persons from BUMN, and 3 persons from private sector. The results of this research indicate that good teamwork is determined by communication, compromise, cooperation, coordination, and consummation. Communications flow into upward, downward, and horizontal, both formally and informally, through the medium of verbal and non-verbal communication. Compromises is used to resolve the differences that determined the best alternative. Cooperation as a form of cooperation through the participation of members in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Coordination is used to integrate the goals and activities of the Working Group in order to direct, there is no overlap. Then, the consummation is used through improvements in poverty reduction activities in Bogor. Thus, the researchers suggest a training program “Team Building Training to Improve the Quality of Teamwork”. The purpose of this training is to raise awareness of Pokja members so that they understand the importance of teamwork that goes with effective and implement a strategy or technique in achieving teamwork, so that the Pokja was able to develop and implement effective teamwork in tackling poverty.Keywords: Human Service Organization, Teamwork, Komunikasi dan Kooperasi

This research proves the importance of the role of women in the agricultural sector in Central Java through a case study of Peasants Association movement in Qaryah Thayyibah, Salatiga, Central Java. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies, observations, FGDs and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique uses categorization, interpretation and conclusions from the results of data collection. This research shows women have a key role in the development of the agricultural sector. Therefore, SPPQT's programs for empowering women farmers include: (1) women's political education, (2) involvement of women in the Production Community and Farmers Community, (3) Women's involvement in the Village Development Council (Team 11). The findings also showed that there were obstacles in the form of community rejection for the third point. This can be overcome by refer again to SPPQT's vision, gender equality needs to be seen as a solution to improve the agricultural sector.

This study aims to examine the role of the Village Head of Pulo Brayan Bengkel, East Medan District, in increasing the participation of the community in the implementation of the UN. The method used in this research is concurrent mix method. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is concurrent triangulation that is quantitative and qualitative data is done simultaneously in one stage of research. The results showed that there are still people in Pulo Brayan Bengkel Village who have not fulfilled their duties as tax payers. This is evidenced by the realization of UN revenue that is still far from the target.

This study aims to explore the role of the tax intelligence unit in increasing tax revenues in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, particularly the case study method, using the Bali Regional Tax Office as a research setting. Through in-depth interviews and a data analysis that comprises of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, this study shows that the tax intelligence unit performs effectively in boosting tax revenues through three main steps: investigation, security, and accumulation. The findings of this study present substantial implications to the Indonesian tax authority in strengthening its tax intelligence and maximizing the tax revenues. This research is based on the researcher's interest in how the relationship between men and women in polygamous marriages. This study aims to describe what makes women willing to be polygamous and what kind of relationship exists between husband and wife in a polygamous family. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature study on related documents. The results showed that in a polygamous family there is a discourse battle, this discourse battle is won by the husband, so that the husband has the right to determine the values ​​used in the family. In polygamous marriages, religion is used and believed to be the dominant discourse. Capital accumulation also affects the position of husband and wife in the family, including economic, social, cultural and symbolic capital. This form of domination carried out by the husband and not being aware of the domination by the wife who works subtly is called by Bourdieu as a form of symbolic violence.

Aim: This research aim is to analyze an artificial intelligence platform that can be used in imparting education as well as evaluating student performance. Method: This research was conducted with a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews and a literature study. Results: The findings of this study shows that Artificial Intelligence technology can be used as a means of developing English learning for students. Discussion: There have been several studies that support research results, that AI can be used to improve students' English skills through applications, websites, Virtual Reality technology, and other AI-based learning and teaching systems. Limitation: The limitation of this research is that it does not examine how far the role of AI in students' English learning is. Suggestion: For further research, it is expected to test how far the role of AI is to improve students' English skills, especially Universitas Airlangga students.

<p>This study aims to determine, the role of barn food in sustainability food security and the benefits obtained by the food barn. Descriptive analysis techniques used to know   management of the food barn, while to know the role and benefits data analyzed using the analysis score. Results showed that the food barn role in sustainability of food security included in the high role category in the funds social grant, providing food and as economic institutions. This article will understand the role of the village’s head during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sampang regency in 2020. This article utilizes status and role theory by Linton to elaborate role, role facilities, and role-set the village head status as an analytical tool. Then the patron-client theory by Scott is used to understand the village head’s position as the “father” of the villagers. This article uses a qualitative approach and takes a case study of ten villages in Sampang Regency, East Java Province. The data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews with ten village heads and secondary data from the internet, namely the Sampang local government’s official website and local news online media. This article discovers that the role of village heads during a pandemic includes: the role of shaping public opinion to be aware of the COVID-19 virus, the role of consolidation through volunteers and information centers (Call Center), and the role of facilitators in the COVID-19 social assistance program. Besides, this article finds that the patron-client relationship between the village head and residents is still strong enough that the village head as the formal leader as well as the informal leader as the village protector during the pandemic.
