Currently teaching and learning activities are carried out using E-learning facilities, E-learning is a means of teaching and learning activities from school to college. E-learning itself is now one of the standard learning methods in several schools and gamification is needed to support e-learning so that users are interested in its use. Gamification itself implements in-game features into a non-game context such as points, badges, and leaderboard. The method used in this research is the waterfall method which this method plans a system from upstream to downstream. In terms of appearance, this website looks attractive in for its users. This system is easy to use, so it is easier for students to do learning even though they are at home. The result of this research is that students can learn anywhere using available devices.

SMAN 8 Bogor<em>, which is located in the city of Bogor, is one of the schools that use conventional learning methods, which can only be done with the condition of meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. So that we need a new system that can support teaching and learning activities. The system built is a web-based online learning information system (e-learning) wherein there is a feature in this system for distributing materials, assignments, problem exercises, tutorials and information- other information related to school activities, so that it is expected to help students' learning activities because with this system, students can access learning activities anywhere not only in the classroom.</em>

Abstrak: Teknologi modern semakin pesat perkembangannya, sebagai masyarakat kita dapat merasakan hal positif dari perkembangan teknologi modern, salah satunya adalah internet. Memanfaatkan internet dengan hal positif dapat mempermudah kegiatan masyarakat, seperti dalam bidang pendidikan salah satunya adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, akan tetapi terkadang pelajar bahkan pengajar yang melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar tersebut terlalu terkekang oleh waktu dan peraturan yang berlaku pada tempat belajarnya. Hasil permasalahan yang penulis dapatkan pada kegiatan belajar mengajar konvensional adalah diharuskannya meluangkan waktu untuk pergi ke tempat belajar dan juga ditentukan durasi belajar mengajarnya bahkan diadakan peraturan yang terkadang membuat peserta sampai pengajar tidak nyaman dengan peraturan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat sistem informasi pembelajaran (e-learning) dengan metode learner-led learning berbasis web yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa mengeluarkan biaya dan tidak terkekang oleh waktu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan nyaman. Website ini juga menyediakan fasilitas seperti materi yang bersifat video dan artikel yang bertujuan bagi pelajar yang lebih nyaman belajar dengan video interaktif dan juga tersedia fasilitas sertifikat sebagai bukti bahwa pelajar telah berhasil dalam menyelesaikan soal dari materi yang dipelajarinya.   Kata kunci: pelajar, pembelajaran daring, pengajar, sistem pembelajaran, website   Abstract: Modern technology is growing rapidly, as a society we can feel positive things from the development of modern technology, one of which is the internet. Using the internet with positive things can facilitate community activities, such as in the field of education, one of which is teaching and learning activities. With teaching and learning activities, it can add insight and knowledge to the community, but sometimes students and even teachers who carry out teaching and learning activities are too constrained by time and the regulations that apply to the place of study. The results of the problems that the authors get in conventional teaching and learning activities are that they are required to take the time to go to the place of study and also determine the duration of teaching and learning and even make regulations that sometimes make participants until the teacher is not comfortable with these rules. Therefore, the authors are interested in solving these problems by creating a learning information system (e-learning) with a web-based learner-led learning method that can be accessed anywhere and anytime without incurring costs and not being constrained by time. This research is expected to help in the teaching and learning process comfortably. This website also provides facilities such as video materials and articles aimed at making students more comfortable learning with interactive videos and certificate facilities are also available as evidence that students have succeeded in solving problems from the material they have studied.   Keywords: e-learning, learning system, student; teacher, website

 The creation of interactive learning activities can be influenced by the availability of media and learning resources as a useful tool in teaching and learning activities. The effectiveness of students' absorption of difficult and complicated learning materials can be achieved with the help of the demonstration tool as a media. The purpose of this research is to produce an earthquake demonstration tool, as a valid learning media for use in the learning process of physics in junior high schools. This development research uses the R & D method which was adapted from Nieveen & Folmer with three-phase, namely: preliminary research, development or prototyping phase, and the formative evaluation within the development stage. The evaluation of the validation of the media uses the instrument of validation of the earthquake demonstration tool with 5 indicators and the assessment of validation of the guidebook with 4 indicators. The results of the design of the media obtained the validation score for the earthquake demonstration tool with a score of 4.5 where a very valid category and the handbook obtained a validation score of 4.4 with a very valid category. Based on the results of this research, an earthquake demonstration tool had been successfully made and a guidebook for its use as a physics science learning media is valid and suitable for use in junior high schools.


In every institution, it is definitely needed employees workers who manage the company so that it can run the activities of companies that use HR (Human Resources) one of them is in the education field, it needs workers who manage it, so that it can run teaching and learning activities well. In the procurement of labor or employees that must be really selective, to maximize performance in their respective duties. The development of technology is very possible that the information system is not only used as a tool for the implementation of the lecture process but it can also be used in the implementation of the web-based recruitment test. A web-based information system will be designed and developed to enable the employee selection process in a psychological test to be more selective and easier.

SDIT Yasir is one of the schools under the management of the Ibnu Rusydi Islamic Education Foundation in Cipondoh, Tangerang. The school that aspires to create Indonesian young generations that resemble Ibnu Rusydi has several obstacles in carrying out daily teaching and learning activities. One of the issues is the teacher and staff data management. Therefore, the PKM team from the Informatics Engineering Department IT PLN intends to help the Yasir SDIT school by designing a web-based application for handling the employees. Aim/Purpose: The purposes of this research are to analyze online learning management activities conducted by the principals of junior high schools in Indonesia in facing COVID-19 as well as to discuss their perspective and expectations towards online learning activities when facing COVID-19 and after COVID-19 has passed. Background: Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture instructed that teaching and learning activities for all levels of education in Indonesia must be carried out online from home. There have been comprehensive reports about the various forms of online learning, its effects on students, the challenges, the learning transition from offline to online, and teachers’ views on this new approach. Very few, if any, focus on how principals act upon the transition during this COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this research focuses on how principals overcome various problems that arise in the implementation of online learning activities. Methodology: As many as 309 principals of junior high school from twelve districts in Indonesia were asked to give their responses to a set of questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed using Cronbach’s Alpha with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The percentage was mainly used in the descriptive analysis. To obtain the influence among variables, the statistical inferential analysis was used. Contribution: Although the sample size of this research is limited, the results may contribute to the existing theory and practice related to the implementation of online learning in Indonesia. The findings of this research could be a guide for principals to manage online learning in the future. Findings: The data analysis showed that the constructs of organizing and monitoring-evaluation were found to play an important role as a mediator between the variables of planning with implementation of principal management in online learning. Path analysis demonstrated that the implementation variable was significantly influenced by the variables of planning, organizing and monitoring-evaluation, with a contribution value of 78.20%. Thus, it indicated that the planning, organizing and monitoring-evaluation variables contributed directly or indirectly to the implementation of principal management in online learning. Generally, the online learning management activities conducted by the principals of junior high schools in Indonesia have been carried out well, especially in the Implementing aspect. However, the aspects of Planning, as well as Monitoring and Evaluation, still need to be improved. Recommendations for Practitioners: The government is recommended to provide adequate online learning supporting facilities as well as to facilitate teachers to increase insight and knowledge in terms of technology use, especially in designing, implementing, and providing assessments of online learning. So far, the government has provided some facilities and conveniences to principals and teachers. However, some information and ICT related trainings from the government during the COVID-19 pandemic is not widely known by the principals and the teachers. Socialization about these is needed. Recommendation for Researchers: This work offers a theoretical understanding of the problems faced by school principals in facing COVID-19. Further research on how principals and teachers manage online learning activities needs to be carried out to solve various problems which might arise during the process of implementation. Impact on Society: This research suggests that the principals in Indonesia have good online learning management. However, to reach the stated learning objectives efficiently and effectively, the principals need to collaborate with the teachers as the main facilitators of the teaching and learning process. Cooperation with parents is also highly recommended. Future Research: Further research should focus on how the application of online learning can improve students’ achievement through good management and collaboration with teachers, other administration staff at schools, and parents.

ABSTRACT<br /><br />Dhyana Pura University is a university that has a website as a means to provide<br />information to students and the public, but on the web that is owned by the University Dhyana<br />Pura does not have E-learning facilities. One way to make teaching and learning process more<br />effective and efficient is to design and implement e-learning information system so that the<br />teaching and learning process can not only be done while in the classroom, but not limited by<br />space and time.<br />E-Learning is a type of teaching learning that allows the delivery of teaching materials to<br />students by using the media Internet, Intranet or other computer network media.<br />The results of this study is a web-based information system that contains some facilities<br />such as quiz that allows students to implement quiz online. This research uses Random Matrix<br />method, where the quiz which is done by the student will be randomized. Penelitian ini menggunakan<br />metode Random Matrix, dimana quiz yang kerjakan oleh mahasiswa akan diacak secara random.<br />Sistem pembelajaran online berbasis web ini dibangun untuk menunjang proses perkuliahan<br />dengan menggunakan suatu sistem elektronik, sehingga mampu untuk mendukung  suatu proses<br />pembelajaran dandapat memberikan vasilitasbaru mengenai proses belajar mengajar khususnya<br />bagi mahasiswa pada Universitas Dhyana Pura.<br /><br />Kata kunci :UniversitasDhyana Pura, Sisteminformasi, Website, Internet, Random Matrix
