The data is validated with secondary data that is the result of previous research. The results obtained show that the couple of Indonesian wives and Japanese husbands keep each other harmony interaction by choosing the appropriate language situation required. They use everyday language are: English, Japanese and Indonesian. The dominant language is the language in where they live. This result shows that they are showing respect for each other. The use of the chosen language as an effort to adapt to the culture in where they live includes also invited their children to always appreciate the cultureof their fathers and mothers equally in influence. So the three behavioral barriers do not occur as a priori, prejudice and authority that one against the other. There is a trust between them. The title of this article, “Drinking Apple Tea”, refers to the account of a social worker visiting the family of his drug-addicted client. While the visit proceeds in silence, the social worker finds his own frustration rising: “We just sit there and drink apple tea. What am I doing here?” This story points to the fact that cultural differences are difficult to manage within the institutions of the Danish welfare state, since they tend to fall outside the scope of established universal categorizations and norms that form the basis for institutional practices. On the basis of an understanding of cultural encounters that emphasize the creativity of human agency, as well as the institutional fixation of hegemonic norms, the article discusses specific encounters involving majority institutions and ethnic minorities in Denmark. The analysis focuses on the ways cultural differences are either suppressed or displaced as irrelevant factors, or emerge as catchall explanations for the behavior of ethnic minorities. This pattern is to a large extent attributable to the institutional norms and practices that implicitly limit diversity. In some cases, a universal view of human nature means that difference becomes deviance; whilst in others, a focus on cultural difference reduces diversity resulting in stereotypical generalizations of the Other. One way of distributing culture and difference in alternative ways could result from a heightened awareness of the institutional rationalities and practices among the employees.

Islam as the most blessed religion of Allah swt (surah al-Imran verse 19), is also the proof of Islam's most perfect religion, perfected. Islam also regulates how the concept of education, both within the family and outside the family. This study aims to determine the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH relating to the responsibility and law of educating his wife and children in the household with religious education. This reason needs to be discussed, many in the community of husbands (parents) who neglect the obligations and responsibilities of educating family members, so that not a few households run aground in the middle of the road or at least broken home throughout life. This research is a literary model with primary sources of hadith book (al-tis'ah pole), and secondary data from the literature relating to this research. The result is that in the book of poles al-tis'ah according to the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH there are approximately 69 traditions related to the responsibility of educating his wife and children, of the 69 traditions, two traditions are discussed in detail (Tirmizi narration No. 2577 and Muslim No 2137, because these two traditions summarize the meaning of 67 other traditions, it can be concluded that educating wives and children for their husbands (fathers) the law is fardhu ain or obligatory for the head of the family as a form of responsibility to provide inner support (religious knowledge) to family members (wife and children) in the 69 traditions contain the command sentence "teach or educate", then in the method of jurisprudence "al-ashlu fil amri lil wujub" the meaning of the origin of each command is mandatory. "Therefore a wife or child has the right to sue her husband (father) to educate religion as an obligation in Islamic law.

The ways in which we communicate, what we communicate and our response to communication are greatly influenced by our culture. Cultural differences have strength and value. Intercultural communication is the exchange of cultural information be-tween groups of people from different cultures. Effective communicators are those who are motivated, who have a significant stock of knowledge to draw upon and possess the needed communication skills. Motivation understood as competence means that one wants to interact with a person from another culture and to get to know that culture. The knowledge dimension of communication competence means that one has knowledge about the other person and his or her culture. Skills are the actual application of specific behaviours that enable one to accomplish one’s goals. The skills need to be adapted to the rules of interaction that are appropriate to the host culture.

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is a country that has many cultures, this is evidenced by the Indonesian slogan "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" which means "different but still one thing". In a variety of cultures, humans need interaction with other humans, namely what is known as the word "communication". Peace in the midst of cultural differences is the application of Allah's orders in the teachings of Islam. Created from a man and woman and made humans into nations and tribes so that humans know each other to be devoted to Allah SWT. Contextual interpretation of the Quran and considering the socio-historical context in interpreting a text is so urgent and important. Marriage is an important thing in the life of a woman. The importance that our society attaches to marriage is reflected in our literature and it is the central concern of Shashi Deshpade’s novels. In our society where girl learns early that she is ‘Paraya Dhan’, and she is her parents’ responsibility till the day she is handed over to her rightful owners. What a girl makes of her life, how she shapes herself as an individual, what profession she takes up is not as important as whom she marries. Marriage is the ultimate goal of a woman’s life. This paper attempts to probe into the problems of marriage through the protagonists of her novels where one enjoys the freedom of marriage and the other accepts the traditional marriage. Shashi Deshpade highlights the problems of marriage faced by middle-class people in finding suitable grooms for their daughters. This problem is well-illustrated through the characters of her novels. Since the girl’s mind over her childhood is tuned that she is another’s property, she tries to attach a lot of importance to it. it is indeed a tragedy that even in the modern age, Indian females echo the same sentiment where it was marriage which mattered most of them but not to the men. It is a beginning of females sacrifices in life that marriage brings to her. Shashi Deshpande encourages her female protagonists to rise in rebellion against the males in the family matters, instead she wants to build a harmonious relationship between man and woman in a mood of compromise and reconciliation.

Abstract In the paper we present the selected properties of composition relation of the convergent and divergent permutations connected with commutation. We note that a permutation on ℕ is called the convergent permutation if for each convergent series ∑an of real terms, the p-rearranged series ∑ap(n) is also convergent. All the other permutations on ℕ are called the divergent permutations. We have proven, among others, that, for many permutations p on ℕ, the family of divergent permutations q on ℕ commuting with p possesses cardinality of the continuum. For example, the permutations p on ℕ having finite order possess this property. On the other hand, an example of a convergent permutation which commutes only with some convergent permutations is also presented.

Bryophytes are the second largest group of land plants and are also known as the amphibians of the plant kingdom. 67 species of bryophytes have been reported from select locations across the state of Gujrat. The status of family fissidentaceae which is a large moss family is being presented in this paper. Globally the family consists of 10 genera but only one genus, Fissidens Hedw. has been collected from Gujarat. Fissidens is characterized by a unique leaf structure and shows the presence of three distinct lamina, the dorsal, the ventral and the vaginant lamina. A total of 8 species of Fissidens have been reported from the state based on vegetative characters as no sporophyte stages were collected earlier. Species reported from the neighboring states also showed the absence of sporophytes. The identification of different species was difficult due to substantial overlap in vegetative characters. Hence a detailed study on the diversity of members of Fissidentaceae in Gujarat was carried out between November 2013 and February 2015. In present study 8 distinct species of Fissidens have been collected from different parts of the state. Three species Fissidens splachnobryoides Broth., Fissidens zollingerii Mont. and Fissidens curvato-involutus Dixon. have been identified while the other five are still to be identified. Fissidens zollingerii Mont. and Fissidens xiphoides M. Fleisch., which have been reported as distinct species are actually synonyms according to TROPICOS database. The presence of sexual reproductive structures and sporophytes for several Fissidens species are also being reported for the first time from the state.
