Personal branding is an individual effort to obtain the response and perception of public audiences through social media, including Instagram. This study aimed to describe adolescents’ experiences in personal branding through Instagram and the meaning of personal branding. It is qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Data were analyzed using thematic phenomenological analysis techniques to understand the themes and patterns of personal branding. Data were collected using interviews and observation methods. Five participants were obtained through purposive sampling technique with criteria: adolescents aged 18-21 years and active Instagram users (with a consistent content theme). Results show that the personal branding process is built through stages that involve determining goals, conceptualizing content, and posting content. It is essential to concept and edit content uniquely and posts consistently at the right time and the right frequency, including the highlight menu setting. Personal branding has significant and strategic meanings for adolescents: as a medium to promote competencies, expand career opportunities, and be a useful person. Essentially, it is recommended for adolescents to do personal branding as an alternative activity that supports self-development and careers using Instagram.

The objective of this study is to determine the forms of aggressive behavior that received by victims of courtship violence and the factors that causes violence in long term courtship. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach using data collection techniques by observing and interviewing. The sampling technique used in this study is snowball technique. Data analysis techniques follow this stages: analyzing all the data, categorizing data, preparing the psychological dynamics, connecting with the theoretical basis and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows the forms of aggressive behavior that received by victims of violence in courtship is verbal or symbolic aggression behavior, such as harsh words, words that is not worth to listen, mocking/scolding, threatening, insisting, and limiting intercommunication. In case of violation of property rights, is the property of the subjects used at one’s pleasure by their mate without permission. Physical assault is in the form of forced asking or confiscated subject as well as hitting or knocking head. While the reason for the victims to survive is feeling shy because everyone already knows their courtship relationship.Besides, the victim thinks and hopes theirmatewould be better and their relationshipwould be improved.

This study aims to analyze the effects of the Self-Awareness Outcomes Questionnaire (SAOQ) in building the personal branding of Brawijaya University students through social media Instagram. The research sample used a random sampling technique consisting of 283 students from various faculties. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The Self-Awareness Outcomes Questionnaire (SAOQ) is divided into sub-variables reflective of self-development, acceptance, proactive at work and emotional cost. The results showed that reflective self-development, acceptance, proactive at work and emotional cost had a significant influence in building the personal branding of Brawijaya University students through social media Instagram. It can be concluded that the interest of Brawijaya University students in building personal branding through Instagram is importance by reflective self-development, acceptance, proactive at work and emotional costs.

Career orientation has become significant in Vietnamese education recently. To students of theMining Faculty of Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, this issue is more important as societychanges its acceptance of mining. The research uses investigation, interview, and observation methods for205 students to see their career orientation. The performance is on the following criteria: 1) Career choicebased on individual interests, abilities, personalities, career values; 2) Understanding of the profession inaspects of quality and capacity, workplace, future working environment, the development trend, etc.; 3)The suitability of the profession with individual interests, abilities, personality, and values of theprofession during the study; 4) Study plans to meet industry requirements; 5) Self-development plans inthe future career. Research results show that the majority of students have the right and appropriate career.These students have clear and positive motivations and goals in the learning process. Only a few studentshave not determined the proper position in the profession due to their emotions, which are not stable andoriented.

BACKGROUND: Families, especially parents, are the closest people expected to care for people with mental disorders and this means family-focused care mental disorders is the main concept for the management of the illness due to the close relationship. AIM: The study was, therefore, conducted to explore the phenomenon of applying family empowerment in people with mental disorders as a means of developing instruments. METHODS: The research was qualitative with a phenomenological approach and data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed with the Colaizzi method. The participants include 14 families having someone with mental disorders and selected using the purposive sampling technique. RESULTS: The results, however, produced seven themes which are the perception of mental disorders, motivation to care, family participation, withdrawal from drugs, spirituality, costs, and alternative treatments. CONCLUSIONS: This task was found to be the main effort by a family to provide appropriate assistance in accordance with the observed health problems and internal family resources considered capable of deciding are expected to determine the right action to overcome the problems.

BPJS is one of the government policies in the health sector. This BPJS program established by the government is used as one of the solutions to solve problems related to health problems that arise. This study aims to find out more about the experience of nurses in providing services with the BPJS system. This research was conducted descriptively Qualitative research using a phenomenological approach was carried out on 20 to 27 November 2019. Data were obtained by in-depth interviews with nurses working in Malang Hospital and analyzed the data analysis process with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The population of this study was 5 respondents. The method of selecting participants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Age of respondents 30 to 45 years. The results found 3 themes, namely: service incentives, satisfaction and service. Conclusion: One of the services involved in the BPJS program is Nurse. those in conducting services have the right to service incentives, because that has several obstacles that create dissatisfaction. Health workers already have maximum performance. This research is expected in the future can be the basis for making decisions for awarding and better service systems. Further research recommendations are about nurse satisfaction with services.

Important religious education is given to children with autism. Objective. This research aims to analyze teachers' experience in implementing Islamic religious learning strategies (IRLS) for children with autism. Methods. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The participants were six Islamic religion teachers from two exceptional schools in Yogyakarta who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. In-depth interviews and observation methods were used in data collection techniques. The coding analysis method, with the stages of data organization, reading data, coding data, determining and connecting themes with descriptions, and interpreting data, was used for data analysis. Results. The research results found that IRLS for children with autism has three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning is done to determine the preparation that must be done before the learning process. Learning implementation includes reading and writing as well as interpreting the material. The evaluation is carried out to determine the level of success of the learning process that has been carried out. The IRLS carried out by teachers include two-way communication, adequate experience, and innovation skills. Conclusion. The strategies are expected to be further enhanced to reduce constraints in learning.

This study aims to determine the role of perception in mediating the effect of marketing mix on purchase intention. It is important for business people whom engaged in the tourism industry to offering the right product. This research is located at Bali Zoo Gianyar,Bali. The population were foreign and domestic tourists who visited Bali Zoo. From the sampling process, 200 respondents completed the questionnaire completely. The sampling technique used was random sampling method. This study uses path analysis techniques to find the direct and indirect effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. To obtain data and measure research indicators using a questionnaire instrument and measured by a Likert scale. The result of this study shows that perception plays an important role in influencing purchase intention. Marketing mix and perception become factors influences purchase intention. This needs to be taken into account by the management of Bali Zoo. Keywords : Marketing Mix; Perception; Purchase Intention.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Kepuasan kerja menjadi masalah yang cukup menarik dan penting, karena terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang besar bagi individu maupun perusahan. Kepuasan kerja merupakan suatu sikap seseorang terhadap pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan situasi kerja, kerja sama antara karyawan, imbalan yang diterima dalam kerja, dan hal-hal yang menyangkut fisik dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kepuasan kerja perawat di bangsal medikal bedah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini dengan analisa univariat untuk mendeskripsikan karekteristik dari variabel yang ada. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tertentu di Kabupaten Timur Tengah Selatan dan Kota Kupang, sampel yang di ambil berjumlah 89 sampel. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini rata-rata kepuasan kerja perawat berada pada kategori netral yang artinya perawat merasa apa yang sudah diterima sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang sudah mereka lakukan hal ini dilihat dari Sembilan kategori yang di telliti yaitu gaji, supervisi, tunjangan tambahan, penghargaan, kondisi kerja, promosi, sifat kerja dan komunikasi kecuali rekan kerja. Saran untuk peneiliti kedepannya agar dapat menggunakan variabel yang lain seperti well-being terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit.   Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, perawat   IDENTIFICATION OF NURSE WORK SATISFACTION THAT WORKED IN THE MEDICAL SURGERY OF SURGERY   ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a problem that is quite interesting and important, because it has proven to have a great influence for individuals and for companies. Job satisfaction is a person's attitude towards work related to work situations, cooperation between employees, rewards received in work, and matters relating to physical and psychological. The purpose of this study was to identify job satisfaction of nurses in the surgical medical ward. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by univariate analysis to describe the characteristics of the variables. The sampling technique used questionnaires to nurses who worked in certain hospitals in South Middle East District and Kupang City, the samples taken were 89 samples. . The results obtained from this study mean that the average job satisfaction of certain hospital nurses in East Tengah Selatan District and Kupang City is in the neutral category, which means nurses feel that what they have received is in accordance with the work they have done. telliti namely salary, supervision, additional benefits, rewards, working conditions, promotions, nature of work and communication except coworkers. Suggestions for future researchers to be able to use other variables such as well-being towards job satisfaction for nurses working in hospitals.   Keywords:  job satisfaction, nurse

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average.
