Students’ satisfaction with school is subjective, cognitive appraisal of overall positivity of school experiences, and precisely because it represents the key aspect of children’s overall perception of quality of life, it is important to find out what influences students’ school satisfaction and to which extent. The goal of this research was to establish whether self-efficacy and engagement function as mediating variables in the relationship between classroom climate and students’ school satisfaction. The research included 597 students from primary schools in Zagreb, Croatia. A structural equation model was designed and tested. The model testing showed that positive classroom climate has statistically significant and positive effects on self-efficacy and engagement. Furthermore, self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on explaining engagement. At the same time, negative classroom climate has a significant positive influence on engagement, which in turn contributes to the final effect on school satisfaction. The model has explained 56% of the school satisfaction variance in total.

Objective - The research was conducted to identify the positive influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment towards organization change and the influence of change on learning and its' implication onorganizational performance. Methodology/Technique - The research design method is a hypothesis-testing approach. Units of research analysis areemployees of BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 Banks in Jakarta who have a supervisory function. The study data is cross-sectional obtained in a specified time period. Data was obtained through distributing online questionnaires containing statements to be responded with a minimum of 365 respondents required. Structural Equation Model was used to test the model of the research and AMOS software is used for data processing. Finding - The major finding of the research is that transformational leadership is not directly related to positive performance of the organization but more on how transformational leaders are able to manage organizational change that in the end will have a positive impact on organization performance.Organizational change also perceived has no positive impact on learning and learning also has no direct and mediating impact on positive organizational performance. Male and female consumers differ in terms of decision-making. This is also true for inexperienced and experienced consumers. Although the extant research delineates studies that have centered on the interrelationships between perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived enjoyment (PE), perceived usefulness (PU), attitude toward using social media (ATUSM), and users’ behavioral intentions, there is still a dearth of empirical research about gender and prior experience as the two potential moderators. With this recognition, our study examines gender and prior experience as moderators of the effects of PEU, PE, and PU on ATUSM. Our study also investigates ATUSM as a full mediator of the impacts of PEU, PE, and PU on users’ intentions to attend festivals (IAF). Data came from the students of the Korean Government Scholarship Program. The results from structural equation modeling reveal that the positive influence of PE on ATUSM is stronger among female users. As expected, the positive impact of PU on ATUSM is stronger for male users. As hypothesized, prior experience strengthens the positive effects of PE and PU on ATUSM. The results further reveal that ATUSM fully mediates the effects of PE and PU on IAF. Based on the aforesaid findings, theoretical implications are discussed and managerial implications to enhance business sustainability are offered.

AbstractThe study focused on mentoring relationship effectiveness (RE) from the perspective of protégé in the healthcare environment. The purpose tried to examine the effects of interpersonal attraction, self-efficacy and transformational leadership (TL) on RE respectively, to test mentoring function as a mediator, and to verify the effect of RE on protégé work outcomes. Self-administered questionnaires were employed and 306 questionnaires from hospital nurses were collected in total. Structural equation model was used to test the research model. The results indicated that interpersonal attraction and TL do have positive effects on RE while self-efficacy was not; RE also showed a significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which verified that the formal mentoring among nurses was good for improving relationship quality and relationship learning between mentors and protégés. Accordingly, to strengthen the antecedent variables would be helpful for mentoring RE, and also the protégé's work outcomes.

A second screen is defined as a second electronic device used by audience members while watching a television program. While second screen use during sport programming is on the rise, current understanding of second screen use and engagement is lacking. Thus, in an attempt to extend Niche Theory, the current study employs a structural equation model to further understanding of second screen use. Further, to better understand the outcome of second screen use, the current study examines the relationship between team identification, engagement, and self-efficacy with second screen use. Results suggest that engagement and self-efficacy both have a direct influence on attitude, whereas team identification and self-efficacy have a positive impact on engagement. Each of the hypothesized relationships is tested individually as well as in a theoretically constructed model of engagement and use.

The influence of income on the subjective happiness of teachers in Chinese private universities is researched in this paper. First of all, considering the features of the Chinese private university, the measuring model of the subjective happiness of teachers in higher institutions was established. Then, the private university teachers in China were taken as investigation objects to collect data samples. Finally, based on the questionnaire data, the author will verify the measuring model by using the structural equation model. The empirical research results show that the welfare system of the investor has a positive impact on the teacher income, and the income has a notable positive impact on the subjective happiness of teachers through consumption level and housing conditions. Therefore, it has a significant positive influence on the subjective happiness of the teachers in Chinese private colleges. With the higher income, the subjective happiness of the teachers becomes stronger. In addition, the welfare system of the investor will also have a positive influence on the subjective happiness of the teachers through expenditure system, management culture, and enterprise welfare.

Teacher role in challenges organization and reaching its objectives can happen when education teacher speaks apply what has gathered in training to students, the compensation, and motivation to excel. This study aims to see if formal training and compensation to depend on the intrinsic motivation and performance teacher at Yayasan Pendidikan Informatika. In this research, the methodology used is research causality. To answer the hypothesis using data analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) using PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of testing SEM obtained formal training have had a positive impact and significant impact on motivation intrinsic teachers, compensation influential positive and significantly to motivation intrinsic teachers, formal training has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, compensation it has some positive effects and significantly correlates with is placed on teacher performance, Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Objective - This study aims to construct a model for the willingness to develop sports tourism, using the factors of place attachment, the impact of sports tourism, attitude and willingness to develop sports tourism. Methodology/Technique - The study gathers data via questionnaires. Following this, purposive sampling is used to distribute the questionnaires and the collected data is analysed using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and a structural equation model. Findings - Once the aforementioned analysis is conducted, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the model construction fits well. Second, the factor of place attachment has a significant positive influence on the perceived impact of sports tourism. Both the positive perception of sports tourism and the attitude for developing sports tourism have a positive impact on willingness to develop sports tourism. Contrary to this, negative perceptions of sports tourism have a negative impact on the attitude to develop sports tourism, although it has no significant impact on the willingness to develop sports tourism. Novelty - This study demonstrates that the higher the degree of place attachment associated with the inhabitants of Taiwan, the greater recognition there is of the impact of sports tourism. The most important finding of this study is that this positive impact enhances the attitude and willingness of inhabitants to develop sports tourism. It is well known affective, cognitive and psychomotor factors have positive effects on science learning process. All these factors have interaction between themselves. So it is important to research what is the size and direction of these interactions. The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of value, attitude and self-efficacy on active learning strategies and classroom activities using Structural Equation Model. The research was conducted by the analysis of students’ answers to questionnaires data using Structural Equation Modelling. Initially KMO and Bartlett’s tests were done to test appropriateness of scale to factor analysis. Then theoretical structural model was tested using LISREL. At the end of the SEM test, it was found that there are positive effects of selected affective factors on learning strategies and classroom activities. Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.
