The present study considers the place of personal component in the complex structure of professional competence of a teacher, as well as its influence on the process of education and children upbringing. On the one hand, it is connected with the essence of the profession itself, and on the other hand, with the mandatory requirement for the presence of specific qualities inherent in teacher’s personality. Other-wise, the teaching process may become ineffective. The main aim of the author is to draw attention to the considered aspect of professional competence. This approach is reflected in the new documents in the field of education and in particular, in preschool education. Based on the analysis of various aspects of the content of the concept, the study presents a model of psychological competence, which com-plements the relationship of personal, theoretical and practical components. There is also defined the structure of competence regarding a preschool teacher who is engaged in the first stage of educa-tion process. The author focuses, first of all, on the practical aspect, tools and technologies of an edu-cational and nurturing process as a priority in the teacher’s work. The novelty of the study is deter-mined by the practice-oriented approach to solving the problem of providing a teacher with necessary tools with regard to personal self-realization in the modern educational system in accordance with the empirically emerging needs of modern society. Thus, practical implementation, technology and tools (diagnostics, forecasting and analysis) are the novelty factor of the present research. The publica-tion is intended for specialists in the field of peda-gogy and psychology, preschool workers, under-graduate and postgraduate students.

Today, worldview, spiritual and moral problems that have always been reflected in education and upbringing come to the fore in society. In this situation, there is a demand for philosophical categories. One of the priority goals of education in modern conditions is the formation of a reasonable, reflexive person who is able to analyze their actions and the actions of other people. Modern science is characterized by an understanding of the absolute value and significance of childhood in the development of the individual, which implies the need for its multilateral study. In the conditions of democratization of all spheres of life, the child ceases to be a passive object of education and training, and becomes an active carrier of their own meanings of being and the subject of world creation. One of the realities of childhood is philosophizing, so it is extremely timely to address the identification of its place and role in the world of childhood. Children's philosophizing is extremely poorly studied, although the need for its analysis is becoming more obvious. Children's philosophizing is one of the forms of philosophical reflection, which has its own qualitative specificity, on the one hand, and commonality with all other forms of philosophizing, on the other. The social relevance of the proposed research lies in the fact that children's philosophizing can be considered as an intellectual indicator of a child's socialization, since the process of reflection involves the adoption and development of culture. Modern society, in contrast to the traditional one, is ready to "accept" a philosophizing child, which means that it is necessary to determine the main characteristics and conditions of children's philosophizing.

The article analyzes the current state of the study of future preschool teachers’ readiness to health-saving activity with preschoolers in domestic and foreign educational theory and practice. The article considers the relevance of the problem of healthy lifestyle in the younger generation forming, starting from preschool age. Nesterenko and other)), the issue of future preschool teachers’ readiness forming to health-saving activity with preschoolers both in theoretical and in practical aspect remains little studied, which is manifested in the lack of a unified understanding of this phenomenon; further development requires the issue of disclosure and justification of the content, forms and methods of future preschool teachers’ readiness’ forming to health-saving activity with preschoolers. The basic concepts are analyzed in article: «readiness», «readiness to activity», «health-saving activity», professional activity». The concept «forming future preschool teachers’ readiness to health-saving activity with preschoolers is considered as professional training in higher education, the purpose of which is to acquire future preschool teachers a certain level of special pedagogical knowledge, skills, development of their pedagogical abilities, personal professional qualities, which on the basis of sustainable pedagogical motivation will allow them to ensure the formation of preschoolers health-saving competence».

In modern society, priority is given to the cognitive development of children and, as a rule, there is no practical implementation of purposeful work in the field of emotional and moral development of preschoolers. Consequently, the integral, harmonious development of the personality is disturbed. Obviously, in the modern social and cultural environment, a purposeful approach to the emotional and moral development of the younger generation is required. The emergence in science of relatively new concepts of "emotional and moral education (ENV)" and the associated "emotional and moral development (ENR)" (OV Girfanova, VV Zaboltina, NA Kornienko, etc.) is able to find ways to optimize traditional moral education and development. These categories are associated with the actualization of the child's need for empathy and are based on a closer connection between the emotional and cognitive components. In the period of preschool childhood (sensitive 5-6 years), the foundation of emotional and moral development is laid: moral consciousness (knowledge of norms and values); emotional assessment (moral emotions and feelings); internal position of the child (moral self-regulation and behavior). This work concretizes the concept of "emotional and moral development" (EMD). Emotional and moral development is a pedagogically controlled process that is inextricably linked with the personal development of children in general, their socialization, the introduction into the world of culture - the culture of world perception, self-expression. The article actualizes the problem of professional competence of future teachers of preschool educational organizations in the field of development of emotional and moral culture in older preschool children. The adult's role as an escort is very important and responsible. The future of the child as an empathic personality or non-empathic personality depends on the educational influence of adults, on what qualities will be formed. The conducted research is aimed at an attempt to solve important problems of vocational education.

Dialectical thinking is gaining wide circulation as part of personal and social preschool child development in modern society, which makes all the more urgent the task of designing a tool to evaluate the extent to which the educational environment in a pre-school establishment supports the development of dialectical thinking in preschoolers. To implement this task, the researchers analyzed the ECERS-R as a means for assessing the quality of preschool education and concluded that this tool fails to focus on rating the environment in terms of the development of dialectical thinking. N.Ye. Veraksa and E.V. Sviridova designed a tool for assessing how well the educational environment supports dialectical thinking in preschoolers (the scale of dialectical thinking support (DTS scale). The research into the use of the DTS scale was conducted in 18 preparatory groups of three educational complexes in Moscow in February–April 2019. The comparison of the results on the DTS scale and those on the ECERS-R scale made it possible to conclude that the ECERS-R scale does not differentiate between the stimulation of dialectical thinking and formally logical thinking in preschool age children. The use of the newly designed tool was justified statistically. It is noted that the teacher activity in line with the ECERS-R scale scores of “Stimulating Communication with Children”, “Books and Illustrations”, “Using Speech to Develop Cognitive Skills” may be associated with decreased levels of support for children’s dialectical thinking in preschool educational institutions. In addition, a positive relationship was found to exist between the ECERS-R score of “Care-Giver and Children Interaction” and DTS scale. The results obtained make it possible to hypothesize that there are interrelations between the development of dialectic thinking in children, on the one hand, and voluntariness and the emotional sphere, on the other.

The bane of CCD imaging systems for transmission electron microscopy at intermediate and high voltages has been their relatively poor modulation transfer function (MTF), or line pair resolution. The problem originates primarily with the phosphor screen. On the one hand, screens should be thick so that as many incident electrons as possible are converted to photons, yielding a high detective quantum efficiency(DQE). The MTF diminishes as a function of scintillator thickness however, and to some extent as a function of fluorescence within the scintillator substrates. Fan has noted that the use of a thin layer of phosphor beneath a self supporting 2μ, thick Al substrate might provide the most appropriate compromise for high DQE and MTF in transmission electron microcscopes which operate at higher voltages. Monte Carlo simulations of high energy electron trajectories reveal that only little beam broadening occurs within this thickness of Al film. Consequently, the MTF is limited predominantly by broadening within the thin phosphor underlayer. There are difficulties however, in the practical implementation of this design, associated mostly with the mechanical stability of the Al support film.

Summary One cannot write about the relationship of young people and current sports stars in modern society without having previously studied the processes of mediation and globalisation of sport, and the transformation of traditional social values. The goal of the science and practice engaged in sports and education of young people is a constant quest for preserving universal ethical values and reconciling them with the modern-day social processes. This paper will present the result of a survey conducted with adolescents in five different Serbian cities in order to find the answer to the question if sportspersons were their favourite television role-models. According to the results of our survey, 45% of adolescents do not have a favourite TV personality and do not know for sure who that could be. Novak Đoković, who would be the choice of adults for a role model of the young, with 63.2% according to the survey conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, scored 3.81% in our survey with adolescents who would chose Novak Đoković as their favourite TV personality. The necessity of raising media literacy of young people with the aim of clear identification of sports role models who are going to improve their quality of life still remains an open issue for further research on this course.

AbstractThe following work features elements to ponder and an in-depth explanation taken on the Anca Vasiliu’s study about the possibilities and ways of thinking of God by a rational entity, such as the human being. This is an ever relevant topic that, however, takes place in relation to Platonic authors and texts, especially in Late Antiquity. The common thread is that the human being is a God’s creature who resembles him and who is image of. Nevertheless, this also applies within the Christian Trinity according to which, not without problems, the Son is the image of the Father. Lastly, also the relationship of the Spirit with the Father and the Son, always within the Trinity, can be considered as a relationship of similarity, but again not without critical issues between the similarity of attributes, on the one hand, and the identity of nature, on the other.

Vacuum tube dewatering method and light well point method have been widely used in engineering dewatering and foundation treatment. However, there is little research on the calculation method of unsaturated seepage under the effect of vacuum pressure which is generated by the vacuum well. In view of this, the one-dimensional (1D) steady seepage law of unsaturated soil in vacuum field has been analyzed based on Darcy’s law, basic equations, and finite difference method. First, the gravity drainage ability is analyzed. The analysis presents that much unsaturated water can not be drained off only by gravity effect because of surface tension. Second, the unsaturated vacuum seepage equations are built up in conditions of flux boundary and waterhead boundary. Finally, two examples are analyzed based on the relationship of matric suction and permeability coefficient after boundary conditions are determined. The results show that vacuum pressure will significantly enhance the drainage ability of unsaturated water by improving the hydraulic gradient of unsaturated water.

Abstract Big Data bring new opportunities to modern society and challenges to data scientists. On the one hand, Big Data hold great promises for discovering subtle population patterns and heterogeneities that are not possible with small-scale data. On the other hand, the massive sample size and high dimensionality of Big Data introduce unique computational and statistical challenges, including scalability and storage bottleneck, noise accumulation, spurious correlation, incidental endogeneity and measurement errors. These challenges are distinguished and require new computational and statistical paradigm. This paper gives overviews on the salient features of Big Data and how these features impact on paradigm change on statistical and computational methods as well as computing architectures. We also provide various new perspectives on the Big Data analysis and computation. In particular, we emphasize on the viability of the sparsest solution in high-confidence set and point out that exogenous assumptions in most statistical methods for Big Data cannot be validated due to incidental endogeneity. They can lead to wrong statistical inferences and consequently wrong scientific conclusions.
