The ceramic industry in Purwakarta is one of the industry icons that continuously decreases competitiveness. To improve the competitiveness of the industry, collaboration between actors or institutions that have roles and functions in the development of the industry is needed. The purpose of study is to analyze the relations among actors or institutions, the factors that influence collaboration among actors and to build collaboration models in the development of ceramic industry in Purwakarta, Indonesia.  This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used interviews and focus group discussion. Data analysis uses interactive model using mactor analysis  The results of study show that relations between actors show that the development of the ceramics industry in Purwakarta is managed independently, not collaboratively. This research suggests that the development of the Purwakarta ceramics industry needs to be done by using a collaboration model with one institution acting as a leading sectorIndustri keramik di Purwakarta adalah salah satu ikon industri yang terus menurunkan daya saing. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri, diperlukan kolaborasi antara aktor atau institusi yang memiliki peran dan fungsi dalam pengembangan industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara aktor atau institusi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kolaborasi antar aktor dan untuk membangun model kolaborasi dalam pengembangan industri keramik di Purwakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif menggunakan analisis mactor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar aktor dalam pengembangan industri keramik di Purwakarta dikelola secara parsial-mandiri, bukan secara kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menyarankan dalam pengembangan industri keramik Purwakarta perlu dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model kolaborasi dengan satu lembaga yang bertindak sebagai leading sector.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the aspects of pluralism in literature as a portrait of socio-cultural society and to describe the aspects of pluralism as a literary material for character education, in particular, the affirmation of student nationalism. Methodology: This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Data source are literary works containing pluralism dimensions in poetry, fiction, and drama genres. Data collection through library study techniques and in-depth interviewing and Focus Group Discussion. Data analysis is done by reading the method of the semiotic model including heuristic reading (language level) and hermeneutic reading (interpretation level of meaning). Results: Result of research and discussion are the aspect of pluralism in literature is a portrait of socio-cultural condition of diversity at society and the aspects of pluralism can be stressing as a literary material for character education, especially the affirmation of nationalism of school students. Implications: Thus, pluralism literature is a literature that expresses the notions of diversity that reflect the real portrait of the Indonesian nation.

The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts to build the defense of PGSD students through Pancasila Education in Higher Education. The study was carried out in the Department of PGSD Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research with data collection in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study revealed that students of the Department of PGSD Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta have the conception that the defense of the country is no longer through taking up arms, but can be through their professionalism. Besides, there are some characteristics of students in defending the country, namely, maximizing time as a student with useful activities, loving Indonesia, having morals, excellent skills, and having a national insight. The findings of this study also revealed that Pancasila education in Higher Education became an addendum in providing a basis for students' understanding of Pancasila as the basis of the state.

Mudharabah financing is a form of cooperation between two or more parties, in which the ownerof the capital (shahibul maal) entrusts a certain amount of capital to the manager (mudharib) to bemanaged with a profit-sharing agreement (profit sharing). This study aims to determine what risksarise in mudharabah financing and how risk mitigation is carried out by Bank Syariah Mandiri. Thisresearch is research using descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation,interviews with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) method with 4 (four) sources and documentation.The method of data analysis was done by using the descriptive analysis method.. The results show thatthe risks that arise in mudharabah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri are: First, the risk of financingcaused by the customer not being able to pay their obligations to the bank, and second, the legalrisk caused by the weakness of the agreement (agreement). As for the mitigation carried out by BankSyariah Mandiri in dealing with risks that arise in mudharabah financing, namely: First, by rigorouslyconducting 5C and 6A analysis. Second, by taking steps to save financing, including (1) intensivecollection, (2) giving warnings, (3) rescheduling, (4) reconditioning, (5) restructuring, (6) settlementthrough guarantee insurance, (7) Settlement through guarantees, (8) Settlement through Write Off,(9) Settlement through stipulation of fines / ta’wid. From risk mitigation carried out by Bank SyariahMandiri, it has been able to minimize the risks that occur in mudharabah financing.

The designing of promotional media is an important thing in supporting the development of a tourism destination. With the tight competition among the destinations, the tourist choices are swinging choices. These days, the storytelling method is a method that highly buzzed in the marketing because it is considered effective to influence the future consumen emotionally. The novel of Cintaku di Lembata is a travellougue novel which tells about a tour to Lembata Island. Seing to its many predecors that has successfully raise the popularity of the destination that being used as the setting in the novel, then the potential of this novel to become a promostional media for Lembata – NTT is also worth to be researched. The purpose of this research is to know the potential of the novel of Cintaku di Lembata as a promotional media and the strategy that can be applied to maximize its utilization. The researched was conducted qualitatively with the data collection method of observation, interview, and focus group discussion (FGD). The theory that was applied was the theory of tourism promotion and the data analysis was done by using the SWOT method. The result shows that the novel of Cintaku di Lembata is very potential to become a tourism promotional media for Lembata because the content is informative and persuasive. However, there are some adjustments needed to maximize the utilization of the novel Cintaku di Lembata to promote Lembata – NTT. Those adjustments include, among others, in the matter of transforming the form into a film form and to choose the focus of attraction to be shown. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami motif para mahasiswa membuat posting ekspresi diri yang identik dengan brand Universitas Universal (UVERS), memahami bagaimana ekspresi diri para mahasiswa tersebut membangun brand awareness Universitas Universal (UVERS), dan alasan para mahasiswa memilih Instagram untuk melakukan ekspresi diri. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan menerapkan teknik pengumpulan data focus group discussion (FGD), teknik wawancara, observasi, hingga pengumpulan data dokumen, visual, dan audio. Temuan yang didapatkan melalui penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa memiliki motif untuk memperkenalkan kegiatan dan nilai-nilai Universitas Universal (UVERS) di setiap ekspresi dirinya di Instagram. Sedangkan brand awareness Universitas Universal (UVERS) dapat terbentuk dengan SoMe storytelling branding atau Citizen Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh para mahasiswa. Kemudian para mahasiswa juga tertarik menggunakan Instagram karena kelebihan Instagram untuk surveillance, documentation, creativity, dan coolness. Kata Kunci : Motif, Brand Awareness, SoMe Storytelling Branding, Citizen Public Relations. ABSTRACT This study aims to understand the motives of students to post self expression that is identic to the Universal University (UVERS) brand, understanding how the student self expression builds Universal University (UVERS) brand awareness, and their reason chose Instagram to do self expression. This qualitative research uses descriptive qualitative method by applying focus group disscussion (FGD) data collection techniques, interview techniques, observation, and collecting document, visual, and audio data. The findings obtained through this study are that students have a motive to introduce the Universal University (UVERS) activities and values in each expression of themselves on Instagram. While, Universal University (UVERS) brand awareness can be formed with SoMe storytelling branding or Citizen Public Relations conducted by students. Then the students are also interested in using Instagram because of the advantages of Instagram for surveillance, documentation, creativity, and coolness. Social media is a necessity for everyone in communicating and exchanging information. Social media users do not know the boundaries of age, generation, gender, ethnicity, and religion. However, what is interesting is the user among housewives. This study took the research subjects of housewives. Housewives are chosen as research subjects because they are pillars or pillars in a household. If the pillar is strong, then the household will also be healthy. Thus, if we want to build a resilient and robust generation, we will start from the housewives. A healthy household starts from strong mothers too. This study aims to find out the insights of the housewives of Kanoman village regarding the content on smartphones and social media and provide knowledge of social media literacy to housewives. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The results of the study showed that previously housewives had not experienced social media literacy. Then the researchers took steps to be able to achieve the desired literacy results. Researchers took several steps to make them become social media literates. They become able to use social media, understand social media, and even produce messages through social media.

As a maritime ethnic, Butonese people migrated to some places. A rather large amount of them are in Province of Maluku, Indonesia. This study aims at investigating Butonese cultural landscape in their new migrant region. Is there any different? If this study also aims to know social interaction among ethnics and how it affects Butonese cultural landscape dynamics. This study took place in Negeri Kawa, western part of Seram Regency, Maluku Province, on November 2015. The method used in the study was a qualitative method with in depth interview by snowball and triangulation technique, observation participation, focus group discussion (FGD), and literature study. The result showed that there is a different between Butonese cultural landscape in Buton and Negeri Kawa. Stereotype, presumption, and prejudice to Butonese people also occur. However, it is not always negative because from those three things, the process of acculturation and adaptation as a form of respect and prevention of Butonese culture can occur in Negeri Kawa.

This study aims to explore transparency and accountability of political parties in Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were gathered through focus group discussion. The findings show that political parties do not understand financial report of this entity’s financial assistance under PSAK 45 and they use simple bookkeeping. Political parties’s financial assistance is not audited by external auditor and there are some audit findings. The transparency principle is not achieved because financial report only for internal parties. This study raises one interesting result that political parties need the role of accountant to make their reports more accountable.

<p><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong><em> Accounting is one of favorite subject for high scholl students who are interested in the socio-humanistic field of study. The accountant profession is also considered by community having broader job opportunities. However, accounting professionals are still limited, as in Stikom Surabaya where the numbers of new accounting students are lesss than other majors. This fact needs to be explored so accurate reasons can be identified and particular information on the less interest on studying accountancy in Stikom Surabaya can be provide for further considerations. Therefore, this study applied qualitative analysis with an interpretive approach. The techniques for data collection where data collection where through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and interviews. The respondents where 29 people consisting of high school students (class) XII, prospective applicants, accounting students in all levels, non accounting students, accounting teachers, school counsellors and parents. As the resulst, this study councluded that each participant had different perceptions on accounting study and the accounting profession. Most respondents argued that accounting profession dealt with number, had in door office activities, a boring job and serious profession and had no sense of humor. Overall, an accountants is considered as an introvert person. The respondent also conveyed that accounting subject was difficult owing to many calculations and formulas, that the accounting carrier was not prospective for the next 10 years and that the proffesion had highest risk that  other professions. Moreover, the respondents mostly had no information that Stikom Surabaya provides accounting study. They just acknowledged that Stikom was imaged as the campus of engineering, information technology and design.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em> : </em><em>Accountant profession, accounting department, perception about accounting</em></p><p> </p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>ABSTRAK:</strong> Jurusan akuntansi adalah salah satu jurusan favorit yang diminati siswa SMA pada bidang Soshum dan profesi akuntan adalah profesi dengan peluang kerja yang luas. Akan tetapi tenaga profesi akuntan masih minim dan hal ini juga berdampak pada Stikom Surabaya dengan jumlah mahasiswa baru pada jurusan akuntansi paling sedikit peminatnya dibanding dengan jurusan lainnya. Hal ini perlu digali dari persepsi masyarakat tentang akuntansi yaitu profesi dan kuliah pada jurusan akuntansi agar dapat memberikan informasi penyebab tentang sedikitnya minat studi pada jurusan akuntansi Stikom Surabaya. Surabaya. Analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan intrepretif dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan <em>Focus Group Discussion</em> (FGD) dan wawancara. Sejumlah 29 informan diwawancarai yang terdiri dari siswa SMA kelas XII, calon pendaftar, mahasiswa aktif jurusan akuntansi semua tingkat, mahasiswa aktif jurusan non akuntansi, guru akuntansi, guru bimbingan karir dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa persepsi tentang akuntansi dan profesi akuntan berbeda-beda. Sebagian besar informan berpresepsi bahwa akuntansi adalah pekerjaan yang hanya berkutat dengan angka dan hanya duduk di dalam ruangan sepanjang hari dan profesi akuntan adalah profesi yang membosankan, terlalu serius, tidak memiliki rasa humor dan akuntan adalah pribadi yang <em>introvert</em>. Mata pelajaran akuntansi itu sulit dan banyak hitungan dan rumusnya dan karir pada bidang akuntansi tidak prospek untuk 10 tahun kedepan dan resikonya lebih besar dari profesi lainnya. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar informan menyatakan tidak mengetahui bahwa di Stikom Surabaya terdapat jurusan akuntansi dan menurut mereka <em>image</em>nya adalah kampus teknik, teknologi informasi dan desain.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Profesi Akuntan, Kuliah Jurusan Akuntansi, Persepsi Tentang Akuntansi</p>

In order to understand the existing status of aqua-medicines and chemicals in aquaculture activities present investigation was conducted from January to June 2017 in four upazilas of Bogura district namely, Bogura Sadar, Sherpur, Kahaloo and Shibganj. Questionnaire and focus group discussion were used for data collection. Among the latest aquachemicals, geotox, jv zeolite, mega plus, aquastar pond, acme's zeolite, zeo-fresh, aqua green, biomin pond life, aquakleen, megagio gold, and aqua boost were extensively used. Probiotics like profs, aqua photo, aqua gold, super biotic and pond care were used. The selected farmers used growth promoter such as saltose, panvit aqua, spa gelly, aqua boost and bio-pond, bio-grow, aqua pure, gasstrap, metrix, geo-rich bio-aqua 50 and aqua magic were used as toxic gas reducer. Approximately 11 trade names of antibiotics were marketed in the selected area. Their main active ingredients were chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, amoxicillin, co-trimoxazole, azithromycin and sulphadiazine. The survey identified some problems connected with the practice of such chemicals such as shortage of fish farmer’s knowledge about the usage of chemicals, proper dosage and their maintenance. Res.
