This study aims to determine the experience of preservice science teacher in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tanjungpinang. This research is a survey research, with a quantitative descriptive research method. The sample is determined using total sampling technique, with totaling 278 peoples. The research instrument used a questionnaire in the Google Form. The results showed that almost all preservice science teacher took part in online learning from home using smartphone devices and learning platforms in the form of whatsapp and google classroom, as well as video conferencing, namely zoom. Most preservice science teacher still do practicums that are carried out independently at home and also virtually. Limited networks and internet data packages are two major aspects that interfere with online learning. However, preservice science teacher feel the benefits of online learning, among others, being efficient in terms of time, increasing digital technology literacy, and avoiding Covid-19.

Tindakan transfusi darah yang dilakukan pada anak usia prasekolah yang mengalami talasemia membuat anak merasa terancam. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh anak dengan berbagai respon (kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial) anak prasekolah dalam menjalani proses transfusi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran respon kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial pada anak usia prasekolah dalam menjalani proses transfusi di Poli Talasemia RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sample sebanyak 50 orang selama periode 3–13 Juni 2014 diambil dengan teknik insidental sampling. Hasil penelitianini dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensiPenelitian yang sudah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil respon yang paling banyak ditunjukkan oleh anak prasekolah ketika proses transfusi berlangsung adalah hampir seluruhnya menunjukkan respon sosial (84%) dengan jenis respon terbanyak ialah meminta dukungan emosional pada orang yang bermakna, hampir seluruhnya menunjukkan respon afektif (74%) dengan jenis respon terbanyak adalah mengeluarkan ekspresi verbal, sebagian besar menunjukkan respon perilaku (66%) dengan jenis respon terbanyak adalah memukul-mukulkan lengan dan kaki dan juga respon kognitif (72%) dengan jenis respon terbanyak gelisah, dan hampir setengahnya dari responden menunjukkan respon fisiologis (34%) dengan jenis respon terbanyak bernapas cepat. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa presentase respon terbesar yang dikeluarkan oleh anak usia prasekolah berupa respon sosial dengan jenis meminta dukungan emosional pada orang bermakna. Saran bagi instansi pendidikan dan rumah sakit untuk bisa berkontribusi mengembangkan asuhan keperawatan pada orang yang paling dekat pada anak sebelum tindakan invasif.Kata kunci: Respon anak usia prasekolah, talasemia, tindakan invasif. Description of Responses of Pre-school Children who are Undergoing Blood TransfusionAbstractPre-school children with thalassemia who undergo the routine blood transfusion may show negative responses. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of responses of preschool-aged children who were undergoing blood transfusions in Thalassemia Clinic of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. This study used descriptive quantitative (descriptive research) with a sample of 50 children during the period of 3rd -13th June 2014. The samples were recruited using the incidental sampling technique. The results showed that almost all respondents demonstrated social responses (84%) with the most type of this response is asking for emotional support from meaningful people, almost all respondents showed affective responses (74%) with the most type of this response is in form of verbal expression, the majority of respondents indicated behavioral responses (66%) with the most type of this response is banging their arms and legs, and also cognitive responses (72%) with most types of this response is anxiety. Nearly half of the respondents showed a physiological response (34%) with rapid breathing types as the highest response. The conclusion of this study is that the largest percentage of the response demonstrated by pre-school children is the social response, in form of asking for emotional support from meaningful people. It was recommended that educational institutions and hospitals contribute to development of the nursing care in the field of children through training, particularly on the approach to the children before invasive treatment.Key words: Invasive treatment, preschool responses, thalassemia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Keywords: capital structure, company size, profitability and firm value.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia through the islamicity performance index approach for the period 2013-2017, by the principles of justice, halalness, and purification. This study using quantitative descriptive research. The number of banks sampled are five Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia that have been selected, through a purposive sampling technique first. These banks are BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, BCA Syariah, and Victoria Syariah. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the financial statements of each islamic commercial bank that is sampled. Through the islamicity performance index approach, the results of this study indicate that the financial performance of islamic commercial bank is unsatisfactory, based on the average of the variables that have been processed in accordance with predicate valuation standards.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. <pre>Schizophrenia is a disease that affects the brain and causes strange, disturbing thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements and behavior. Recurrence is a term that relatively reflects the worsening of symptoms or behaviors that endangers patients and or their environment. This study aims to analyse the characteristics of schizophrenia patients with recurrence at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Pekanbaru With quantitative descriptive research design. The research sample were 167 respondents taken based on inclusion criteria by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is univariate analysis. The results showed clinical characteristics of 167 respondents, received the majority of the respondents lived with the family 85 respondents (50.9%). Medical diagnosis of most schizophrenia paranoid 121 respondents (72.5%). Diagnosed for 1-5 years 82 respondents (49.1). Based on the most recurrence factor caused by treatment 120 respondents (71.9%). Based on the most predisposition factor caused by genetic 74 respondents (44.3%). while the precipitation factors resulting from family and socioeconomic 51 respondents (30.5%). Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the recurrence in schizophrenia patients is caused by a variety of conditions, so that it takes appropriate treatment and according to the characteristics Patients.</pre>

The background of the problem in this study is that various obstacles arise in the application of online learning, ranging from limitations to internet access, operational capabilities and online features. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in class X high school students in Mranggen District in PJOK subjects. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method conducted online by distributing questionnaires using google form. The sampling technique in this study used cluster sampling. Then after the data has been collected, it will be analyzed and in a percentage for later description. The results of the study showed that the PJOK lessons using online learning were 41,% said they were less understood and 52.2% were not fun. In the operation of online learning media Wa and Zoom, 63.6% of students said they understood how to use them, while Gadgets (Hp) were the media that was often used with 72.2%. Limited quotas, slow networks and difficult to understand material are obstacles that students often experience during online learning at home. Giving assignments and examinations online 60.5% of students felt they did not understand and lacked enthusiasm for 62.7%, while during online learning Google classroom was the application most often used with 64.2%. Then 52.8% of the assignments became a model often used by teachers during online learning and online presentations, 21.3%. While the assignment given by the teacher when online was 47.5% for theory assignments and 22.2% of motion tasks. The conclusion in this study is based on the data and results that online learning for PJOK during COVID-19 class X SMA in Mrangggen sub-district is less effective from the various problems and obstacles that exist. Suggestions, to improve the online learning system so that it is easier to understand, learning during the COVID-19 pandemic can be done face-to-face or online and for further research to follow up on the factors of the online learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstrak Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini adalah berbagai kendala muncul dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring, mulai dari keterbatasan pada akses internet, kemampuan operasional dan pada fitur-fitur online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi COVID-19 pada siswa SMA kelas X se-Kecamatan Mranggen mata pelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan secara online dengan penyebaran angket menggunakan google form. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling. Kemudian setelah data telah  terkumpul, maka akan dianalisis dan di persentase untuk kemudian di deskripsikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelajaran PJOK dengan menggunakan pembelajaran daring 41,% mengatakan kurang di mengerti dan 52,2% tidak menyenangkan. Dalam pengoperasian media pembelajaran daring Wa, dan Zoom 63,6% siswa mengatakan mengerti dalam menggunakan nya, sementara Gadget (Hp) menjadi media yang sering digunakan dengan 72,2%. Kuota yang terbatas, jaringan yang lambat dan materi yang sulit dipahami menjadi kendala yang sering dialami siswa selama pembelajaran daring dirumah. Pemberian tugas dan ujian secara daring 60,5% siswa merasa kurang paham dan kurang semangat 62,7%, sedangkan selama pembelajaran daring google classroom menjadi aplikasi yang paling sering digunakan dengan 64,2%. Kemudian 52,8% penugasan menjadi model yang sering digunakan guru selama pembelajaran daring dan presentasi online 21,3%. Sementara penugasan yang diberikan guru ketika daring 47,5% tugas teori dan tugas gerak 22,2%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data dan hasil bahwa pembelajaran daring PJOK selama COVID-19 kelas X SMA se-kecamatan Mrangggen kurang efektif dari berbagai permasalahan dan kendala yang ada. Saran, untuk meningkatkan sistem pembelajaran daring agar lebih mudah dipahami, pembelajaran selama pandemi COVID-19 dapat dilakukan dengan tatap muka atau secara daring dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar ditindaklanjuti faktor-faktor proses pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19.

The flare-up of coronavirus has reportedly put on many changes and wrecked chaos in almost all life aspects, economically, academically, and socially. School closure has led to homeschooling, where the responsibility of children's education was laid mainly in the parents' hands. Consequently, many parents were compelled to be significantly involved in their children's education. However, full parental engagement in children's education is seemed to be a comparatively new trend amongst Saudi parents. Drawing from existing literature on parents' involvement, this paper used a quantitative descriptive study through a survey method to access the experience of Saudi parents involved in homeschooling. A purposive sampling technique was used to recruit 51 Saudi parents.The findings showed that even though Saudi parents have encountered some challenges, they are facilitating their children's learning and assisting them throughout the online learning process. Parents' support was identified in different areas such as ensuring students' attendance of online sessions, nurturing a good session flow, connecting with teachers and parents via WhatsApp group, and taking full responsibility for mongering their children during exams. The result provided a comprehensive set of recommendations not only to parents but also to schools to consolidate a good connection between especially in times of crisis. It is envisaged that the results of this study will enrich the literature about this phenomenon which seems relatively new not only in the context where this study was situated but worldwide due to the pandemic of coronavirus or other unforeseen circumstances.

The differences  of  views  about Islam is single or  plural impact on the debate on the use of terminology of Indonesia Islamic education. This  debate on terminology actually arose among the Muslims who have more understanding about the conception of Islamic education. Therefore, this  study aims to explore the attitudes of the academic community of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga against the use of Islamic education terminology in Indonesia, so as to know the views of  respondents about Islam is single or plural. This research  uses quantitative descriptive research type. The population of this study are students of the third semester and the fifth semester at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN)  at Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) Salatiga as many as 1763 respondents. Researcher took  355 samples of  respondents  with cluster random sampling technique. Data collection use questioner method. Data were  analyzed with descriptive  statistics. The data that has been collected then followed the stages of description, reduction, selection, discussion, analysis and conclusions. This research concluded that the majority of the academic community of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga were disagree  with the terminology of Islamic education of Indonesia. They are more amenable to use the term Islamic education in Indonesia. This shows that the academic  community of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK)  of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga views   that   Islam as   single rather   than plural. The study   also found  that  respondents who have more  understanding about the conception of Islamic education  who  reject the terminology   of  Islamic education in Indonesia  are greater  than   those   who   have less understanding of     the   conception   of  Islamic    education. Therefore, it   is   suspected  that   there is  a   negative   correlation  between  the   level   of   understanding of the concept of Islamic education with plurality attitude.
