This paper aimed at the problem of improvement the management system of economic security of natural use objects on a regional level using the organized digital dynamic monitoring for informational provision and justifying the options of efficient management decisions of operative and strategic importance by criteria of ecological, economic and social security. Monitoring of the regional (territorial) natural objects provides constant systematic observation of the processes that take place inside of a “region-state” system and at world’s natural resources market. It needed to create the informational database for efficient management of a nature-use system. We suggest plan of making the scientific and research institute in PoltNTU for conducting investigations based on continuous informational monitoring. The scientific article is devoted to a research review of tools, methods, directions and practical recom-mendations aimed at the application of management decisions of anti-crisis management while ensuring the economic security and financial stability of the functioning of enterprises of the economy of the Russian Fed-eration in the context of the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The relevance of the study is due to a sharp deterioration in the external environment, due to which the domestic business is faced with the actual onset of the economic crisis, which, in turn, forces the use of anti-crisis management mechanisms. The article analyzes the main factors leading to the formation of the crisis period of the Russian economy in the context of the coronavirus. The characteristics of anti-crisis management are described. The main anti-crisis management decisions of Russian enterprises during a pandemic, which can provide a way for a business from a crisis, are listed.

The article highlights the main aspects and objectives of crisis management, which involves the use of specific management, financial and organizational methods and tools to maintain the appropriate level of economic security of domestic construction companies in the digitalization of the economy. Under these conditions, the creation of such a decision support system, which would allow timely identification of the state of the managed system, even with limited information and indirect signs of increasing crisis trends, as well as to create a basis for predicting possible consequences. These tasks are solved in the process of diagnosing the financial condition of the enterprise as part of crisis management. The crisis management system has properties that determine the features of the management mechanism: flexibility and adaptability, the ability to diversify and timely situational response, as well as the ability to effectively use the potential of the enterprise and informal management methods. These features of the mechanism of crisis management are provided by solving diagnostic tasks, which include timely recognition of symptoms, factors and causes of the crisis, classification of the latter, expert assessment of crisis measures and prospects for the development of the object of management. Diagnosis of financial condition is a multifactorial system of support for management decisions, based on a fundamentally new antisipative concept of management. Such a system is designed to provide comprehensive identification, analysis, elimination and forecasting of enterprise problems in order to ensure the adoption of advanced management decisions aimed at achieving its strategic and tactical goals.

The article is devoted to the problems of ensuring efficient management of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the region and a systematic analysis of economic processes in crisis situations. The authors discuss the anti-crisis management system involving the formulation of necessary solutions aimed at supporting the subjects of the AIC in economic equilibrium, based on having an effective monitoring mechanism. This management system ensures a rapid response to sudden changes in economic factors and offers a set of alternative solutions to determine the strategy and tactics of the AIC development.The monitoring concept of anti-crisis management is justified, based on the organization of a powerful monitoring mechanism, enabling timely, necessary and sufficient analysis of the processes and patterns of managing socio-economic processes. At the same time, a special role is given to interaction between design and expert assessments of the factors of crisis situations, making it possible to characterize the degree of influence of a crisis change in the conditions of the external environment on the economy of the subjects and the whole AIC in general.

The subject of research-theoretical concepts of economic security managementof universities. The purpose of the article. The study of the essence of the economicsecurity management system of the university and the definition of its main tasks,the formulation of principles of economic security management of the university.Methodology. The dialectical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, methodsof structural-logical and semantic analysis were used to study and summarizescientific papers on the research topic. The results of the work. The essence of theuniversity’s economic security management system has been reviewed. The maintasks of the control system have been identified. A definition of the university’seconomic security system has been proposed. Principles of management of economicsecurity of the university have been formulated. These are: scientific andorganizational and social principles. Conclusions. The proposed principles allow totake into account the economic role and social mission of universities in managingeconomic security.
