Determination of graduation status is often faced by lecturers in every university. The facts show that many of the decisions still have a fairly high error rate in determining graduation status. This study aims to develop an analytical model in the process of determining student graduation using the Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS). The methods used in the analysis process are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The performance of AHP can determine the value of the weight criteria and TOPSIS performs rankings to produce solutions in determining. The criteria indicators used to consist of Depth (C1), Material Breadth (C2), Answer Accuracy (C3), Fluency of Answers (C4), Scientific Attitude (C5), Logical Consistency of Content (C6), Authenticity (C7), Scientific Quality ( C8), Language (C9), and Writing (C10). The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method provides a weighting value for each criterion with a fairly good accuracy rate of 85,86%. These results conclude that each criterion has a consistent level of relationship in determining student graduation. Based on the output of the TOPSIS analysis, the results presented can determine the student's graduation status correctly and accurately.

Samosir regency is a from North Sumatera province which dominantly people is live on agriculture. The most of the farmers using autodidact learning to determining the types of plants that will be process the appropriate with their land, where farmers just learn from their experiences and exchange opinion with another farmers. Based of the problem, the system will be built by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Genetic Algorithm. The result of the testing from method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained result with consistency ratio values < 0,1, which is -0,5936 while the result of the testing from Genetic Algorithm obtained value of the fitness is 157,25. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained the result more consistent with the value of consistency ratio should be < 0,1, so it will be easier to making decision, while on the analysis of Genetic Algorithm, obtained result are probabilistic as always having random process, so that decision making can not be consistent. So, Decision Support System to determination of plants based by contents of soil which are good and suitable is method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

AbstrakCV.Yulindo Multipratama merupakan perusahaan baru dan masih berkembang yang bergerak dibidang tekstil. Dalam proses persaingan bisnis, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan selalu termotivasi, salah satu solusinya yaitu dengan membuat sistem yang terkomputersisasi guna meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik. Proses penentuan karyawan terbaik CV. Yulindo Multipratama masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang objektif dan efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem yang baik. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, serta untuk pengumpulan data dengan cara oberservasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik dengan metode AHP. Dengan adanya program Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik Pada CV. Yulindo Multipratama, secara tidak langsung dapat memotivasi karyawan, menjadikan pemilihan karyawan terbaik menjadi lebih objektif dan dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Kata kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process, CV.Yulindo Multi Pratama, karyawan, Sistem Pendukung KeputusanAbstractCV.Yulindo Multipratama is a new and still developing company engaged in textiles. The method that I use in making a decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, as well as for data collection by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. The result of this research is the application of a decision support system for determining the best employee using the AHP method. With the program of Determination of the Best Employee Decision Support System at CV. <h1 align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></h1><p><em>Tingkat </em><em>keberhasilan pembangunan di kelurahan</em><em> diukur dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu.</em><em> Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Keluarga Berencana (BPMKB) Kota Bogor setiap tahunnya melaksanakan lomba kinerja kelurahan untuk mengevaluasinya. Dalam penentuan penetapan pemenang lomba kinerja kelurahan dinilai pada seleksi presentasi dan kunjungan lapang masih menghitung secara manual sehingga dibutuhkan Sistem pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mampu memberikan solusi alternatif untuk proses penilaian presentasi dan kunjungan lapang. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan lomba kinerja kelurahan </em><em>ini adalah</em><em> metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP</em><em>), yang digunakan</em><em> untuk pembobotan kriteria dan alternatif. SPK ini menggunakan 3 jenis hak akses (roles) yaitu admin, juri dan pimpinan. Keluaran sistem </em><em>adalah</em><em> hasil angka perhitungan AHP yang </em><em>merupakan rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan pemenang perlombaan. H</em><em>asil perhitungan </em><em>menampikan</em><em> bobo</em><em>-bobot</em><em> kriteria</em><em>,</em><em> yaitu : 0,167 untuk kriteria penguasaan materi ekspos, 0,056 untuk kriteria penampilan pemberi materi ekspos, 0,111 untuk kriteria ketepatan waktu ekspos, 0,222 untuk kriteria produk unggulan, dan 0,444 untuk kriteria inovasi</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>Dengan nilai bobot tersebut, ditampilkan hasil rekomendasi untuk pemenang dengan urutan ranking terbaik yaitu  kelurahan Menteng, kelurahan Cibadak, kelurahan Ciparigi, kelurahan Katulampa, kelurahan Cikaret, dan kelurahan Babakan Pasar.</em>  </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>The level of success of the development in the village</em><em> government</em><em> is measured by certain criteria. In determining the determination of the winners of the kelurahan performance competition, the presentation selection and field visits were still counted manually so that a Decision Support System (</em><em>DSS</em><em>) was needed that was able to provide alternative solutions for the presentation process and field visits. The method used in the decision support system for this kelurahan performance competition is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is used for weighting criteria and alternatives. This </em><em>DSS</em><em> uses 3 types of access rights (roles), namely admin, jury and leader. System output is the result of the AHP calculation number which is a recommendation for decision makers in determining the winner of the race. The calculation results show the bobo-weight criteria, namely: 0.167 for mastery of exposure material criteria, 0.056 for the criteria for exposure material exposures, 0.111 for the criteria for exposure time, 0.222 for the criteria of superior products, and 0.444 for the criteria of innovation. With these weight values, the results of recommendations for winners with the best ranking are displayed, namely Menteng Village, Cibadak Village, Ciparigi Village, Katulampa Village, Cikaret Sub-District, and Babakan Pasar Village.</em></p>

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator.
