Perubahan tupoksi di Balkesmas sebagai penyelenggara UKM strata dua membawa implikasi luas terhadap kinerja organisasi. Transisi perubahan perlu dilakukan efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan perubahan organisasional di Balkesmas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan 150 orang pegawai Balkesmas yang diperoleh secara stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan perubahan Balkesmas pada level individual adalah konten perubahan, proses perubahan, konsteks perubahan dan atribut individual. Atribut individual merupakan faktor yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar (beta = 0,945), sedangkan konteks perubahan merupakan faktor yang memberikan pengaruh paling kecil (beta = 0,313). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan perubahan pada level organisasi adalah konten perubahan, proses perubahan, konteks perubahan, atribut individual, dan kesiapan perubahan individual. Konten perubahan merupakan faktor yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar (beta = 1,035), sedangkan atribut individual merupakan faktor yang memberikan pengaruh paling kecil (beta = 0,231). Kesiapan perubahan individual memediasi pengaruh konten perubahan, proses perubahan, konsteks perubahan dan atribut individual terhadap kesiapan perubahan organisasional di Balkesmas. Semakin baik konten perubahan, proses perubahan, konsteks perubahan dan atribut individual maka semakin tinggi kesiapan perubahan individual yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesiapan perubahan organisasional.

Loyalitas dapat diciptakan dari kepuasan pelanggan terhadap bauran pemasaran, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepuasan atas produk, kepuasan atas harga, kepuasan atas promosi, kepuasan atas lokasi, kepuasan atas karyawan, kepuasan atas proses dan kepuasan atas sarana fisik terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pengunjung remaja sampai dewasa Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan tahun 2009 sampai 2015 dengan jumlah 482.500 orang.Dari populasi ditarik sampel sebanyak 323 orang pengunjung.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas produk terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas harga terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas promosi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas lokasi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas pegawai terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan, 6) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan atas proses terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit, 7) tidak terdapat pengaruhsignifikan kepuasan atas bukti fisik terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Bukit Khayangan. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p> </p>

AbstractInterviews with 10 marketing managers of 10 four-wheeled motor vehicle brand in Jakarta that have the highest sales in January up to April 2017 show that the managers do not have enough cognitive understanding of knowledge management (KM). However, the managers, in general, are very eloquent when discussing about practical business aspects such as supply-chain, business competition, products, organizational culture, and company’s performance. Based on previous research, KM was placed as independent or intervening or moderating variable on company’s performance. The aim of this study is to analyze the role of KM on company’s performance. By using stratified random sampling, linear regression, moderated regression, and path analysis, it can be concluded that KM can be as independent, moderating, or intervening variable. KM becomes similar to a “bottleneck” when the managers do not know well what and how to implement KM. Therefore, this study suggests that needed further researches are needed to explore the role of KM and to understand how KM can be implemented in a company in order to sustainably improve the company’s performance.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture toward employee performance. Sampling in this study using a Stratified Random Sampling and the size of 92 respondents, methods of analysis use path Analysis. The results showed that based on the preception of respondents, the overall variable transformotional leadership in the category quite well toward good, look that variable tranformational leadership (X1) has a direct amount to 13,62%, indirect effect throught its realtionship culture organization (X2) amount to 11,30, and total the effect 24,92%. Culture organitation has a direct amount to 29,38%, indirect effect throught its relationship tranformational leadership 11,30% and total the effect 40,68%. The coefecient of determination calculation result is equal to 65,59%. The result of reseach concludes that there are partially and stimultaneously significanteffect of transformational leadership variable, organizational culture toward employee performance.

The purpose of the research is to reveal the influence of supervision, commitment and discipline to employee perfomance. Sample of the research have 46 employees of the Cooperative Department and UMKM in West Sumatera Province, with applied a stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Results of the analysis proves that supervision has positive and significant influence to work discipline. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to work discipline. Influence of supervision is positive and significant to perfomance of employee. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to perfomance employee and work discipline, that positive and significant impact to perfomance of Cooperative Dapartment and UMKM in West Sumatera Province.

Fenomena terkait penurunan kinerja karyawan di Hotel Samabe Bali Suite and Villas Nusa Dua, Badung, menuntut perusahaan untuk senantiasa mengoptimalkan kinerja para karyawannya dengan memperhatikan kepemimpinan transformasional yang dimediasi dengan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efikasi diri, menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diriterhadap kinerja karyawan, sertamenjelaskan peran efikasi diri memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerjakaryawan.Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 108 orang karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, maka didapat simpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah:kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan efikasi diri berperan mediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Samabe Bali Suite and Villas Nusa Dua, Badung. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Karyawan, efikasi diri.

The object of this research is the employees of Perum Peruri, Directorate HR and General. The research’s method is descriptive verification, with data sources utilized are primary and secondary. From the population of 256 people, the sample was taken using a Probability sampling especially Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling obtained as many as 156 people. To measure the level of employees performance toward business digitalization with organizational culture as an intervening variable, processing data using path analysis with the SPSS 16 software application. The results showed that the implementation of business digitalization is assessed good by employees, organization culture is assessed good by employees and in general, optimization of employee performance is assessed good by employees. It is proved that business digitalization influence organizational culture and the level of influence is strong. It is proved that business digitalization influence employees performance and the level of influence is strong enough. It is proved that organization culture influence employees performance and the level of influence is strong.

Keberlanjutan usahatani komoditas buah Alpukat di Indonesia perlu diperhatikan, Hal itu dikarenakan alpukat memiliki potensi pasar yang besar di Indonesia. Keberlanjutan usahatani tersebut salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, dimana faktor lingkungan ini terdiri dari beberapa indikator. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor lingkungan dalam mempengaruhi keberlanjutan usahatani alpukat. Metode penentuan sampel petani menggunakan stratified random sampling dan didapat 125 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path analysis) dengan software AMOS 24.0. Hasil analisis jalur didapatkan bahwa faktor lingkungan berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberlanjutan dengan koefisien regresi terstandar 0,290. Pembentuk variabel faktor lingkungan terdiri dari lima indikator, meliputi penyiangan rumput dan pembersihan sampah, pemangkasan ranting, pemberian insektisida, pemberian pupuk, dan pemanenan. Nilai koefisien didapat dari indikator pemberian pupuk (x11 = 0,990); pemberian insektisida (x12= 1,050), pemangkasan ranting (x13=1,080), penyiangan rumput dan pembersihan sampah (x14= 1,050), serta pemanenan (x15 = 1,000). Berdasar data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua indikator pembentuk variabel lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usahatani alpukat.

This study aims to know the influence of Reward and Work Motivation toWork Commitment and Performance Volunteer of Community Radio in Timor-Leste. The research was conducted using survey methods to Community Radios’ volunteer and analyzed using path analysis. The population of the research was 105 volunteers of the 16 community radios. The samples of the research consisted of 78 volunteers and were taken by using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the reward to the commitment of the volunteers of the Community Radio; (2) there is a significant effect of the work motivation to the commitment of the volunteers of the Community Radio; (3) there is a significant effect of the reward to the work performance of the volunteers of the Community Radio; (4) there is a significant effect of the work motivation to the commitment of the volunteers of the Community Radio; (5) there is a significant effect of the commitment to the work performance of the volunteers of the Community Radio.The result discovers that work motivation more influence then rewards in term of improving staff commitment and work performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of academic service quality, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. (6) the influence of satisfaction on the achievement of learners, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on the achievement of learners mediated by the satisfaction of learners. The research method used, namely quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational. Population in this research was as many as 1582. For sampling by using purposive sampling technique and stratified random sampling so that obtained by sampel as much as 323 respondents. In this study the questionnaire is used to collect data. The data analysis by using path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the quality of the academic service quality is in the high category, (2) the students' satisfaction level in the high category, (3) the achievement level of the students is in the medium category, (4) 6) there is a significant influence of students' satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is significant influence of academic service quality toward the achievement of students who mediated with student satisfaction variable at SMPN in Ponggok sub-district, Blitar regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat kualitas layanan akademik, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik, (4) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, (5) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif-korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1582. Untuk pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 323 responden. Dalam penelitian ini angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Adapun untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kualitas kualitas layanan akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik pada kategori tinggi, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan peserta didik pada SMPN se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture and their implications for Employee Performance. Determination of sample in this study using Stratified Random Sampling, and the size of 114 respondents, the analysis methode uses path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture. There is partial effect Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture. The study concluded that there was a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is partial effect Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There are positif and significant influences Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.
