This study investigated the influence of personality on the class room management of IXth standard students in Madurai district. Psychoanalysts believe man’s behaviour is triggered mostly by powerful hidden forces within the personality. Sigmund Freud, an Australian physician was the originator of this theory in the early nineties He says much of people’s everyday behaviour is motivated by unconscious forces about which they know little. In order to fully understand personality then one need to illuminate and expose what is in the unconscious. Class room management is very important task in the teaching learning process. Without class room management skill teaching skill has made no effect in the class room. In the study the researcher take IX standard students in Madurai district. In this study researcher proved the above statement. He Proved that the classroom management is directly related with the personality.

The covid-19 pandemic affect a number of sectors, including the education services. To support the education sustainability and participate in breaking the chain of covid-19 transmission, the learning activity in SMK Negeri 2 Depok was modified to comply the social distancing policy. Teaching and learning activities conducted at the respective student's location via online media. This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning activities to describe the implementation of online assessment, and to determine the effectiveness of online learning activities in SMK Negeri 2 Depok during the covid-19 pandemic. Google classroom applications was employed for classroom management including making announcements related with learning activities, giving subject matters, delivering and collecting student assignments. Based on overall online activities, so it can be concluded that the implementation of online learning in SMK Negeri 2 Depok was effective.  Keywords: effectiveness, google classroom

The purpose of this research was to describe and analysis of teachers’ professional in integrating material of semangko faulth and megatrush Mentawai in learning geography. This research was a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were teachers of the geography of SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek Kabupaten Agam as much as 2 teachers. Data analysis used reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that: professional level of teachers in the integration materials of Faulth Semangko and Megatrush Mentawai in geography learning was 71.56% with the two categories, the ability to plan the organization in the integration of the material Semangko Faulth and Megatrush Mentawai. Teachers were not maximized although this integration was submitted by adjusting the conditions and situations that occur in the environment. The master plan of Teaching and Learning Activity Management that with reference to the achievement of competence and select and prepare appropriate learning procedure (steps teach) in accordance with the curriculum guide device. Teachers have to maximize its ability to plan classroom management and observes the conditions and situation of student learning in the opening stage, the core activity, closing activities, and assessment. Teachers also plan the use of media and learning resources were better at each of meetings. Teachers plan an assessment of student achievement in geography on human and environmental materials as a result of the dynamics of the lithosphere.

An investigation into teachers’ pedagogical skills and students’ learning of English Language in public secondary schools in Oruk Anam Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State was carried out. Three major variables namely; teachers’ classroom management skill, teachers’ lesson delivery skill, and teachers’ level of communication, were studied to show how it relates with students’ learning of English Language. Three research questions and three research hypotheses were raised. The research adopted a descriptive survey approach using a researchers’ designed questionnaire titled teachers’ Pedagogical Skills and Students’ Learning of English Language Questionnaire (TPSSLELQ) with reliability coefficient of 0.857 to collect data from 130 respondents from 10 secondary schools in Oruk Anam Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) was used to test all the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The result of the study revealed that teachers’ classroom management skill, teachers’ lesson delivery skills, and teachers’ level of communication, have a significant relationship on students’ learning of English Language. The study recommended among others that teachers should evaluate their lessons at every point as it provides feedback so that students’ misconceptions may be clarified. Also, educational stakeholders should take the training and retraining of teachers seriously to boast their competence and managerial skills as it is shown to have a positive relationship on students’ learning of English Language.

Effective classroom management supports the teacher classroom teaching profoundly. During Pandemic COVID 19 most classroom teachings are conducted in virtual classroom that have been greatly affected the way how teacher manage his or her own classroom. This causes some challenges for teachers in managing his or her virtual classroom. This study was conducted in the form of a case study in one vocational school in West Bandung region, West Java, Indonesia in which one English teacher was purposively selected as the participant of the research and one class consisted of 27 students. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the challenges of teacher in classroom management in virtual classroom (2) to find out what classroom management the teacher used in her virtual classroom. The researchers employed a qualitative case study which used classroom observation and teacher interview as main instrument. Data from classroom observation and interview transcript were analyzed according to the themes, coding and categorizing to answer the research questions. The results indicate that the teacher experienced many challenges in the virtual classroom, such as the students’ unreadiness to join the virtual class, internet connection problem, restricted time so that the teacher immediately taught the core material, students turned off the camera and sound, students learnt unattentively, less interaction and inappropriate class control. Some suggestions are given to the challenges occurred in their virtual classroom such as, by a) joining the virtual classroom earlier; b) checking the students’ attendance first; c) optimizing the teacher-students interaction during whilst- learning and post learning activity; and d) giving quizzes at the end of the lesson to make the students are more enthusiastic in learning. In this study, it is found that the teacher employed a combination of democratic and leisurely classroom management style. This finding leads to the point where a new style for virtual classroom management called Maye’s Conceptualization Model is proposed.

This is an action research that aims to identify and improve classroom management skill of six homeroom teachers in a low socio-economic elementary school. Classroom management skill is defined as teacher’s ability to create and maintain a learning environment that conducive to learning. The classroom management skill is measured using an observation-based rating scales and semi-structured interviews. The findings showed that classroom management skills were lacking among the majority of participants because they did not have sufficient knowledge about classroom management and did not understand their class’ needs. After two periods of intervention, the participants’ classroom management skill is improved. It was revealed that individual coaching is more effective than training method in improving classroom management skill. Furthermore, educational background and previous professional experience influenced participants’ classroom management skill. However, participants with the relevant educational background do not automatically master classroom management skill, unless supported with professional experience.
