Academic supervision has a very important role in increasing the professional competence of teachers. Based on studies in the field the implementation of the supervision of teachers of SMK Negeri 10 Padang has not run optimally because of the inability of supervisors appointed for teacher supervision because supervisors are incompetent. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the academic supervision model based on teacher self-evaluation and teacher peer assessment. This study uses a qualitative approach, research data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis method combines two forms, Miles & Huberman's analysis (1984). The technique of analyzing data uses qualitative data analysis through three lines of activities: (a) data reduction, (b) data presentation, and (c) verification of the conclusions. The results of observing the competence and completeness of teaching tools are better supervised teachers than peers who are supervisors. The need for school principals to evaluate peer supervision programs and appoint competent people as supervisors.

The Subject

This paper describes, knows, understands, and analyzes self-evaluation from the perspective of surah Al-Isrā verse 14. Self-evaluation in psychology is called self-introspection, which means self-correction, while in Islam, it is called muḥāsabah or muḥāsabah al-nafṣ. Muḥāsabah, in the person of a Muslim in particular, is an attempt to count and evaluate himself, how many sins he has committed and what good he has not done. This study is qualitative research under the literature study method, which focuses on the question of self-evolution from the perspective of surah Al-Isra verse 14. The data source comes from the ministry of religious affairs' translation of the Qur'an, and books related to self-evaluation contain self-evaluation from surah Al-Isra' verse 14. Data were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis method. Self-evaluation in QS Al-Isra': 14refers to the word al-ḥisāb, if an evaluation may be done by oneself on all the deeds that have been done. Explaining this, in surah Al-Isrā'a verse 14, Allah evaluates His creatures on the day of reckoning (the trial of the Hereafter). Therefore it is a man who is commanded to judge his own deeds. Suppose it is associated with the point of evaluation of education. In that case, the meaning of al-ḥisāb indicates that the assessment results depend on the intensity of the subject in completing the exam question. Therefore, the task of educators is to motivate the subject of the learner to learn and maximum when completing the exam question seriously.

Tourism destinations in Indonesia have a variety of interesting tourist attractions and many of these tourist attractions become shooting locations or taking pictures of a film scene. By making a tourism destination and tourist attraction becomes a setting of shooting a film is expected to make tourism developing and films “Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2” is one of the films that took the place of shooting for the film scene in several tourist attractions in Magelang. the purpose of this research are to know determine the influence of the film “Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2” product development, market and marketing at the Rumah Do’a Bukit Rhema. This research uses qualitative data collected through observation , interview , documentation , informans are selected using purposive procedures. Data analysis method used qualitative data analysis.The result of the research shows are the occurrence of product, market and marketing developments at Rumah Do’a Bukit Rhema after being shooting and appearing on scene films Ada Apa Dengan cinta 2. Women work because of the heavy family burden, and the lower economic demands cause a female worker to work at the Gudang Garam Merah company known as the "Apache Cigarette" in Paiton Probolinggo so that it can ease the burden on the husband and the burden on their family. . With the wages or income they have received, it can ease their family's burden and can create a prosperous family. And this can be seen in women workers who work at the Red Salt Warehouse Cigarette company. The formulation of the problem is how the reality that occurs in women who work in the Red Salt Warehouse (Apache) in Paiton Probolinggo and how the economic life practices of women workers in the red salt cellar cigarette factory in Paiton Probolinggo and analyzed with Gender theory. Data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis with descriptive analytic or content analysis (Content Analysis). author's analysis of women working at Gudang Garam cigarettes Behind the high level of cigarette consumption in Indonesia, there is an industry worth tens of millions with hundreds of thousands of people who depend their lives on this industry. The types of labor that are absorbed by the tobacco industry are mostly female and this is a custom that occurs in the Paiton area. to balance the role in the husband's family must have a permanent job that generates money to work with one another, to meet each other's daily needs so that there is no imbalance between the husband and wife in working in the household.

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the impact of changes to the Slims to Inlislite system at the SMK Negeri 9 Bandung Library. The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by researchers for research are observation and interviews. Descriptive data analysis method, with data analysis technique in the form of data reduction. Presentation of data, drawing conclusions, and verification. . The results of research that have been researchers show that the impact of the Change in the Slims to Inlite Automation System at the SMKN 9 Bandung Library, has an impact on convenience for librarians. In Inlislite there is also a feature that provides information regarding borrowing data, such as sanctions or fines and delays in returning books which are only confirmed by scanning a barcode. So that it can overcome the queues of visitors and can also save time and effort for librarians in their work.Key words: Automation impact; Slims; integrated library system (Inlislite); School library ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari perubahan sistem Slims ke Inlislite di Perpustakaan SMK Negeri 9 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti untuk penelitian yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis data deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data. Penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. . Hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti menunjukan bahwa dampak Perubahan Sistem Otomasi Slims Ke Inlislite Di Perpustakaan Smkn 9 Bandung, memberi dampak kemudahan bagi pustakawan. Di Inlislite juga terdapat fitur yang memberikan informasi  data peminjaman mengenai seperti misalnya sanksi atau denda dan keterlambatan waktu pengembalian buku yang hanya dikakukan dengan scan barcode. Sehingga dapat mengatasi antrean pemustaka dan juga dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga pustakawan dalam pekrjaannya.Kata kunci: dampak otomasi; slims; integrated library system (inlislite); perpustakaan sekolah

This research aims to examine the legal phenomena of the application of the panai money, the cost imposed for the migrant Bugis customary law community in Sukabumi Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City, East Java. In other words, Panai' money is such customary money which must be handed over in Bugis tribal marriages. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the submission of panai money has become a tradition that originated from an ancestor that is still valid today. Due to the high panai money, however, many of the Bugis people who wander no longer use panai money, as it takes into account the weakness of their customary values, as well as the many other cultures that influence, but there are still people who still defend it because of their strong customary values ​​which they still hold even though in the migrant area. Because panai money ’is a tradition that has long been a benchmark for Bugis people, this tradition still strongly considers moral sanctions, and the avoidance of this money is responded by some people to decide to elope.  This research aims at describing the correct use of directional complements and elaborating the diversity and meanings of compound directional complement (CDC) used in Mandarin learners' interlanguage. This research is a case study on the essay of  Universitas Indonesia Chinese Study Program students. Results were obtained through qualitative data analysis method supported by simple calculation. Learners’ accuracy was reflected in identifying the direction of action, ordering the constituents in a sentence with directional complement, and selecting the motion verb. Meanwhile, inaccuracy appeared in four categories: misselection, misordering, overinclusion, and blends. On the other hand, the use of directional complements with literal meaning was very diverse, but not so for the metaphorical ones. Although the frequency of the metaphorical use of CDC was higher than the literal ones, there was a lack of the variation in the type of CDC used by the learners.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the mechanism of working capital loan distribution at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, KCU Bukittinggi. The research method used is a qualitative data analysis method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the report of Bank Negara Indonesia Bukittinggi 2016 period 2017. The results of this study are how the flow of working capital credit applications such as people business credit and entrepreneurship BNI from applications to repayment shows that the problem in working capital lending lies with the customers in terms of completeness of files and payment of credit and interest

The Social

The complexity of social problems addressed by the social work profession makes mixed methods research an essential tool. This literature review examined common quantitative and qualitative techniques used by social work researchers and what mixed methods research may add to social work research. Surveys and in-depth interviews were the most common quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, respectively. The t-test was the most frequently used quantitative data analysis method. Although thematic analysis was the most common qualitative data analysis method, 12% of the qualitative data analysis techniques were not specified. Mixed methods research adds three important elements to social work research: voices of participants, comprehensive analyses of phenomena, and enhanced validity of findings. For these reasons, the teaching and use of mixed methods research remain integral to social work.

This study aims to analyze the application of Ijarah financing accounting based on PSAK No.107 at PT  Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Branch of Lhokseumawe. The data used in this study are qualitative data which is obtained by conducting interviews with the parties concerned. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the financing system of Ijarah Muntahiyya Bittamlik at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Branch of Lhokseumawe is in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles for sharia banking, namely PSAK 107 concerning the application of Ijarah financing.

Joker which was released in 2019 is a popular movie that has reached the global audience. In the same year, the face paint, mask and costume of the Joker character who is in the leading role of the movie Joker (2019) was used by the activists in the protests that took place in different countries. In the theoretical part of this study, by adopting Manuel Castells’ approach which is named as the Network Society, the local and global communication dimensions and influence of Avatar activism are discussed and examined through the character of Joker (2019). In this study, it is revealed that, by using Avatar Activism as a communication tactic, the activists aim to make their neglected problems more visible, to make their voices heard by local and global masses, and to keep the media’s interest in the protests alive for longer. In this context, the statements made by the activists who participated to protests in Lebanon, Chile and China with Joker face paint, mask or costume within the scope of Avatar activism to newspapers and media outlets on the reasons and purposes of their preference for this appearance were subjected to examination by document analysis, which is a qualitative data analysis method, and the theoretical and conceptual infrastructure of the study was supported by direct quotations from related explanations. As a result of this study, it is revealed that in 2019, activists participating in protests in Lebanon, Chile and China made similar statements about the reasons and purposes of preferring the Joker appearance, and within the scope of Avatar activism, they aim to express their neglected problems and make them more visible through the Joker appearance.
