Total Quality Management (TQM) is the latest in a parade of models, recipes, programs, frameworks, and slogans for guiding academic reform. It provides a tool to help ensure this quality. The management in TQM means everyone is the manager of their own responsibilities because everyone in the institution, whatever their status, position or role is. Information and technologies have brought sea changes in education and has therefore changed the interpretation of the term quality. TQM advocates that everything and everybody in the organization is involved in the academic institutions for continuous improvement. As it is applied to education, TQM faces new challenges due to diversity in nature of students and educators, large and multileveled classrooms, technological advances and new paradigms in educational content and delivery. Despite these issues education must maintain quality across classrooms, schools and institution. This article highlights the need of TQM to improve overall quality of education in Nepal. One of the improvements in the quality of education is the fulfillment of the needs for facilities and adequate, quality, and ready-to-use educational infrastructure. So as for the impact of the lack of proper infrastructure of school institutions, namely that it can reduce student achievement in learning activities, especially in class. Therefore, to improve the quality of education in schools, management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to meet the needs of the student learning process at school. This study aims to determine the implementation of total quality management in improving the quality of infrastructure in schools. This research using library research with analytical study methods (library research), namely research carried out using a library alias literature, either in the form of notes, books, journals, or reports of previous research results. The analytical study used is content analytical and analytical descriptions of total quality management to improve infrastructure at school. The results of this study indicate that the facilities and infrastructure at the school are inadequate standards. Therefore, the use of infrastructure in the learning process must also be improved, as an increase in service quality continuously meets the reality and expectations for customers.

Improving the quality of education is a problem that is still experienced by many educational institutions. To improve the quality of education, institutions need a system to help achieve quality education quality. So this study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management in the school accreditation program as an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a literature study by taking data from several books and literature. This data collection technique uses documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using critical analysis which is interesting from several research documents. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of education is carried out by implementing Total Quality Management. Total Quality Management is carried out by continuous improvement, determining quality standards, changing culture, changing organizations, maintaining relationships with customers and focusing on customer satisfaction. and have a commitment to change.

The implementation of total quality management is applied to every educational institution as an effort to improve the quality of education. In this case, it is important to carry out management functions in each educational institution. This article discusses the implementation of total quality management in educational institutions to seek to improve the quality of education in achieving a quality standard in education. Every educational institution should show better quality and be able to compete. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the public and stakeholders. To continue to get this, it must be improved continuously, both physically and non-physically. So as to make a quality educational institution and guaranteed quality. There are several main things that need to be considered in implementing total quality management in the world of education, namely: continuous quality improvement; determine quality standards, cultural change; changes in the organization; and maintain relationships with other agencies and customers and evaluate the system if anything is not appropriate

The relationship between leadership and teamwork with the implementation of total quality management is a very significant relationship. Leadership an important role in the success of an organization. Leadership is based on the nature of someone who is able to change others to achieve a goal. In addition, teamwork also influences the organization's success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and teamwork in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This research uses literature study methods from various journals. The results of the research are facts about the importance of leadership and teamwork in implementing total quality management.

This article aims to describe how the implementation total quality management in improving education quality. Using the literature study method by looking for relevant theoretical references to sources and books, articles. based on the results of the TQM article is an activity that satisfies the customer's heart and also improves quality. Entering the past decade, the issue of quality has always been the talk of the actual, especially in the context of education management. Recognized or not, the quality of Islamic education institutions are still largely under the quality of education in general. Various attempts have been made and many of the concepts that have been applied, but everything seemed not bring significant improvement. "Total Quality Management (TQM) or Integrated Quality Management (MMT) as an effort to improve the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. Although at first the concept of MMT is only known in the industry, but the amazing success invite the interest of education experts, 3 to study it more deeply, formulate operational patterns of adoption, and to create a model in teknical to apply. This research was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Consideration is SMP Muhammadiyah I Gurgaon is one of the Islamic educational institutions (schools distinctively Islamic) 5 formal mission has always been to apply concepts of Quality Management (TQM). This study resulted in that SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok already implementing Total Quality Management in the management of education. However, the application of Total Quality Management in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok can be said is not fully maximized, in the sense that there are still some things that need to be evaluated together.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an effort done by college to improve their management quality in achieving the goals. TQM related to quality system consist of planning system quality, controlling system quality, and improving system quality. Hence, in this research, the researcher manages to explain the improving education quality at Collage through TQM in welcoming MEA. This is descriptive literature review research. The source of the data is taken from books and others review related to improving education quality at Collage through TQM. This research employs documentation as data collection technique and content analysis to analyze the data which use the procedure to make the conclusion. The result shows that when TQM applied at collage continuity and consistently, the quality of graduates will increase, in this case they are capable to compete in industry field.

Accreditation is an activity for evaluating the feasibility of a program in an education based on predetermined criteria. This accreditation is applied as an evaluation material and also controls the quality of education. However, even though the accreditation system has been developed and formulated in such a way, not many schools have been able to implement the existing instruments in the accreditation to improve the quality of their educational institutions. Many schools have not utilized the existing systems and instruments in accreditation optimally. Therefore, the implementation of accreditation in schools also requires an approach so that the process can run optimally. That approach is called by Total Quality Management (TQM). This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study found that accreditation in the TQM perspective contains the principles, among others: First, accreditation contains standards that are used as reference for implementation; Second, the school utilizes the assessment instruments that are in the accreditation to monitor the ongoing education services (monitoring and evaluation); Third, school accreditation is used to identify deficiencies in schools (deviations); Fourth, accreditation is used as a reference to continuously improve the quality of their schools.
