The article considers theoretical approaches to the use of psychological games in preschool education. The existing scientific approaches to the classification of games are studied. The need to take into account the classification of psychological games in the organization of play activities, because the classification includes consideration and understanding of common features, which will develop and implement common approaches to the organization of play activities in preschool education. The interrelation of didactic games and games of psychological orientation is proved. The concept of "psychological games", which originate from psychotechnical exercises and are widely used during psychological training, has been clarified. A complex model of psychological games has been developed, which takes into account various areas of mental development of the personality of a preschool child: cognitive, social, emotional and volitional. One of the types of such games are canine exercises that provide a balance of emotional and physical components. The reasons that complicate the process of communication between parents, teachers and children are listed. It is emphasized that the experience of psychological games allows the child to find solutions faster and easier in difficult life situations. The range of psychological and pedagogical possibilities of games of psychological orientation is outlined. The expediency of using such games in the educational process and their ability to influence the emotional connections between children and parents, children and teachers, between children and peers are determined. The types of influence of psychological games on the development of certain mental processes of personality are structured. Emphasis is placed on the need to develop methods of pedagogical guidance of psychological games and their separation from psychotechnical exercises. The effectiveness of the introduction of various psychological games in the educational process depends on the professionalism of teachers and will ensure the solution of specific problems of a practical nature, which will improve the educational process and communication of all its participants.

The article presents the results of theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the self-efficacy problem study of the individual in general and the social services specialist, in particular. The research stated the ambiguity of the interpretation of the concept of “self-efficacy” and, at the same time, the role of self-efficacy in successful professional activity. We identified the main approaches to the study of the self-efficacy problem study of the individual and related concepts, which are: socio-cognitive psychoanalytic behavioural; personal and activity; humanistic; subjective; effective; competence; resource, acmeological approach, etc. We proposed the acmeological approach as a basis in the context of the study of the self-efficacy problems, and its development, within which self-efficacy should be considered as an essential factor in achieving professional social specialists’ “acme”. It is shown that self-efficacy should be studied because of the possibility of its development in specially organized psychological training and socio-psychological support of specialists’ self-efficacy, their beliefs, belief in their ability to implement activities, evaluation of their effectiveness and expectations for self-realization, and professional activity.

The article represents the definition, characteristics and theoretical approaches and psychological basis to constructive fatherhood strategies development. The specifics of the constructive fatherhood strategies development are analyzed in the connection with the life experience and family conditions of the man from an early age. The paper features such components of fatherhood strategies as gender role acceptance, characteristics of the spheres of life goals and sense-bearing and that of personality maturity. It provides the results of a 12-year longitudinal study of the psychological training of responsible fatherhood. The article also represents an analysis of immediate and delayed (about ten years after the training) results of psychological courses for men with no children at the moment of the training. The conclusion is that responsible fatherhood courses for male adolescents have a positive longtime (10 years +) effects.

The article summarizes the theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of bullying, reveals the components of the work of a psychologist with the problem of bullying in the New Ukrainian school, analyzes the scope of psychologists working with bullying in the school environment, highlights the problem of determining and justifying the content and structure of psychological training, the components of psychological readiness of future psychologists to work with the problem of bullying and their criteria and typical difficulties in the formation of components of psychological readiness of future psychologists to work with the problem of bullying are determined. Bullying among school children is one of the most acute problems in modern educational psychology. For its effective solution, high-quality training of psychologists with psychological preparation trained to work with this phenomenon in the school setting is required. This readiness is a psychological formation, the structure of which includes cognitive, motivational, operational, emotional and personal components that develop unevenly in the process of personal and professional growth. As the results of theoretical research have shown, psychological training depends on the quality of the formation of these components. The author's questionnaire “Self-analysis of psychological readiness to work with the problem of a bully” was used in the study. The results of the survey show that the vast majority of students assess their psychological readiness to work with the problem of bullying at an average level, but are interested in this phenomenon (some have a high level of motivation for future work with this phenomenon), they are positive about preparing for work. With it, in the future present themselves as effective. The main difficulties that arise during the formation of components of psychological readiness of students of psychology to work with the problem of bullying are related to problems in mastering the methods and techniques of psychological and pedagogical impact on the student body, insufficient mastery of methodological tools to work with problem people.
