The purpose of the article is to identify the artistic and aesthetic features and leading trends in the development of German expressive dance of the first half of the twentieth century. and determine their impact on the development of modern dance in the first decades of the XXI century. Methodology. The system method is applied, thanks to which the peculiarities of German expressive dance are considered; the method of comparative analysis, which helped to identify common and distinctive features in the central concepts of dance K. Joss, M. Wingman, and P. Bausch; method of art history and artistic and stylistic analysis, through which identified and substantiated trends in the development of German modern dance and modern dance). Scientific novelty. The artistic and aesthetic principles of German expressive dance are studied on the basis of the analysis of choreography, aesthetics, and discourse of movement K. Joss, M. Wingman, and P. Bausch; the basic theatrical concepts of the range of emotions of the leading representatives of the German expressive dance motivating physical movement are revealed; determined that P. Bausch, M. Wingman and K. Yosse work with emotional space, which is directly related to physical movement and configures their own unique aesthetics of movement experience - dancers aestheticize the human body, covered and subject to strong emotions. Conclusions. The characteristic interest of German expressionist dance to inconspicuous, accidental, or natural manifestations of corporeality, the focus on violating previously established boundaries of art, the search for innovative ways to approach the chaos of reality, causing the formation of certain models of corporeality, and others. can be clearly seen in the modern dance of the early XXI century – phenomena, representing a unique way of artistic and bodily modeling of the world, become one of the important dancers and generators of current cultural and artistic values ​​and meanings. The study compares domestic and foreign companies in the oil and gas sector for the first time and identifies the distinctive features of each group. The results of calculations showed that the profit of any large oil and gas company is affected by revenue, cost of production and the amount of tax deductions. Moreover, the refinancing rate of the country where the company is registered is important for the activities of oil and gas companies.

This article studies the specific development of public service and the possible application of foreign experience in Russia and other countries. The article aims at conducting a comparative analysis of development patterns typical of the institution of public service in the world and determining their general and distinctive features that should be considered when identifying the objectives of reforming the institution of public service in Russia. Results. The article considers development patterns typical of the institution of public service in foreign countries. The main stages of reforming public service have been examined and analyzed, as well as general and distinctive features of this process have been determined. Conclusions. While defining the main objectives of reforming the Russian institution of public service, it is necessary to consider the positive experience of foreign countries. In particular, attention should be paid to the changes at each stage of reforming, namely: the legal support of public service, the organizational structure of public service, personnel policy, the provision of public services to citizens by state employees, and the development of information society. The prospects for further research are to study the specific development of the institution of public service in developed economies. An in-depth comparative analysis of improving such an institution will enable to use the best foreign achievements in reforming the Russian institution of public service.

The purpose of the article is to discover the peculiarities of the spread of contemporary dance in Ukraine. Methodology. The research was carried out using historical-chronological and biographical methods, as well as the method of stylistic analysis. Scientific novelty. For the first time, information about contemporary dance in Ukraine has been systematized and the features of its distribution have been identified. Conclusions. Contemporary dance is today recognized all over the world as a research tool for understanding a person and expanding his consciousness, which performs not only recreational, relaxation, communicative, and other functions, but is also used to solve human problems at the physical and mental levels, as well as to form cultural values. Having originated in Europe and America, the contemporary dance spread in Ukraine, gaining significant popularity in recent years. Among the specialist choreographers who contributed to its popularization in Ukraine from the end of the twentieth century. until now – M. Lymar, O. Budnytska, L. Venedyktova, L. Mova, R. Baranov, Kh. Shyshkarova, A. Ovchinnikov, A. Safonov, O. Ruban. In Ukraine, dance companies Buchok ART Family, Total Dance Group, N'Era Dance Company and others have been created, engaged in research contemporary dance, which demonstrate performances on small stages in different cities of Ukraine and at international contemporary dance festivals. Contemporary dance festivals "Zelyonka Fest", "Dance Space" and others, held in Ukraine, also contribute to the popularization of contemporary dance. The dissemination of information about contemporary dance occurs through platforms, laboratories, residences under the guidance of Western specialists, as well as thanks to domestic choreographers who attend master classes, seminars, lectures, intensives, etc. such specialists in Ukraine and abroad, and in turn pass on experience to students. The article deals with the features of the Russian policy of agriculture support in comparison with the EU and the US policies. Comparative analysis is held considering the scales and levels of collective agriculture support, sources of supporting means, levels and mechanisms of support of agricultural production manufacturers, its consumers, agrarian infrastructure establishments, manufacturers and consumers of each of the principal types of agriculture production. The author makes an attempt to estimate the consequences of Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization based on a hypothesis that this will result in unification of the manufacturers and consumers’ protection levels in Russia with the countries that have long been WTO members.

Climate change is a financial factor that carries with it risks and opportunities for companies. To support boards of directors of companies belonging to all jurisdictions, the World Economic Forum issued in January 2019 eight Principlescontaining both theoretical and practical provisions on: climate accountability, competence, governance, management, disclosure and dialogue. The paper analyses each Principle to understand scope and managerial consequences for boards and to evaluate whether the legal distinctions, among the various jurisdictions, may undermine the application of the Principles or, by contrast, despite the differences the Principles may be a useful and effective guidance to drive boards' of directors' conduct around the world in handling climate change challenges. Five jurisdictions are taken into consideration for this comparative analysis: Europe (and UK), US, Australia, South Africa and Canada. The conclusion is that the WEF Principles, as soft law, is the best possible instrument to address boards of directors of worldwide companies, harmonise their conduct and effectively help facing such global emergency.

The article presents an analysis of three poems about war («The Tale of Our Lady and Russian Soldiers» («Slovo o Bogoroditse i Russkih Soldatah»), «The Attack» («Ataka»), «The Forties» («Sorokovye»)) written by D. Samoylov in different periods of his creative activity. On the basis of the existing research of the creative work of the famous poet of the 20th century, a multilevel characteristic of his war lyrics is given. The aim of the article is to characterize the specific features of the poetic language of such an original author by means of a lingvo-stylistic analysis of D. Samoilov’s poems, to reveal the richness and diversity of his artistic manner. The following research methods were used: analytical reading, comparative analysis, ontological method, a multilevel analysis of poetry. The author accentuates reminiscences in D. Samoilov’s war poetry, the contrast and contrast means, repetition as an artistic device, paronomasia in the stylistic mixture of linguistic means belonging to different levels. A multidimensional poet’s approach to the theme of the war is the conclusion of the article.

The study is devoted to the analysis of the features of the change in the Equivalent Water Height (EWH) parameter over the geoid based on satellite measurements of space systems. The study used the GRACE and GRACE-FO satellite data archive. The assessment was carried out on Earth as a whole, including land areas and the World Ocean. Interpretation of the anomalous state of the geoenvironment is performed using digital maps of the spatial distribution of the EWH parameter based on the histogram approach and correlation analysis. Also, a comparative analysis of the studied data from the GRACE mission and data from the new GRACE-FO satellite system launched into orbit in the summer of 2018 was carried out.

Background: Many antibiotics were widely used as medication based on their distinctive features. Among them, sulphonamides were commonly used, however their recalcitrant nature makes them difficult to dispose. Hence, their interaction with environment and analytic technique requires considerable attention globally. Objective: Therefore, this review aimed to provide detailed discussion about environmental as well as human health behaviour and analytic techniques corresponding to sulphonamides. Methods: Various results and discussion were extracted from technical journals and books published by different researchers from all over the world. The cited bibliographic references were intentionally investigated in order to extract relevant information related to proposed work. Results: In this review, the determination techniques such as UV-spectroscopy, Enthalpimetry, Immunosensor, Chromatography, Chemiluminescence, Photoinduced fluorometric determination, Capillary electrophoresis for sulphonamide determination were discussed in detail. Among them, High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and UV-spectroscopy was effective and extensively used for screening sulphonamide. Conclusion: Knowing the quantification and behaviour of sulphonamide in aqueous solution is mandatory to opt the suitable wastewater treatment required. Hence, choosing appropriate high precision and feasible screening techniques is necessary, which can be attained with this review.

BACKGROUND Since November 2019, Covid - 19 has spread across the globe costing people their lives and countries their economic stability. The world has become more interconnected over the past few decades owing to globalisation and such pandemics as the Covid -19 are cons of that. This paper attempts to gain deeper understanding into the correlation between globalisation and pandemics. It is a descriptive analysis on how one of the factors that was responsible for the spread of this virus on a global scale is globalisation. OBJECTIVE - To understand the close relationship that globalisation and pandemics share. - To understand the scale of the spread of viruses on a global scale though a comparison between SARS and Covid -19. - To understand the sale of globalisation present during SARS and Covid - 19. METHODS A descriptive qualitative comparative analysis was used throughout this research. RESULTS Globalisation does play a significant role in the spread of pandemics on a global level. CONCLUSIONS - SARS and Covid - 19 were varied in terms of severity and spread. - The scale of globalisation was different during the time of SARS and Covid - 19. - Globalisation can be the reason for the faster spread in Pandemics.
