The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation and competency on employee's performance. The Objects are employees of  BJB bank at Ciamis, Garut and Tasikmalaya). The method used is descriptive. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique with total of the samples 89 people. By path analysis, the research found that work motivation with indicators internal and external motivation; work culture with indicators of Service excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Intelligence, Trust included in the high category. Work motivation with indicators of internal motivation and external motivation is included in the sufficient category. Competencies with indicators of Work Quality, Cooperation, Responsibility and Quantity of work are included in the sufficient category. Employee performance with indicators of Work Quality, Discipline Behavior, Use of work time and Attendance are included in the sufficient category. There is a partial positive effect and simultaneous work culture, work motivation and competence on employee performance so that the hypothesis is verified. This means that if the strategy which includes work culture, work motivation and competence is increased, the performance of bank employees to Tasikmalaya, Garut and Ciamis will be better.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

This research was conducted to know the influence of work culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at Unima. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population is all Unima employees totaling 335 employees spread over six work units. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the amount determined by the Slovin rule, and 182 employees were obtained. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis through the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study reveal that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (3) work culture and work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees at Unima. It is recommended to strengthen work culture, so socialization in order to increase understanding and acceptance of values and norms that have governed attitudes and behavior of working and interacting in the work environment, carried out continuously in line with developments and demands of the organizational environment so that it is strongly internalized. In addition, the organizational climate should be created in a conducive and transparent manner so that employees are free to express their various needs related to their work. The fulfillment of the needs related to his work will encourage him to carry out his duties well.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study intends to analyze the impact of work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at BPSDM Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is explanatory research, with a total sample of 47 respondents. The sample size was determined based on the slovin method, the sampling technique was carried out directly. Data was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data by descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 43, 757 with a coefficient of 0, 74. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 82, 629 and a coefficient of 0, 93. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that work culture and job satisfaction greatly affect employee performance. This shows that the two variables, both work culture and job satisfaction, have been tested to significantly affect employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa akibat aspek budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.  Tipe penelitian merupakan eksplanatory research, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 responden.  Besar sampel didetetapkan berdasarkan pada metode slovin, teknik penarikan  sampel dilakukan secara langsung. Data diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert.  Analisa data dengan cara deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda.  Hasil  riset membuktikan kalau budaya kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 43, 757 dengan angka koefisien 0, 74.  Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 82, 629 serta angka koefisien 0, 93. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa data, disimpulkan kalau budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja sangat  mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable tersebut, baik budaya kerja maupun kepuasan kerja teruji secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT XYZ Karawang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used Simple Random Sampling for the sampling technique. The results of the t test show that the tcount for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.832 and the tcount for the motivation variable (X2) is 6.167. From the two tcount, it shows that it is bigger than ttable, which is 1.65882. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation have a partially positive effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang. Whereas from the results of the F test, Fcount> Ftable or 55.860> 3.08 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states compensation and motivation together has an effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang and the coefficient of determination shows that compensation and work motivation contributed 51.1% to Employee Performance at PT XYZ Karawang, the remaining 48.9% were other factors which were not examined in this study.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to determine and predict the effect of Knowledge Management, Competence, Work Experience and Work Motivation as a mediation on Employee Performance in North Jakarta. The population in this study were 57 employees who worked in the north Jakarta area. In sampling, the researcher uses non-probability sampling where members or members of the population do not have the same opportunity to be selected or where the sampling or selection of samples is not based on the law of probability and there is no equal opportunity for members to remain selected. Then the researcher will use purposive sampling because the researcher has found adequate information related to the research so that using this sampling technique will help researchers to get a good and correct sample. In testing the data, researchers used SmartPLS 3. The results showed that Knowledge Management and Competence had a positive effect on employee performance, work experience did not have a positive effect on employee performance in north Jakarta, the last one that work motivation also did not have a positive effect on connecting the independent variables to the dependent variable. namely Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memprediksi pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan, Kompetensi, Pengalaman Kerja serta Motivasi Kerja sebagai mediasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Jakarta utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 57 pegawai yang bekerja di daerah Jakarta utara. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan non-probability sampling dimana anggota atau member dari populasi tidak memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk terpilih atau dimana pengambilan atau pemilihan sample tidak didasarkan pada hukum probabilitas dan tidak adanya peluang yang sama bagi anggota untuk tetap dipilih. Lalu peneliti akan menggunakan purposive sampling dikarenakan peneliti telah menemukan informasi yang memadai terkait penelitian sehingga dengan menggunakan teknik sampling ini akan membantu peneliti untuk mendapatkan sample yang baik dan benar. Dalam pengujian data peneliti menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Pengetahuan, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Jakarta utara yang terakhir bahwa Motivasi kerja juga tidak berpengaruh positif dalam menhubungkan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai.

To achieve a company goal, its important to looking for employee performance, work environment, and work motivation. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by the work environment and  motivation, as  well  as  the  Burger  King  company  in  East  Surabaya. Burger  King Company is a company engaged in FnB. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance of Burger King East Surabaya crew. The hypothesis in this study is that the work environment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods and uses PLS as a test tool as well as data collection methods by  conducting surveys. Respondents in  this  study  were  50  respondents using  a  saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled. The results of the study revealed that th e work environment partially had no significant effect and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
