This study aims to describe the competence of supervisors in the supervision of counseling guidance teachers. This research method uses a literature study which contains the concepts and theories used based on the available literature, especially from articles published in various scientific journals. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used interpretive descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of guidance and counseling teachers is proven to be effective in increasing the skills, understanding of counseling teachers and able to increase the mastery of counseling practice. Where with the implementation of counseling guidance supervision carried out by supervisors, it can help counseling guidance teachers to improve and further develop skills in counseling guidance service skills. The supervisory role requires many different skills and values from the therapeutic relationship. Supervisors must have the education and training to carry out their role so that counseling teachers receive regular feedback so that they have a basis on which to hone their skills.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Tulamben Marine Tourist Attraction it has a variety of tourism business such as, tourist accommodations, diving and snorkeling occupations, porter professions also food and beverage services. Mount Agung status alert, on October 22nd, 2017 some residents within radius of 12 km are evacuated to several areas in Bali. The evacuated people are living in 28 villages in Karangasem regency, one of them is Tulamben Village. Mount Agung eruption has a direct impact on tourism bussiness. This study aims to analyze the implication of Mount Agung Eruption on Tourism Business at Tulamben Marine Attraction, Kubu Sub-District, Karangasem Regency. The research method used is qualitative study with descriptive analysis technique to examine the implications of Mount Agung eruption on tourism business. Source data from primary knowledges and secondary documents. Data are collected through observation methods, interviews, literature study, and research instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The informants are determinated by using purposive sampling technique to obtain accurate data about the type of tourism business and the implications of eruption of Mount Agung to the tourism business service in Tulamben Marine Tourist Attraction. This article aims to examine and describe the influence of guidance and counseling management on learning discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using survey techniques. Data collection techniques that used are documentation studies and field studies. Moreover, the data analysis technique that has been used to answer the research hypothesis is statistical analysis with a path analysis model. The location of the study was at the Ciledug Vocational High School Al-Musaddadiyah Garut, with 85 respondents taking part in the survey. The results of the discussion show that guidance and counseling management has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of learning

This study discusses forest protection through Sasi (Local Environmental Law) in Ambon island post-COVID-19. Sasi is a customary norm and rules and sanctions regarding the prohibition of taking plant or plant products, fish and game time before the time agreed and determined by community leaders and leaders together with community members. The main goal is to conserve natural resources, control and limit human greed in overexploiting natural resources. The research method used is a qualitative research method with normative legal research. The research was conducted at Universitas Kristen Indonesia from January to March 2021. The objects studied were documents either in reports or regulations related to indigenous peoples' local wisdom. The research instrument used was a document checklist. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. The research results are that traditional Sasi wisdom has values ??and norms to protect forests, water sources, annual plants, and food plants. With the concept and understanding of how environmental managements with various customary rules to obtain benefits and maintain the kinship value of area units that already have an identity and must continuously be maintained in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract: The law of inheritance has been determined very clearly in the Qur’an and this provision has also been established as a qathi' or final legal basis by jumhur or majority ulama. However, in reality, there are still criticisms of the inheritance law provisions. This article aims to further examine the issue of qat'hi and zhanni (the final one and the need intrepretation) related to inheritance and how the philosophical values ​​of inheritance law in Islam. The philosophical study referred to in this article is related to the purpose of syara’ to determine the distribution of inheritance in such a way and what philosophical basis and values ​​are used. This article also describes the share of men and women with one to two balances. This article is based on literature study by using textual sources, namely the text of the Qur’an (especially verses on the law of inheritance) as the main reference in the reconstruction of philosophical thinking in Islamic inheritance law. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. So, the philosophical basis and the purpose of inheritance law in Islam is an effort to realize justice in order to achieve mutual benefit for the heirs. However, if a change is needed regarding inheritance law that is relevant to the conditions and situation at the time of the inheritance law decision, there is no harm in providing additional law. Keywords: Philosophical values, inheritance law, Islam.   Abstrak: Hukum waris telah ditentukan dengan sangat jelas dalam Alquran serta ketentuan tersebut juga telah ditetapkan sebagai dasar hukum yang qathi’ oleh jumhur ulama. Akan tetapi realita yang terjadi masih ada kritik terhadap ketentuan hukum waris tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji lebih jauh masalah qat’hi dan zhanni-nya terkait waris dan bagaimana nilai-nilai filosofis hukum kewarisan dalam Islam. Kajian filosofis yang dimaksud dalam artikel ini terkait tentang tujuan syara' menetapkan pembagian warisan sedemikian rupa dan apa dasar dan nilai filosofis yang digunakan. Artikel ini juga menjelaskan tentang bagian laki-laki dan perempuan dengan perimbangan satu banding dua. Artikel ini berbasis penelitian pustaka dengan menjadikan sumber-sumber tekstual yakni teks Alquran (khusus ayat-ayat tentang hukum kewarisan) sebagai acuan utama dalam rekonstruksi pemikiran filosofis dalam hukum waris Islam. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif. Jadi, dasar filosofis dan tujuan hukum waris dalam Islam merupakan suatu upaya untuk mewujudkan keadilan agar tercapai kemashlahatan bersama bagi ahli waris. Namun jika diperlukan sebuah perubahan terkait hukum kewarisan yang relevan dengan kondisi dan situasi pada saat keputusan hukum kewarisan tersebut maka tidak ada salahnya memberikan hukum tambahan. Kata-kata kunci: Nilai-nilai filosofis, hukum kewarisan, Islam.

ABSTRAKPerikanan  tangkap  di  kawasan  Taman  Nasional  Karimunjawa  dikelola  oleh  lebih  dari  satu  instansipengelola.  Setiap  instansi  diduga  mempunyai  peran  masing-  masing  sesuai  tupoksinya.  Saat  ini  belum diketahui secara nyata instansi apa saja yang mengelola beserta perannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi instansi pengelola yang berperan dalam pengelolaan perikanan tangkap di kawasan TNKJ, persepsi,  aspirasi  dan  partisipasi  nelayan  terhadap  pengelolaan  perikanan  tangkap  serta  bagaimana  strategi pengelola  dalam  pengawasan  perikanan  tangkap.  Metode  penelitian  ini  adalah  studi  kasus  dengan  analisis deskriptif, dimana pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling, responden terdiri dari nelayan dan instansi pengelola. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  instansi yang  mengelola  perikanan tangkap adalah Unit  Pelaksana  Teknis   Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Karimunjawa, Balai Taman Nasional Karimunjawa, Dinas Perikanan, Polisi Air   dan Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Laut dan Satuan Kerja Pengawasan Sumberdaya Kelautan dan   Perikanan. Pembagian peran masing- masing instansi pengelola sudah sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing  serta tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan. Sinkronisasi dan koordinasi sudah dilakukan, hal ini terbukti   dengan  adanya  Nota  Kesepakatan Bersama. Sebanyak 80% nelayan setuju dengan peraturan yang diterapkan. Partisipasi nelayan terhadap sosialisasi dan pelatihan rendah yaitu 35% dan 19%. Strategi pengelola dalam pengawasan perikanan tangkap adalah dengan membentuk dan memberdayakan Pengawas   Perikanan  dan  Kelompok  Masyarakat  Pengawas  secara  sinergi. Strategi untuk  meningkatkan partisipasi  nelayan  dalam  sosialisasi  dan  pelatihan  adalah  dengan  memberikan penyadaran  motivasi dan  apresiasi berupa penghargaan dan pendampingan. ABSTRACTCapture   fisheries   in Karimunjawa National   Park   are   managed by   more   than one   management institutions.  Each  institution  is  assumed  to  have  their  respective  roles  according  to  their  basic  tasks  andfunctions. It is not yet known exactly what institutions are managing along with their roles. The purposes of  this study  were to know what institutions  were involved  in the management of capture fisheries in TNKJ  areas, perceptions, aspirations and participation of fishermen on the management of capture fisheries and  how the management strategy in the supervision of capture fisheries. This research method was case study with descriptive analysis, where data collected by interview and literature study. Determination of  respondents used purposive sampling method, respondents consist of fishermen and manager institution. The results showed that the institutions that managed capture fisheries were Technical Implementation Unit  Karimunjawa Fishery Port, Karimunjawa National Park Office, Fisheries Official, Water Police and Indonesian National Army – Navy and Work Unit of Supervision of Marine and Fisheries Resources. The  division of roles of each institution agency was in accordance with their respective fields and there was no  overlapping authority. Synchronization and coordination had been done, it was proved by the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As many as 80% of fishermen agree with the regulations applied. The  participations of fishermen on socialization and training were low at 35% and 19%. The management strategies in the supervision of capture fisheries were by establishing and empowering Fisheries Supervisor  and a group of supervisor community (PokMasWas). The strategies to increase the participation of fishermen in socialization and training were by giving awareness of motivation and appreciation in the form  of recognition and assistance.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

The Village

Kedonganan beach is located in the village sub-district of Kedonganan Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali. Kedonganan beach has had a great revolution in the tourism development. Therefore, tourists always come to visit this beach. With a lot of tourists come, make the owner of tourism bussiness in the beach Kedonganan should be able to regulate and maintain the attitude in providing services to tourists. The purpose of this research is to know the approach of seafood culinary tour manager in providing services to the tourists. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, and literature study and the method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is the managers of the 4 selected cafes have different approach in providing services to tourists. The approach are such as service procedures , language learning and environmental cleanliness. From all of the approaches, although there is similar approach but they have different ways for the service provided. With the best services provided to tourists it is certain that Kedonganan beach will not lose tourists and can survive for long periods of time. Keywords : Management, Culinary Tourism, Hospitality

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes and activeness through the application of discovery learning models. This research method uses classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIA-1 MAN 1 East Lombok. The research instrument used observation sheets, documentation, and tests. The data analysis technique of this research is using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle, the percentage of classical completeness of learning outcomes and the average level of activeness of students was 18% and 76%, respectively. Whereas in cycle II, the percentage of classical completeness of learning outcomes and the average level of activeness of students was 76% and 90%, respectively. This proves that, the application of discovery learning learning models can improve the results and learning activeness of class XII MIA-1 MAN 1 East Lombok, especially three dimensional material.

Abstract This study aims to reveal the challenges of teachers in using online learning media and to find solutions that can be taken by teachers. In the current pandemic, teachers are required to be able to master technology, so that teachers can take advantage of various online media in learning. Currently, many PAUD teachers are confused about utilizing technology-based online media. Finally, in a simple way, the teacher gives written assignments through the WhatsApp group for parents to work on by children. This new activity requires teachers to have competence in operating technology to design and use appropriate learning media for children. Teachers are required to quickly adapt to technology so that teachers are able to use various applications to support online learning at. The research method used is a literature study where the data collection technique is through processing and analyzing various sources or references to scientific journals and books whose relevance with the problem to be studied. Data analysis relates problems to theories contained in scientific journals or appropriate books. The results of this study found that in the use of online learning media, there were several challenges for teachers such as the weak competence of teachers in mastering technology, the lack of facilities and infrastructure in utilizing various online learning media and the limited internet network in covering other online learning media. The solution that teachers can take is to conduct various trainings, webinars or workshops.
