This research is aimed to analyze the influence of cooperative learning model
toward the ability of problem solving in Mathematics and students’ ability in
Mathematics communication. This research uses experiment method. Data analysis uses MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variants). Result shows that: there is influence of cooperative learning model to the ability of Mathematics problem solving and the ability of Mathematics communication multivariately. This shows that there is difference between matrices of ability of Mathematics problem solving and Mathematics communication to the given cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) and type TPS (think, pair, share). (2) by univariate, the result shows: (a) there is no difference in the ability of Mathematics problem solving to those
who were given cooperative learning model type STAD and type TPS. This indicates the influence cooperative learning model to the ability of students’ Mathematics problem solving. (b) there is difference in terms of students’ ability of Mathematics communication to who were given cooperative learning model type STAD with type TPS. This shows that there is an influence of cooperative learning model to the ability of Mathematics communication.

Keywords: Problem Solving, Mathematics Communication, Learning Model, STAD, TPS.

This research aims to determine the effect of Think Talk Write (TTW) cooperative learning model towards the ability of mathematics problem solving of grade XI MIA SMA NW Mataram academic year 2019/2020. Type of the research is a quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control design. The population of the research is all students grade XI MIA SMA NW Mataram academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique was saturated sampling tecnique, so the sample obtained that XI MIA 1 as the experimental class and XI MIA 2 as the controlling class. The instrument used was a test of the students learning achievement (post-test) on the sequence and series material. Quantitave analysis obtained by using t-test. The result of this research showed that there is a difference in the average score of students who get learning use the Think Talk Write (TTW) cooperative learning models with students who use direct learning. Meanwhile the effect of Think Talk Write (TTW) cooperative learning model towards the ability of mathematics problem solving of using the effect size with moderate category. This means that the Think Talk Write (TTW) type of cooperative learning models is quite influential on the mathematics problem solving ability of grade XI MIA SMA NW Mataram.

The objective of this research is to study the effects of learning model and performance assessment model on mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus). An experimental research was conducted at Biology education-UNINDRA.They were selected through multistage random sampling technique. Problem solving test has been employed to collect data which was analyzed by means of two way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Research findings concluded that (1) students who learn under the cooperative learning model show higher then classical learning model in mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus), (2) students receiving Lane Holistic’s performance assessment show higher then Polya’s performance assessment on mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus), (3) there are interaction between learning model, performance assessment model, and mathematics problem solving, (4) in the cooperative learning models group, students receiving Lane Holistic’s performance assessment show lower then Polya’s performance assessment on mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus), (5) in the classical learning models group, students receiving Lane Holistic’s performance assessment show higher then Polya’s performance assessment on mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus), (6) students who are taught mathematics with Lane Holistic’s performance assessment, students who learn under the cooperative learning model show lower then classical learning model in mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus),and (7) students who are taught mathematics with Polya’s performance assessment, students who learn under the cooperative learning model show higher then classical learning model in mathematics problem solving (subject of calculus).

The benefit of this research is to analyze the Impacts of Generative Learning Model on Mathematics problem Solving Skills. The method used in this research is experiment through t test. To collect the data about generative learning model, the writer used her idea, scientific books, scientific journals, internet and others documents. The research was conducted on the students of class VII H and VII G at Public SMP in west Cikarang. The sample is about 60 students. Before using generative learning model’s instruments, they was validated and past reability test. After that the writer done normality test through chi kuadrat test and homogeneity test through fisher test. Based on the research, t test ? t table (2.21 ? 1.697). it means there are significant impacts of Generative learning model on Mathematics problem solving. It can be concluded that there are significant impacts of Generative Learning Model on Mathematics problem Solving Skills.
