This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of training on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers Tangerang Selatan-Banten, and to find out the influence of leadership style, training and compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers in South Tangerang-Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were the teachers of the Al Azhar BSD School totaling 110 people and used a saturated sample technique in which all populations were sampled in the study. The results showed that there was a partial influence between the leadership style on the positive teacher performance of tcount 24.209 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between training on the positive teacher performance of t arithmetic 19.767 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between compensation on the positive teacher performance of t count 18.667 at a significance level of 0.000. While there is a simultaneous relationship between leadership style, training and compensation to the positive teacher performance of f count 364.805 with a significance level of 0.000. It can be concluded that the results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously so that all hypotheses are accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru-guru Sekolah Al Azhar BSD yang berjumlah 110 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 24,209 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 19,767 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 18,667 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan hubungan secara simultan terdapat antara gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar f hitung 364,805 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan sehingga semua hipotesis diterima. This study aims to determine the quality of service affect customer satisfaction at Panreng SPBU District Baranti Sidenreng Rappang District and to find out which of the quality of services which include physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy that have a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Panreng SPBU Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The approach of the research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is customers who buy fuel oil at Panreng gas station, which is estimated that there are 250 buyers a day. The sample technique used is Random Sampling using the Slovin formula to produce 71 samples. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0 and Likert Scale. From the results of the study and discussion of the overall value shows that: (1) the quality of service affects customer satisfaction, declared significant / significant with a percentage of 55.1% obtained from the correlation coefficient in the model summary table. (2) the service quality factor which has the highest influence is the responsiveness indicator factor with a percentage of 74% obtained from the results of the questionnaire accumulation.

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence against professionalism and teacher’s performance at SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar.  This research uses 42 people of sample which selected pursuant to of stratified simple random method. Research variable consist of emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence as independent variable, and also professionalism and  teachers’s performance as dependent variable. The method of analysis used validity and reliability test, quantitative descriptive analysis method and PLS. Result of this research, showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on professionalism and the teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Besides that, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. So, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially or simultaneously impact on teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasarand spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on the teacher performance.

Lembah Fitness Centre UGM juga perlu melakukan pengelolaan dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik agar members dapat merasakan kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan members terhadap strategi pemasaran di Lembah Fitness Centre Universitas Gajah Mada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah members Lembah Fitness Centre UGM yang aktif mengikuti latihan beban sebanyak 240 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode nonprobability sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, sebanyak 120 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Angket tersebut diujicobakan terhadap 40 members  Lembah Fitness Centre UGM. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan dari 48 butir pernyataan gugur 3 butir, sahih 45 butir. Teknik untuk mengukur validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson dengan taraf signifikasi 5 % atau a = 0,05. Butir pernyataan dikatakan valid apabila nilai korelasi dari product moment (rxy) lebih besar dari r-tabel. Nilai koefisien alpha (rtt) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,912 dengan status reliabel. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat kepuasan members masuk ke dalam kategori memuaskan dengan pencapaian persentase 60,8 %. Secara rinci, tingkat kepuasan members terhadap strategi pemasaran di Lembah Fitness Centre UGM dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) Price atau harga masuk kedalam kategori sangat memuaskan dengan persentase 60 %, (2) Promotion atau promosi masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase 55 %, (3) Place atau tempat masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase 49,2 %, (4) Product atau produk/jasa masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase sebesar 55,8 %.  MEMBERS SATISFACTION LEVEL TOWARD MARKETING STRATEGY IN LEMBAH FITNESS CENTER UNIVERSITAS NEGERI GAJAH MADA AbstractFitness center companies must manage fitness club well. In process, club must be applied  marketing strategy, same as Lembah Fitness Center UGM where need to be manage and use marketing streategy so that members satisfied with their services. This study aims to know about level of satisfaction members toward marketing strategy in Lembah Fitness center Universitas Negeri Gajah Mada. Participants in this study are members of Lembah Fitness Center UGM that enganged actively in resistance training for almost 240 people. Sampling technique using nonprobability method include accidental sampling method, 120 people. Questionnaire used as instrument in this study. This questionnaire being trial into 40 members, then the result showed only 45 questions from 48 which have validity based on product moment correlation technique (Karl Pearson) with significance level a = 0,05. Validity of each question attained if its have correlation value from product moment (rxy)  more than r-tabel. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis with precentage. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction members toward marketing strategy at the UGM Fitness Center resulted in satisfactory category with a percentage of 60.8%. In detail, the level of satisfaction of members of the marketing strategy at the Lembah Fitness Center UGM is through the following factors: (1) Price belong to very satisfying category with a percentage of 60%, (2) Promotion percentage reach 55 %, (3) Place percentage is 49.2%, and (4) Product achieve 55.8%.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the competence and discipline on teacher performance at the State Junior High School 2 Siantar, both simultaneously and partially. This study was conducted by using literature review and field research. The population used by the authors in this study were 39 teachers of the State Junior High School 2 Siantar. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data. This study used primary and secondary data sources. The data collection was carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows (1) there was a positive effect of competence and discipline on teacher performance; (2) there was a high correlation between competence and discipline on teacher performance; (3) the results of the study was competence and discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both simultaneously and partially.

Management of learning devices is an important factor supporting the success of physical education teachers in teaching, many previous studies have revealed this but there are still many limitations, especially in the discussion of teacher motivation and performance has an influence on the management of learning tools. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance and motivation of physical education teachers on the management of learning devices. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, using survey methods. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. The population in this study were sports and health physical education teachers at State and Private Vocational Schools in Sleman Regency. The study sample was 66 teachers. The research data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages. The results showed that F shows F count of 40.307 greater than F table at a significance level of 5% of 3.1428 (40.307>3.1428), this indicates that teacher performance (X1) and teacher motivation (X2) are jointly the same contributes significantly to the learning device management variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, to determine the effect of the supervision model on employee work performance at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, and to determine the factors that influence supervision at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital.The research method approach that will be used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were medical employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital wich consisted of 176 employees. The sample technique used is Purposive Sampling using the Slovin formula to produce 64 samples. Data collection techniques performed in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0 and Likert Scale. The results showed that the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital was in the rare category with a percentage of 53.95%, the influence of the supervisory model on the work performance of employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital with a percentage of 55% influence, the factors affecting influencing supervision in Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital is in the rare category with a percentage of 51,36%.

This research aims is to understand influence of leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention. There are three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment as the independent variables and turnover intention as dependent variable. The object of this research is employer who works at PT NP international located in Jakarta. This research was done to 35 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and saturated sample technique. Thus, data analysis is conducted by using multiple linier regression and is processing by using SPSS program version 23. The results of this research shows that leadership style and organizational commitment have a negative and significance influence towards turnover intention, and compensation has a positive and significance influence towards turnover intention

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the socio-economic characteristics of tempe chip business in Serdang Jaya Village, Betara District and the effect of production, production costs and labor use on the income of tempe chip business in Serdang Jaya Village, Betara District. The data used in this study are secondary data. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed the effect of production (PRO), production costs (BP) and the use of labor (PTK) together or partially had an influence on the income of tempe chip entrepreneurs in Serdang Jaya Village (Y) at a significance level of 5%.

The influence of the leadership style of the directive, the development of a career, and motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency, (guided by Muhlis Ruslan and Frank Remmang). This research aims to analyze and test menginterpertasi; 1.) the influence of the leadership style of the directive against the performance of employees; 2) influence the development of career employees on performance; 3) influence motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency. The design in this study using the method of quantitative research using survey method. The number of samples in the study 73 people. Penelitin uses a quantitative descriptive analysis techniques were analyzed with the help of SPSS software 24. The conclusions from the results of this study are: 1) the leadership style of direktris positive effect and significance on performance clerk; 2) positive and influential career development significance against the performance of employees; 3) positive and influential significance of motivation against the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Regency Polewali Mandar.
