The rise of digital technologies and their educational applications increasingly require the development of digital skills among university faculty. This study focuses on examining the level of digital competencies of university faculty and identifying their conditioning factors. To achieve this objective, an ex post facto methodological design with surveys is used. A sample of 216 university teachers from different regions of Ecuador was used. The non-parametric Chi-square test was used to validate the hypothesis of independence of the variables. The results obtained show that university faculty have a mostly intermediate level of digital skills, which is independent of gender, but dependent on the generational cohort. In particular, it is found that younger teachers (millennials) have a more advanced level of digital skills, although this relationship is not very strong. On the other hand, we observe the positive influence of the university’s strategic leadership in terms of technological adoption on the development of teachers’ digital skills. Universities with better technological resources and with training plans focused on the pedagogical application of technology have teachers with a more advanced level of digital skills. All of this leads to the recommendation that education policies should prioritise actions that promote the development of digital competencies among university faculty

There is evidence on the need to include physical exercise as a treatment for diseases. A large number of professionals are involved in this, but it is not known how physical exercise is prescribed and which professionals are involved. This research has two objectives: (a) to find out the current practices in Spain regarding the prescription of physical exercise in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and (b) to analyse the perception that different health and physical activity professionals have of their knowledge to prescribe of physical exercise in the treatment of CKD. This is an empirical research with an ex post facto retrospective analysis of the information in a descriptive and correlational way. A total of 692 health and sports professionals participated. A questionnaire validated by a committee of experts was administered. Descriptive analyses were carried out and the differences in the study variables were analysed using Chi-square tests and one-factor Analysis of Variance. From the results obtained, we conclude there is a need to develop specific training programmes in the field of physical exercise for health professionals, as well as the establishment of multiprofessional teams for the prescription of physical exercise in CKD treatment, including physical exercise professionals (Cafyde).

This research is about the Effect of Working Capital Turnover on Operating Profit at PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk for a period of 6 years, so the samples were taken in the form of financial statement data from 2014 - 2019 using financial report data on the Company's Working Capital Turnover and Operating Profit. In this study the researchers used the theory of Sarwono (2005: 95), this research aims to determine the significant and positive influence between Working Capital Turnover and Operating Profit at PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk.The method used in this research is ex post facto by taking secondary data from PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk period 2014 - 2019 and the analysis of the influence using regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study show a correlation value (r) of 0.543 or 29.48%, this means that the influence of Working Capital Turnover on operating income is quite strong and the nature of the relationship is positive, meaning that if the value of Working Capital Turnover increases, resulting in operating profit will increase. The regression equation for Working Capital Turnover towards Operating Profit is if the working capital turnover is 0 X (times), - the magnitude of the Company's operating profit. 55.969%, which means that if the working capital turnover is 0 X (times / no turnover), - the operating profit at the company is 55.969%%, and the regression coefficient x is 15.185% indicating that each increase in Working Capital 1X (times), it will increase the Company's operating profit by 55.969%, - (due to a positive sign).

This study aims to determine the working capital turnover of PT Gudang Garam, the development of the company's performance at PT Gudang Garam, and to determine the effect of working capital turnover on the company's performance at PT Gudang Garam, Tbk. The research method used is the ex-post facto method. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from financial and non-financial reports from PT Gudang Garam. To test the hypothesis, simple regression was used. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a positive influence between working capital turnover at PT Gudang Garam. The level of closeness of the relationship (correlation) of the two variables is quite strong, namely r = 0.752 with a correlation coefficient value of r > 0. The level of influence achieved is 56.55%, and the remaining 43.45% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, by testing the hypothesis by using the t-test, the t-count value = 5.947 and the t-table value = 0.997. Based on the t-count value, the T-count value is greater than T-table H0 is in the rejection area. The results of simple linear regression analysis that every 1X (times) increase in working capital turnover, the company's performance will increase by 7.462%.

This work is an analysis of the alignment between schools associated with an Indiana Assistant Principal of the Year, as selected by the Indiana Association of School Principals, and increases in academic performance of those schools on state mandated “high stakes” academic tests.  The focus was on school improvement using annual school report card data. Using a design looking for association and a Chi Square analysis, a significant positive correlation was identified.  The results shed some light on the potential excellent practices of assistant-principals and student academic achievement gains.  Although a positive correlation was found, the results can only give ideas for leadership consideration.  They are not considered predictive because of the ex-post facto nature of the data allowing for no manipulation of variables.
