This paper deals with a new subclass of univalent function associated with the right half of the lemniscate of Bernoulli. We have find the upper bound of the Hankel determinant H3(1) for this subclass by applying the Carlson–Shaffer operator to it. The present work also deals with certain properties of this newly defined subclass, such as the upper bound of the Hankel determinant of order 3, the co-efficient estimate, etc.

In this paper, a new subclass of analytic functions ML_{\lambda}^{*}  associated with the right half of the lemniscate of Bernoulli is introduced. The sharp upper bound for the Fekete-Szego functional |a_{3}-\mu a_{2}^{2}|  for both real and complex \mu are considered. Further, the sharp upper bound to the second Hankel determinant |H_{2}(1)| for the function f in the class ML_{\lambda}^{*} using Toeplitz determinant is studied. Relevances of the main results are also briefly indicated.

In this paper, our aim is to define a new subclass of close-to-convex functions in the open unit disk U that are related with the right half of the lemniscate of Bernoulli. For this function class, we obtain the upper bound of the third Hankel determinant. Various other related results are also considered.

In this work, we obtain an upper bound estimate for the second Hankel determinant of a subclass [Formula: see text] of analytic bi-univalent function class [Formula: see text] which is associated with Chebyshev polynomials in the open unit disk.

The authors in \cite{mam1} have recently introduced a new generalised derivatives operator $ \mu_{\lambda _1 ,\lambda _2 }^{n,m},$ which generalised many well-known operators studied earlier by many different authors. By making use of the generalised derivative operator $\mu_{\lambda_1 ,\lambda _2 }^{n,m}$, the authors derive the class of function denoted by $ \mathcal{H}_{\lambda _1 ,\lambda _2 }^{n,m}$, which contain normalised analytic univalent functions $f$ defined on the open unit disc $U=\left\{{z\,\in\mathbb{C}:\,\left| z \right|\,<\,1} \right\}$ and satisfy \begin{equation*}{\mathop{\rm Re}\nolimits} \left( {\mu _{\lambda _1 ,\lambda _2 }^{n,m} f(z)} \right)^\prime > 0,\,\,\,\,\,\,\,\,\,(z \in U).\end{equation*}This paper focuses on attaining sharp upper bound for the functional $\left| {a_2 a_4 - a_3^2 } \right|$ for functions $f(z)=z+ \sum\limits_{k = 2}^\infty {a_k \,z^k }$ belonging to the class $\mathcal{H}_{\lambda _1 ,\lambda _2 }^{n,m}$.

In this paper we study the class C0(α) (α ∈ (1, 2]) - the class of the so-called concave univalent functions. The main aim is to obtain an upper bound to the third Hankel determinant for concave univalent functions.

A starlike univalent function [Formula: see text] is characterized by [Formula: see text]; several subclasses of starlike functions were studied in the past by restricting [Formula: see text] to take values in a region [Formula: see text] on the right-half plane, or, equivalently, by requiring [Formula: see text] to be subordinate to the corresponding mapping of the unit disk [Formula: see text] to the region [Formula: see text]. The mappings [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], defined by [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] map the unit disk [Formula: see text] to certain nice regions in the right-half plane. For normalized analytic functions [Formula: see text] with [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are subordinate to the function [Formula: see text] for some analytic functions [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text], we determine the sharp radius for them to belong to various subclasses of starlike functions.

The main purpose of this paper is to obtain an upper bound for the second Hankel determinant for functions belonging to a subclass of bi-univalent functions in the open unit disk in the complex plane. Furthermore, the presented results in this work improve or generalize the recent works of other authors.

In this present investigation, we first give a survey of the work done so far in this area of Hankel determinant for univalent functions. Then the upper bounds of the second Hankel determinant|a2a4−a32|for functions belonging to the subclassesS(α,β),K(α,β),Ss∗(α,β), andKs(α,β)of analytic functions are studied. Some of the results, presented in this paper, would extend the corresponding results of earlier authors.
