The article analyzes the modernization processes in the modern education system of Ukraine, primarily in the formation of its pedagogical potential. The expediency of using in this sphere the achievements of foreign states in which Ukrainians live is substantiated. It has been proved that the most significant experience in training pedagogical staff for the Ukrainian schooling system in the diaspora has been developed in Canada. It is carried out by universities and university colleges. It is established that their educational and professional programs include academic courses, professional courses, and practical activities at school (educational practice). The task of these courses is to provide future teachers with knowledge of the subjects they will teach at school. The curricula include mandatory fundamental disciplines (development of children/adolescents, education of children with special needs, methods of teaching different subjects, theory of learning, etc.) and optional courses of professional direction offered by universities. The peculiarities of training teachers of Ukrainian disciplines in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Toronto universities and the organization of their further professional growth by public institutions of Canadian Ukrainians are analyzed. It was established that Ukrainian studies in Canadian universities have a degree structure of training specialists and cover three levels: Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. However, different universities have different Ukrainian language training programs and, accordingly, their graduates have various opportunities for further employment. It was found that postgraduate education and professional growth of Ukrainian school teachers are provided by public organizations of foreign Ukrainians (World Coordinating Educational Council, Congress of Ukrainians of Canada, School Councils, etc.). They organize summer teacher training courses, seminars, webinars, online training, etc. The ideas of foreign experience, which it is advisable to creatively implement in the activities of institutions of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine, are distinguished.

The article actualizes the problem of training teachers of higher educational institutions of non-pedagogical profile. The authors substantiate the role and significance of the psychological and pedagogical component in the structure of their personality as an important condition for improving the quality of the educational process. The main idea implemented in this work: the transition of higher education in Kazakhstan from an informative system of education to a problem-based, creatively developing system without serious psychological and pedagogical training of higher education teachers, without mastering the mechanisms of personal and professional growth is impossible. As a result of the analysis of foreign experience and literature sources, the authors conclude that it is necessary to strengthen the psychological and pedagogical training of teachers of Kazakhstan higher school of non-pedagogical profile through updating the content of advanced training courses for University teachers, modernization of educational programs of postgraduate education. In this context, the authors consider the introduction of an additional specialty "higher education Teacher", an assistant to a University teacher, to be a promising direction.

The chances of success of the internship in early childhood education, which takes place in the third degree, are very high. However, there may be circumstances that may befall the teacher-training student, which in a way turn the formative experience into a pretext for personal and professional growth. In order to know and understand its practice, we use narrative methodology. It is the most suitable way we have found to share his voice, giving him epistemological authority and being a pretext to improve from his experience. Her words lead us to understand that she wants to be a teacher, and that she learns in any situation, even though her tutor is in a context and with a very particular reality. The conclusion is in continuous construction as the student has learned, disapproved and reappeared with the practice; from being a student of practice to becoming one in practice.

The Cambridge Guide to Blended Learning for Language Teaching makes the case that it is pedagogy, rather than technology, that should underpin the design of blended learning programmes. The book is organised into five sections: Connecting Theories and Blended Learning; Implications for Teaching; Rethinking Learner Interaction; Case Studies; The Future of Blended Learning. With its research-informed and practitioner-focused approach, this book is ideal for language teachers and language centre managers looking to broaden their understanding of pedagogy and blended learning. It will also be of interest to anyone working on blended learning course design or delivering teacher training courses.
