The long-term observations of leading endocrinologists, cardiologists, and gastroenterologists all over the world have shown that the quality of medical care and the level of the patient’s knowledge about alimentary-dependent diseases significantly affect their course and prognosis. As a part of the classes at the Children’s Health School, the interns of the 1st and 2nd years of study give interactive classes for the child patients and their parents on the prevention of diseases and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, namely nutrition, physical activity, psychological health, work and rest regimes, personal hygiene, etc. Taking into account the conducted classes, such training can be argued to be useful and necessary both for children for the purpose of obtaining new educational knowledge and for interns in order to learn and develop communicative skills.

The majority of us in pediatrics are primary care pediatricians who take care of children and young families on a day-to-day basis. All of us are proud that over the past decades we have managed to keep more and more children out of hospitals, that we have reduced infant mortality to an all-time low, and that we have managed to contribute in a very positive and meaningful way to the lives of the patients and parents we serve, as witnessed by the affection and esteem in which we are held by the individual families in our practices. They manifest their belief that we are the best equipped of all professionals to handle most of their children's health and psychosocial problems by the fact that 83% of reimbursements for care in pediatricians' offices are paid for "out of pocket" by young and generally nonaffluent families.1

Today's physicians must deal with a public that is both informed and misinformed on children's health care. Adult school and college courses, magazine articles, film and television documentaries, and a host of books offer parents readily available information on pediatric health care, but some of these sources are inaccurate or biased, or both. Erroneous information is also disseminated by a variety of nonmedical practitioners and special-interest groups. They publicize their theories and methods by using authoritative-sounding statements and impressive, if meaningless, letters after their names. The profession of pediatrics is faced with the challenge of being the single most important source that parents can turn to for accurate information concerning their children's health. The challenge extends beyond that goal: pediatricians must also be willing to utilize educational methods and materials with which they may currently have little or no familiarity. Some of these techniques and tools will be presented in the following papers. As a first step in achieving these goals, pediatricians must recognize that patient education is a critical function of their practices. Next, they must become sufficiently motivated to act on this recognition of responsibility for patient education. Pediatricians must learn what patients need to know, what the best and most practical methods are to deliver that information, and what types of materials are available or need to be developed to assist in the educational process. Practices should be structured so as to enable sustained patient education while allowing for future innovations in either methods or materials. The goal of this conference is to strengthen individual patient education efforts and to convince pediatricians and the American Academy of Pediatrics that an organized, chapter-centered program should be established.

In-depth study of criterial characteristics of the level of subjective control, establishment of the leading tendencies of their changes in the dynamics of the time of training, the implementation of clearly defined features of the organization of the educational process of comparative evaluation of the tendencies of the changes, depending on the type of institution of education, how to determine the individual features of the location of the locus of subjective control in accordance with the nature of the course of situations caused by the influence of educationally significant factors, and to predict the changes in the stereotype of educationally-determined actions that will take place in the future. The purpose of the work is to carry out a comprehensive physiological and hygienic assessment of the indicators of the level of subjective control of the personality of pupils and students of modern educational institutions of different types. The research, which included the definition of indicators of the level of subjective control of pupil and student youth (300 pupils and students), based on the use of the personal questionnaire of Rotter, was conducted on the basis of five educational institutions in Ivano-Frankivsk. The prognostic evaluation of the data obtained involves the use of descriptive statistics procedures using the licensed standardized application package of multivariate statistical analysis “Statistica 6.1 for Windows” (license number ВXXR901E245722FA). The results of the conducted research testify to the significant advantage among pupils and students of modern educational institutions of various types of external manifestations in the personal sphere. In assessing the indicators of the level of subjective control of the identity of pupils and students of educational institutions of various types, it should be noted their extremely stable character, with the lowest degree of expression was inherent in indicators of the level of subjective control over the characteristics of the general internality, as well as in the field of educational relations and in sectors of failures. In most cases were no gender-related differences (p(t)b-g>0.05) and statistically significant differences between representatives of individual educational institutions (p(t)>0.05). It should also be noted that during the entire observation period, significantly higher values of the level of subjective control in the field of failures was in young men in all educational institutions that were subject to study were noted. The given data should be further considered as diagnostic (development of methods for the integrated assessment of the state of adaptive resources of the body of boys and girls), as well as in the preventive (introduction of effective health-saving technologies and measures of psychophysiological effects on the body and psycho-hygienic correction of existing changes in the functional state of the organism) sense.

The article considers the preconditions that contributed to the development of leisure activities for children with special educational needs in out-of-school educational institutions. The preconditions include: the formation in the public consciousness of the view on the importance of leisure as a sphere of self-realization of the individual; availability of a global international educational policy on positive and constructive approaches to the education of children with special educational needs; availability of historical experience in the development of models for providing education to such children in out-of-school education institutions; the presence of a community of democracies formed in the public consciousness regarding the humanistic paradigm of inclusive education; the influence of the national pedagogical heritage and the existence of an extensive network of out-of-school educational institutions at the time of Ukraine's independence. The inclusive model is defined as bringing together all participants in the educational process, including the gifted, the disabled, the socially maladapted, children from vulnerable places, children from poverty and destitution, children from national minorities and children from immigrants. It is proved that the inclusive paradigm is not aimed at adapting the individual to social, social, economic relations, but on the contrary to the restructuring of the entire system of mass education to meet the educational needs of children with special educational needs. This innovative approach promotes the development of leisure activities for children with special educational needs in out-of-school education institutions. The author's definition of the term "inclusive extracurricular education" is considered as an innovative paradigm of educational relations, which focuses on humane treatment of children with special educational needs, excludes any discrimination aimed at social inclusion of children in extracurricular educational space and their social communication.

Structural-logical and analytical methods were used, based on our own 20-year research and research by other authors, WHO, and CDC recommendations. The results of our research before and during the quarantine have been presented. Results. During the introduction of quarantine measures, the health of a schoolchild is formed under the influence of a complex of factors, among which a significant place is occupied by controlled ones: properly organized learning process, daily routine, including diet and drinking regime, ensuring sufficient physical activity and night rest. To ensure the optimal course of adaptation of children in conditions of social isolation, it is also necessary to take into account the individual characteristics of children, the peculiarities of the circadian rhythm of schoolchildren of different age groups, their physical and mental development. Conclusions. Maintaining and strengthening the health of children in quarantine depends on the individual characteristics of development and health of the child, the optimal organization of distance learning, ensuring sufficient duration of physical activity, sleep, screen time, optimization of nutrition, and water consumption schedule. The main condition as well as the constituent element of a person interest of a modern human is the health because a part absence of health is a hindrance for realization of dreams of a person. A question of a person’s health namely young person has the important meaning. The medical and biological or hygiene factors are important as well as we change our relation to our health. It is proved that a person’s health is the whole systematic phenomenon; nature of this phenomenon is conditioned both natural external factors and internal factors which determine psycological relation of person to himself or to herself as well as to environment where this person realizes own life. The advantage of forming adequate relation to a student’s health is determined that fact that it is the one of the most important factors ar creating healthy generation. The National Directive of education development of Ukraine determines “…learning person of responsible relation to own health and health of other persons as the highest social and individual value”. It is possible to change a relation of student to own health when understanding this student the values as well as priorities of saving physical and psychological health with the help of education. The use of free time is especially problematic for many students. Free time attracts students by irregularities, independent choice of different occupations, the opportunity to combine different activities: entertainment, creative. However, the powerful pedagogical potential of free time for a significant number of students remains unconscious, unrealized. Free time is perceived as a time of entertainment.  Young people perceive, and therefore choose, different activities for recreation, depending on the type of needs of recreational facilities, which determine the form of leisure. All these classes indicate the achieved level of culture of individual leisure. Culture of leisure is, first of all, the inner culture of a person, which presupposes the presence of certain personal qualities that allow to spend free time meaningfully and usefully. Mental abilities, character, organization, need, interest, skills, tastes, life purpose, desire - all this is a personal, individual-subjective aspect of leisure culture. There is a direct relationship between a person's spiritual wealth and the content of his leisure time. At the same time, the culture of spending free time is the result of the efforts of the individual himself, his desire to turn leisure into a means, to acquire not only new impressions, but also knowledge, skills, abilities. The knowledge and skills that students acquire in their free time are implemented in the educational, scientific and social activities of the institution where they study. A higher pedagogical educational institution is a special educational institution because it trains teachers who will nurture the nation, the population of the country. Remember that a student has the right to his  her personal free time. Therefore, the requirement to train a teacher who is aware of his responsibility to the child's personality and is ready to help him in self-determination, self-development and self-realization increases. Thus, the formation of the personality of the student, the future specialist, is a continuous process. It contains both the learning process and leisure time. It should be borne in mind that in the first place, together with a set of professional knowledge - a set of professional abilities of the individual, as well as the level of development of the general culture of the future specialist. Therefore, in higher pedagogical educational institutions to obtain positive results of the educational process it is necessary to create certain conditions for the organization of leisure activities of students. That’s why the social bringing up is the important element on various levels of social life. The social bringing up can effectively form for young generation mental values and ideals as well as individual vision of a world together with behavioral stereotypes and certain actions.
