The article is dedicated to the theoretical study of the process of convergence and integration of the digital and predigital environments. The general and distinctive features of the following concepts: “information society”, “information environment”, “digital environment” in terms of influence on an individual and on a social group are presented. Based on psychological research in various areas, the authors present a classification of stages where the convergence of the digital and pre-digital environment takes place. The concept of “interference” and its application in psychology and the related disciplines is revealed; the authors’ understanding of interference to describe the area of merging and integration of the digital and pre-digital environments is showcased. The results of the research can be of significance in the study of digital environments in both theoretical and empirical research, explaining the digital transformation of the subject.

The article is dedicated to the theoretical study of the process of convergence, integration of two types of activity – playing and working in the information society. The author's classification of the stages of research of playing as a philosophical, psychological and social phenomenon is proposed. There are three stages in the development of research of playing starting from the research of Immanuel Kant and Johann Christoph Friedrich Schiller to modern-day authors. Based on the analysis of modern authors’ study, it is shown that functions of working are increasingly filled with playing methods, and vice versa playing partially acquires the characteristics of work behaviour. The transformation of the main functions of playing in the conditions of the information society is also shown; i.e., the information environment acts as a factor of change. The results of the study can be used in the study of digital environments, in theoretical and empirical studies, to explain the transformation of work behaviour of a subject, as well as in the practice of various pieces of training in the field of human resource management.

This discussion focuses on the idea of an information society studied in view of economic aspects. The subject matter of inquiry is a strategic sector decisive for the situation of economy, society and the state: the so-called information sector in the economy. Its importance and intrinsic value are discussed. Studies on economics of the information sector are brought to light as well as relationships with other disciplines, including economics of information (information systems) and information ecology. Based on the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD), the methodology of classification and categorization of the information sector is developed and used to evaluate its development and, indirectly, the development of the information society in Poland. Research is based on available statistics on the number of employed persons and employment in 1997-2006. It is evidenced that the information sector dominates in Poland today (in the four-sector model of the economy) and the trend of its regular growth is observed.

We can already say with certainty, that the basis for the development of modern electric power industry will soon be intellectual, digital transformation of production assets, which in itself opens a new approach to the problem of increasing operational efficiency and labor productivity. The main difficulty in this way is, that the existing research of digital technologies do not take into account the applied aspects of the implementation of its products according to the industry specifics and business goals of companies – market entities. In this paper, the analysis and classification of commercial IT products have been made by subject groups of solutions, that meet the needs of specific target areas of activity of electric power companies. The conceptual description of the subject groups of digital solutions on the basis of known examples and practices of their application has been adduced.

The rapid development of digital technologies and their mass application in all areas has a significant impact on the forms of the socio-political activism of young people, as well as on the formation of young people's civic and political stances. Currently, the classical institutions of civic participation are being transformed under the influence of the digital environment, which leads to the emergence of new formations, which cover increasingly broad cohorts, have specific functioning features and tools. In the study, the author considers various approaches to work and forms of socio-political activism in the modern digital environment, identifies signs of the classification of the digital institutions of civic participation, as well as the subjects of the socio-political activism of youth in information society. Diary literature was of interest to Ukrainian literary critics and literary critics from other countries in different years, but still most scientific studies occur in the mid-20th century. In Ukraine, the diary has been on the side-lines of the literary process for the past two decades. And only the turning points of historical events – the Revolution of Dignity and the Russian-Ukrainian war in eastern Ukraine – returned the genre to active public circulation: without exception, all the diaries of 2014-2020 were created during the crisis period, social upheavals. The relevance of the subject is explained by the need to use the latest practices to comprehend modern Ukrainian literature and, in particular, the diary genre as one of the components of modern military prose. The purpose of the study was to perform a thorough analysis of army diaries published during 2014-2020, study their genre nature, determine their distinctive features and create their general classification. Among the main methods for processing diary texts were historical-biographical, comparative historical, comparative, structural-narratological, interdisciplinary, as well as elements of hermeneutical, intertextual methods, text and discourse analysis, etc. The study presented a thorough analysis and suggested a new classification of the modern diary genre.

The article considers topical issues of definition and qualification of premeditated murder. Intentional homicide has been shown to be distinguished from related and externally similar events, such as suicide and accident. This issue is especially relevant given the fact that a person who committed premeditated murder may knowingly seek to create an environment for incorrect classification of the act. Therefore, it is not possible and not necessary to draw unambiguous conclusions about the legal qualification of such an event solely due to objective circumstances, despite the sometimes obvious nature of the event. The author identified a number of common and distinctive features that should be taken into account by law enforcement agencies during the qualification of an event involving a violent death. An example is the presence and clarity of the reasons for which a person may have committed a probable suicide. However, it is stated that a person's subjective attitude to the act and external signs should be considered only in conjunction with other circumstances. The author also considers certain features of the object, subject, objective and subjective side of premeditated murder, which will be key in resolving the issue of qualification. It was found that the essential features of premeditated murder are its illegality and the intention to take the life of another person, is only in the presence of both of these factors can a legal fact be interpreted as premeditated murder. There are certain signs of an accident that distinguish such an event from premeditated murder. The key is the absence of any form of guilt on the part of the perpetrator. The author also identified a number of features in the presence of which the qualification of the act as premeditated murder should be excluded, for example, the case when the subject of the act and the victim are one and the same person.

Organisational emergence is of key interest in organisational theory. Most of the present studies, however, analyse the emergence of changes in already existing phenomena such as, for example, how strategies or organisational routines are subject to change. In contrast, previous research in organisational theory has rarely addressed organisational emergence in essence (i.e., from scratch) and might benefit from looking beyond the confines of one’s own discipline. To address this void, we draw on the case of digital emergent self-organised organisations as an exemplary form thereof. Emerging organisations in digital environments appear to be created much more spontaneously, and multiple processes occur simultaneously. So, probing into a digital environment allows us to get a fresh perspective on organisational emergence and to advance previous theorising by incorporating notions from the fields of leadership and entrepreneurship.
