The authors of the article consider the issue of how future teachers of Computer Science and Mathematics are going to perceive the terminology of the digital world. The authors note that the terminological system “digital” arises as a result of digitalisation of all spheres of human activity. The results of the classification of digital terminology into thematic groups on the basis of decoding their lexical and semantic meaning are presented. The authors consider the issue of the most productive understanding of digital terminology based on the allocation of thematic groups "Space", "Time". “Form and Matter”, “Consumption”, “Technological Transformations”, “Human in the Digital World”. The authors review scientific works from different fields of science, they select phrases with the adjective “digital”. The authors create assignments to identify understanding of digital terminology. The authors determine special attention to the most accessible and complicated understanding of the lexical meaning of the thematic group, they compare the volumes of thematic groups. The novelty of the research lies in the definition of the lexical and semantic group of digital terminology. Topicality of the research lies in the need to expand the vocabulary of a teacher of Computer Science and Mathematics of digital terminology, to build a digital terminology system. The authors prove that the most capacious thematic group is the group “People in the Digital World”. The authors conclude that an assessment of the current level of mastering digital terminology by a Computer Science and Mathematics teacher is to reveal problems in the lexical interpretation of new words in schoolchildren.

The article raises the problem of classification of the concepts of computer science and informatics studied at secondary school. The efficiency of creation of techniques of training of pupils in these concepts depends on its solution. The author proposes to consider classifications of the concepts of school informatics from four positions: on the cross-subject basis, the content lines of the educational subject "Informatics", the logical and structural interrelations and interactions of the studied concepts, the etymology of foreign-language and translated words in the definition of the concepts of informatics. As a result of the first classification general and special concepts are allocated; the second classification — inter-content and intra-content concepts; the third classification — stable (steady), expanding, key and auxiliary concepts; the fourth classification — concepts-nouns, conceptsverbs, concepts-adjectives and concepts — combinations of parts of speech.

This article reviews the research of scientists on general information and intellectual competence and gives a definition of information and intellectual competence. The possibility of digitization of education for the formation of information and intellectual competence of future teachers of computer science was studied. The structure of the information and intellectual competence of the future teacher of computer science is theoretically substantiated and formulated. The information and intellectual competencies of students were determined by the criteria of knowledge, skills and potential and presented in tabular form. The sample questions to determine the information and intellectual competence of students are based on knowledge mobility, method flexibility and critical thinking. To perform the situational task, we divided the level of performance of students into informational, improvisational, heuristic, considered laboratory work at the information level, independent work of the student with the teacher at the improvisational level and independent work of the student at the heuristic level. A generalized algorithm for the formation of information and intellectual competencies of students in the context of digitalization of education has been developed.

Mathematical induction is a fundamental tool in computer science and mathematics. Henkin [12] initiated the study of formalization of mathematical induction restricted to the setting when the base case B is set to singleton set containing 0 and a unary generating function S. The usage of mathematical induction often involves wider set of base cases and k−ary generating functions with different structural restrictions. While subsequent studies have shown several Induction Models to be equivalent, there does not exist precise logical characterization of reduction and equivalence among different Induction Models. In this paper, we generalize the definition of Induction Model and demonstrate existence and construction of S for given B and vice versa. We then provide a formal characterization of the reduction among different Induction Models that can allow proofs in one Induction Models to be expressed as proofs in another Induction Models. The notion of reduction allows us to capture equivalence among Induction Models.

The problem became topical due to the reorientation of education to the new goals of shaping the skills of 21 century among students. The authors present one of solutions for these problems, the special training of future teachers in the walls of the institution of higher education to apply research methods in school education. The paper outlines proposals for improving the content of methodical training of teachers. The theory of teaching methods acquires further development, in particular, concept definition of research methods course and classification of research methods are generalized and refined. The methods and techniques of forming a rough basis of research activities among students while using computer-based training application «Showing_Evidence» are analyzed by example of solution of professionally directed task.

The article is devoted to the study of the development of interdisciplinary integration on the example of the disciplines «Computer Science» and «Mathematics» in training future engineers in the digitization era. It is considered the trends and directions for development of engineering education at the world level, among which a special role is given to the CDIO approach for implementing interdisciplinary training of future engineering personnel on the base of student-centered learning. It is revealed that information and mathematical modeling is the system-forming factor in the integration of knowledge in Computer Science and Mathematics. It is proposed a classification of IMM on the basis of which it is possible to create integrated educational and practical tasks with interdisciplinary content. In the experimental part of the research methods of questionnaire, survey, experiment are involved. In order to realize mutual integration of information and mathematical training the authors developed the scheme of implementation of the models in independent work of students throughout the entire training at ecosystem of technical university. It is defined student-centered learning technology and it is formulated the methodological recommendations for its implementation of the processes of mutual integration of the disciplines in the process of its teaching to students of engineering specialties of universities

Abstract:In 1987, the American Rheumatism Association issued a set of criteria for the classification of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) to provide a uniform definition of RA patients. Fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic were used to transform this set of criteria into a diagnostic tool that offers diagnoses at different levels of confidence: a definite level, which was consistent with the original criteria definition, as well as several possible and superdefinite levels. Two fuzzy models and a reference model which provided results at a definite level only were applied to 292 clinical cases from a hospital for rheumatic diseases. At the definite level, all models yielded a sensitivity rate of 72.6% and a specificity rate of 87.0%. Sensitivity and specificity rates at the possible levels ranged from 73.3% to 85.6% and from 83.6% to 87.0%. At the superdefinite levels, sensitivity rates ranged from 39.0% to 63.7% and specificity rates from 90.4% to 95.2%. Fuzzy techniques were helpful to add flexibility to preexisting diagnostic criteria in order to obtain diagnoses at the desired level of confidence.

Subject. This article deals with the issues of determining the market value of the trading business, taking into account a number of characteristics. Objectives. The article aims to develop certain provisions of the methodology and practice of evaluating the business of trading organizations, namely, taking into account the additional risk of inventory feasibility when calculating the discount rate. Methods. For the study, we used a systems approach, and the cognition, and economic and analytical research methods. Results. The article presents a three-tiered classification of stocks and a definition of risk based on the criteria for dividing stocks by purpose, degree of implementation, and shelf life in accordance with the scale. Based on the classification, the article offers certain recommendations for determining the discount rate when evaluating trading organizations, aimed at taking into account additional risk. Conclusions. Various evaluation procedures within the framework of traditional approaches and methods in relation to trading organizations do not take into account risk specific to this type of economic activity. The proposed methodology for calculating the discount rate for trade organizations takes into account the features of their functioning.

The concept of failed state came to the fore with the end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR and the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Political violence is central in these discussions on the definition of the concept or the determination of its dimensions (indicators). Specifically, the level of political violence, the type of political violence and intensity of political violence has been broached in the literature. An effective classification of political violence can lead us to a better understanding of state failure phenomenon. By using Tilly’s classification of collective violence which is based on extent of coordination among violent actors and salience of short-run damage, the role played by political violence in state failure can be understood clearly. In order to do this, two recent cases, Iraq and Syria will be examined.
