Web design of borrowing books at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang PasamanBarat Library aims to make it easier for librarians to enter books that were previously done manually, thus saving time. In this application I make it easy for library staff to do computerized input so that it can be efficient and effective. Application of SMAN 1 Valley Melintang Valley Pasaman Barat Library. The library makes it easy for library staff to enter new book data, member data and employee data at SMAN 1 Lembah Valley Pasaman Barat Library. Book data that has been inputted is stored with a MySQLdatabase so that the data is safe.This research helps in establishing a book loan system. The design system in making a book loan application at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat was developed by using some software namely Xampp, Sublime Text, Server which is a combination of Web Server, PHP and MySQL.

Technologies of remote screen sharing, remote control and network character intercommunion were adopted in this paper to construct a cooperative design system. The methods of developing cooperative plot system by the virtual network technology and constructing cooperative intercommunion system with web design language ASP and Access database were discussed, and the isomorphic environment collaborative design was carried out under the environment of AutoCAD, Pro-E, CAXA and so on. Finally, the function and feasibility of the developed cooperative design system were tested through examples.

Website merupakan suatu bentuk informasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada user dalam melakukan proses laporan priodik serta mendapatkan informasi seputar kegiatan yang dibuat oleh pengawas dimana dan kapan pun user berada. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Samarinda yang terletak di Jalan Harmonika. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari studi pustaka, wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem yaitu flow of document, flowchart, context diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, Site Map. Adapun kebutuhan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun website antara lain menggunakan Web Server Apache, Database MySQL, Web Developer menggunakan PHP, Editor dan Web Design menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver MX serta Mozilla Firefox sebagai Browser. Hasil penelitian sudah melalui beberapa pengujian yaitu menggunakan pengujian blackbox, white box dan pengujian betha. Banyak saran yang telah diberikan oleh para responden, maka saran-saran yang dapat diberikan penulis yaitu sistem ini masih dapat dikembangkan agar menjadi sistem website yang lebih baik dan efisien sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan teknologi dan juga diperlukan pelatihan dalam bidang teknologi informasi sehingga penerapannya dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

Information technology is rapidly developed in this century that impact to various aspects of the organization really need information technology to support the performance and everyday business processes. In health services, information technology is required to process and storage the patient medical records, so that the patient's medical record is well preserved, and competitive advantage can be obtained between patient and polyclinic. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach can be developed by implementing information system of medical record history to get new patient and retain existing patient, improving relationship with patient and maintaining patient loyalty as well as supporting the company/organization to provide excellent service to customers in real time through the advantage of information technology. The aims of this research are to understand patient medical record by CRM approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design, system validation using Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and using software testing Model ISO 9126. The result of this research are Medical Record History Information System and the result of system validation with FGD is 100% accepted, the result of system test using Model ISO 9126 is good with success rate 82,86%, so it can give contribution to polyclinic.

 KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. Where leaders and employees who work at KPPN Medan II always carry out official trips between cities and outside the city. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.
