Climate change is an extreme natural change condition due to global warming that cannot be avoided, and will have a broad impact on various aspects of life, including the agricultural sector. The impact of climate change that occurs in the agricultural sector, namely flood and drought that cause plants to crop failure , is becoming greater, causing significant reduction in agricultural production, especially rice, requiring that farmers have the ability to adapt to climate change. The purposes of this study are to analyze the relationship between the performance level of agricultural extension workers and the capacity level of farmers in regard to climate change adaptation, and to analyze the relationship between the level of farmer capacity in climate change adaptation and rice productivity. The research was conducted in Central Lampung Regency in 2019 using a total of 100 rice farmers. The data analysis method used is Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results show that the performance level of agricultural instructors is significantly related to the level of knowledge capacity, attitude, and skills of farmers in climate change adaptation. Knowledge capacity, attitude, and skills of farmers in climate change adaptation are significantly related to rice productivity.

The purpose of this present study was to investigate the predictors of an interaction effect between supervisors’ abusive supervision and work performance level, especially focused on the relationship to employee’s organizational cynicism. In addition, this study examined the mediated moderation effect of supervisors’ work performance level through employee’s silence. The results from 300 participants provided evidence that (1) the interaction effect of supervisors’ abusive supervision with work performance level was positively related to organizational cynicism, (2) employee’s silence mediated the relationship between the interaction effect of supervisors’ abusive supervision with work performance level and organizational cynicism. Based on the results, implications of these findings, limitations and future study direction were discussed in general discussion.

These components are being specifically trained through plyometric exercises, among others. Few studies evaluate on one side explosive and reactive strength (1,2) and their correlation with short change-of-direction sprints.Once analysed the evidences showed in some studies reviewed (3,4,5,6,7), our purpose is to determine the relationship between both explosive and reactive strength measures and short change-ofdirection sprints in order to find whether the countermovement jump (CMJ) force manifestation helps predicting the performance level during change-of-direction 90º acceleration sprints.

Introduction This study examines executive functions and occupational performances of children with medulloblastoma and children with typical development. The aim was to compare the executive function and occupational performance levels of children with medulloblastoma and children with typical development and to investigate the relationship between the executive function and occupational performance levels of children with medulloblastoma. Method Parents of 105 children (6–12 years) completed the Childhood Executive Function Inventory. A total of 105 children were administered the Canadian Occupational Performance Measurement to obtain information on occupational performance areas. Executive functions and occupational performance levels of children with medulloblastoma ( n = 52) and typical development ( n = 53) were compared. Correlation analysis was conducted between the executive functions and occupational performances of children with medulloblastoma. Results Executive function and occupational performance levels of children with medulloblastoma were lower than those with typical development. Significant relationships were found between the executive functions and occupational performances of children with medulloblastoma ( p < 0.05, p < 0.001). Conclusion It is clear that the executive functions of children with medulloblastoma significantly affect their occupational performance level. Client-centered, occupation-oriented cognitive therapy interventions prepared according to occupational therapy theories and models might be useful to increase the occupational performance level of children with medulloblastoma.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential relationship between hamstring flexibility and competitive level of Irish dancers. Since the premier of Riverdance in 1994, Irish dance has grown in population and has geologically spread to locations previously unassociated with Irish culture. Resulting from these changes has been the establishment of more and larger competitions, as well as increased athleticism in the dance form. This study followed a quasi-experimental approach, and dancers volunteered to participate. Participants were first asked verbal questions for secondary data collection and data on performance level. Hamstring flexibility was then measured using the Straight Leg Raise (SLR) test for analysis. The data support the conclusion that higher level Irish dancers have higher hamstring flexibility than lower level dancers. Irish dancers seeking to advance into higher competition levels may use this information to incorporate more flexibility building into their training. Likewise, Irish dance instructors may devote more instruction time to assisting their students in building their hamstring flexibility efficiently and properly. Future researchers may investigate similar studies with other physical aspects, such as flexibility in the quadriceps. Alternatively, researchers may investigate the extent to which Irish dance adjudicators seek out high hamstring flexibility in the dancers they judge in comparison to more traditional aspects of Irish dance.

The systems of compensation remain the main mean to reduce the conflicts of interests between chiefs executives officers (CEOs) and the shareholders. The CEOs  compensation is supposed to be positively correlated with the performance of the company. Consequently, the CEOs can managed profits to   determine their level of compensation or to increase the part of cash  and/or options in compensation. This paper investigates the relationship between the discretionary accruals and annual compensation, current performance, future performance, level of debts and total of assets by using a panel data analysis. Empirical results show that the CEO smoothes results of the company in order to have an evolutionary compensation. Moreover, we showed that the tenure and the proportion of property increase the opportunities of this smoothing and decreases the opportunism of the CEOs as soon as they are rooted.

The influence of the morphologic characteristics of connective tissue, which plays an essential role during sports activities, on sporting tasks needs further research given the controversial findings reported in the literature. This study aimed at examining the relationship between lower limb connective tissue morphology and drop jump reactivity and determining the influence of sex and athletic performance level. A total of 30 men and 14 women, runners, executed 6 drop jumps (3 × 20 cm and 30 cm height respectively) and their thickness and cross-sectional area were recorded for Achilles and patellar tendons and plantar fascia. No significant results were found in the relationship between the morphology of the connective tissue and reactivity strength index for both sexes. Significant sex differences were found, while women showed greater values (p < 0.005) for Achilles tendon and plantar fascia; men showed greater values for reactivity strength index and drop jump performance (p < 0.001). The present study shows a limited relationship between connective tissue morphology and drop jump reactivity. Additionally, women showed greater normalized values for Achilles tendon and plantar fascia, and men showed greater reactivity strength index and jumping performance values. No relationships between athletic performance level and connective tissue were found.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between interpersonal communication and task design towards job performance  among employees from one of the Malaysian manufacturing company. The data is obtained from 152 employees from different levels of position. Both of hypotheses have been accepted based on the regression analysis results. Therefore, factors namely interpersonal communication and task design are found to be positively related with job performance among employees in this company. In detail, job performance is significantly related to interpersonal communication (r=.53) as well as task design (r=.54).  As a conclusion, the management needs to enforce a good level of interpersonal communication and task design in order to increase the employees' performance level.
