This study aims to compare the selection of private homeschool teachers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) algorithms, the criteria that have been taken by the author to calculate their weight in selecting private teachers who excel and provide convenience with an assessment based on criteria. In this effort, the authors can build a private teacher selection system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm to find the total weights of the teacher performance rating for each alternative on all attributes and compare it to the Weight Product (WP) algorithm using the multiplication technique to link the attribute rating. where the attribute type rating must be ranked first with the associated weight attribute. From the results of this study, the authors have described how the design and application of SAW and WP in making a Decision Support System in selecting private homeschooling teachers.Keywords:Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weight Product (WP), Decision Support Systems, Teacher Selection, Homeschooling.

Current technology is often used by all groups, one of which is students in the Information Systems department at Tanjungpura University. One of the technologies used is a Smartphone which is a tool for students to communicate with each other even during the current pandemic, Smartphones are used for learning as well and each Smartphone has its own specifications that make it superior to other Smartphones, of course with the number of Smartphones circulating in the market. will be confused in making the selection, thus the decision support system to choose a Smartphone based on the specifications is made for the purpose of assisting in the selection of the Smartphone. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to complete the decision support system for Smartphone Selection During the Pandemic for the Tanjungpura University Student Information System which uses weighted summation for each performance rating for each alternative. In this study, the results of the calculations obtained from the survey are Samsung S21 5G with a value of 73.75, Iphone 11 64GB with a value of 48.75, Vivo Y17 with a value of 81.25, Asus ROG Phone 5 with a value of 80, Oppo A92 and with a value. 96.

This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

Generally, the selection of outstanding students in every school still uses the report value as the reference and it is done manually. It is required a system that may select the outstanding students accordance with the criteria and done automatically. In this study, it was developed an automatic system for selecting outstanding students by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) concept. The criteria set by the school in the selection of outstanding students are the average of the first and the second semester score, the achievements on district, city, and national level, liveliness in the organization and extracurricular, and credit point of attitude. Method of investigation used in this study is R & D, including introduction study, the development of system consisting of the application of SAW method and designing waterfall method, and testing of system which done by testing the comparison of the result and respond of users. The result of black box testing showed that all functionality in the system run well and appropriate; while for the white box showed that all paths run in accordance with SAW method. For the result of the comparison testing showed that the validation level was 100%. The result of the users respond revealed that the average of teacher responds was 90% and the students respond was 80, 34%. Therefore it can be concluded that decision support system by using SAW method can determine the outstading students.

With the development of technology at this time Sim Card Provider is needed to support community activities. In Indonesia alone many Sim Card Provider many services and also ease of accessing the internet, sonsumers are required to see which Sim Card Provider suits their needs. To overcome the problem of selecting the Sim Card Provider, a Decision Support System will be made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using data taken from questionnaires distributed to Sim Card Provider users, which is expected to help in the selection of the appropriate Sim Card Provider with Consumer needs. The author uses six criteria, namely Signal, Price, Internet Package, Internet Connection, Phone Bonus, SMS Bonus. By using five alternatives namely Simpati, XL, Indosat, Smartfren, Three (3). The final result of this study indicated that alternative 5 or Three (3) has the biggest result of 3,245 and alternative 3 namely Indosat has the lowest result among the alternatives which is 2,625.   Keywords: Criteria, Sim Card Provider, Simple Additive Weighting   Abstrak   Dengan berkembangnya teknologi pada saatini Sim Card Provider sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang aktivitas masyarakat. Di Indonesia sendiri banyak Sim Card Provider banyak menyediakan layanan dan juga kemudahan dalam mengakses internet, konsumen dituntut untuk melihat manakah Sim Card Provider yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Untuk mengatasi masalah pemilihan Sim Card Provider tersebut maka akan dibuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan menggunakan data yang diambil dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para pengguna Sim Card Provider, yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan Sim Card Provider yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Konsumen. Penulis menggunakan enam kriteria yaitu Sinyal, Harga, Paket Internet, Koneksi Internet, Bonus Telpon, Bonus Sms. Dengan menggunakan lima alternatif yaitu Simpati, XL, Indosat, Smartfren, Three (3). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alternatif 5 atau Three (3) memiliki hasil terbesar yaitu 3,245 dan alternatif 3 yaitu Indosat memiliki hasil terendah diantara alternatif yang ada yaitu 2,625. Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.

At this time many brands of laptops on the market. They have each specification. Each brand provides different facilities and features. It gives confusion to people who will buy the laptops. It is a difficult choice to make choices according to the wishes and budget. The development of technology can assist people in resolving the problem decision. For example, the use of computer science in providing the best decisions on the issue of election of the laptop. A decision support system for the selection of the laptop will be designed so that the user can determine the choice of laptops accordance with the wishes and abilities. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method was chosen because it can display the best alternative from a number of options. Several criteria will be included for processing. With this method, laptop users can make their choice based on the value of the largest to the smallest value.

Smartphones are already a must-have communication technology to make it easier to live your daily life. However, with so many choices can make consumers confused in determining the appropriate choice. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the simple process that can be applied to decision-making cases such as in smartphone selection recommendations with a wide range of attributes. In the case of this study, the results were obtained that the Realme X3 Superzoom smartphone scored the highest preference with a value of 22. With this research, it is hoped that this decision support system can help potential consumers to more easily consider in the selection of smartphones that suit their wishes or needs

Professional teachers should be able to improve their quality to achieve the vision and mission of the school where the teacher is carrying out their duty. The main task of an educator is to provide students with the process of learning, educating, training and giving directions to create a better learning process. Besides carrying out the task of teaching, an educator also needs to be able to develop themselves sustainably in order to increase self-competencies. There are four competencies should be owned by an educator they are pedagogic, personality, social and professional. To measure those competencies, school head master have to conduct teacher assessment by pointed assessors. Teacher performance assessment functions to analyses teachers ' professionalism in learning processes at a school, teachers participation on self-empowerment activities as well as capacity building. This study aims to calculate the value of teacher performance assessment optimally based on competence through a decision support system. Simple Additive Weighting method is used in this decision support system. By using Simple additive weighting, the sum of weight ratings performance on each alternative in all the attributes can be collected. This decision support system used to make it easier to take a decision and a supporter of decision in performance evaluations. Dataset treat in this research was collected in SMP Negeri 25 Padang. The data consisting of four different criteria in accordance with teacher competence. The result of the study reaches the level of accuracy of 93%. This study is expected to bring benefits for school leaders as the reference in order to optimize the teacher performance evaluation objectively.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.
