The article considers one of the important criteria for improving the enterprise management system – making a high-quality management decision. This criterion affects the development of the organization's management system. The proposed method, using the implementation of the built-in quality system, will increase the number of high-quality decisions made, increase the ability of the management system to adapt to external changes, and contribute to the formation of a self-supporting system by using the internal reserves of the organization.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of building an integrated quality management system at milk processing enterprises. It is proved that quality management is a continuous process of influencing production by consistently implementing logically interrelated functions to ensure quality. An integrated quality management system is a set of structures and procedures, processes and resources required to implement quality management. It should be an integral part of the enterprise management system and should provide the management of the organization and / or the consumer with confidence that the product or service will meet the established quality requirements. It is proved that in the process of making a decision on the organization’s quality management system, measures are defined and planned to achieve the goals. The combination of these activities makes up the plan of organizational activity. For each of the activities included in the plan, the conditions for implementation and responsibility for implementation are determined. Since the quality management system actually covers all areas of the organization, then, of course, the processes of creating and implementing a quality management system in the enterprise will be associated with a change in the organizational structure of management.

The paper aims to study the nature of risk management in the context of quality management system. Through historical and logical methods of research, we analyze the stages of formation and development of ideas about risk and its impact to economic activity. We consider different definitions of risks that were formulated by economists and presented in international standards, and analyze key moments which characterize the economic content of risk. Based on the considered approaches we propose the author’s definition of risk. Further, attention is paid to different risk classifications, and we analyze most known approaches to risk classification. As an alternative approach, we propose an authorial classification of risks based on key processes of the organization’s quality management system. The consideration of risks by the quality management allows, on the one hand, to integrate risk management into the existing enterprise management system, on the other hand, to react more effectively to possible changes and to use a unified management mechanism. The results of the research can be applied in practice to improve the quality management system of organizations in various business areas and to form a risk management system within the organization.

The article focuses on the analysis of the company process management in the framework of modern organizational and economic concepts. This approach contributes to creating an extraordinary possibility of leveling out the negative influence of the environment factors and achieving a stable position for the company in the services market. The paper offers the system vision of the company's process management problems as a set of interconnected and interacting elements of the system. In present time economic reality, this county's companies' performance is entirely dependent on the ability to transform the key company processes into strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and the company's ability to react and forecast market changes. At the same time, the environment unpredictability and rapid dynamics constantly change the conditions under which companies operate. In view of this, the urgent task of operational response to various kinds of change arises, since the timely reaction of the company management of to changes in the environment can provide a long-term sustainable development of the company. Bringing the level of companies’ business process management up to meet the requirements of the internal and external environment will contribute to improving the overall level of efficiency of its business activities. As a result of the research, the process management of the enterprise has been analyzed in the framework of modern organizational and economic concepts, namely, the process approach has been considered and implemented in the theory of management decision making. It is proved that the implementation of the process approach in the theory of management decision-making contributed to the creation of the architecture of the business process system of enterprises. A reference model of the business process "Organization of the enterprise management system" has been developed, which ultimately allows to improve the entire enterprise management system. The proposed reference model can be taken as a basis for modeling the main business processes that create added value of the enterprise. The interdisciplinary nature of the process management theory is constantly gaining volume and becoming one of its distinct competencies.


The introduction of digitalization as an innovation in economic processes is necessitated by the need to enter the world community, in order to further expand the markets for products, goods or services, to ensure the development of domestic national markets, increase the level of competitiveness, etc. The digitalization of enterprise security management is one of the priority places in the enterprise management system. The key objective of digitalisation is to meet public needs in the most efficient way through the introduction of digital technologies and platforms. On the other hand, existing methods of analyzing the impact of factors on the level of security of enterprise development, need generalization and specification. It is the use of cognitive methods of analysis that makes it possible to take into account the factors of external and internal influence for poorly structured systems such as enterprises. In the digital economy, the key place of any enterprise's resource is occupied by information resources expressed by digital data: numerical, textual, etc. The use of digital data as a resource in managing enterprise development security can significantly improve the effectiveness of management decision making by defining more scenarios while reducing the time to analyze relevant data. Adhering to the basic principles in the digitalization of the security management of the development of the enterprise, it is possible to completely or partially (depending on the conditions of functioning of the existing) to avoid the negative consequences of the influence of factors of external action. To date, a large number of principles for digitizing the economy as a whole and the real sector separately have been formulated and generalized. However, considering the digitalization of development security management as an innovative process in the enterprise management system, the general scientific and specific principles of digitalization are highlighted. With digitalization, the use of a cognitive approach to managing the enterprise’s development security becomes more effective through the use of digital platforms: BlockChain, Digital Marketing, CRM & BPM, Digital Insurance - by which it is possible to increase the number of scenarios to form a generalized model of the situation and choose the best management solution in the enterprise management system.

The article is aimed at building a simulation model of effective management of logistic processes of the trade enterprise. Analyzing, systematizing and generalizing the research data of both foreign and domestic scholars, a comparative critical and morphological analysis of the existing definitions of «effectiveness» was carried out and an authors' vision of the essence of the concept of «quality management of logistic processes» of the trade enterprise was presented. The application of methods of simulation modeling and graphic-structural description allowed to develop scientific approaches to modeling the effective management of logistic processes at trade enterprises. As a result of the research, a simulation model is developed to ensure the effective management of logistic processes of the trade enterprise, which, unlike existing ones, is focused on improving the quality of logistic processes, provided that logistic costs are optimized. The structural scheme of the automated quality management system of logistic processes of the trade enterprise is built. It is emphasized that in the process of managing logistic processes, managers of a trade enterprise may face the problem of allocating logistical costs, which requires their accounting and detailing. Prospects for further research in this direction can be such developments as: methodological recommendations for accounting logistical costs at enterprises of trade of various sizes; scientific approaches to the creation of special software in order to digitalize the enterprise management system of trade. The results of the research can also be used to improve and further develop both the current and strategic control over the management of logistic processes in enterprises.
