Abstrak Penelitian ini berangkat dari dua hal penting. Pertama, fakta sejarah bahwa kepemimpinan Umar bin Abdul Aziz telah berhasil secara sangat signifikan dalam memberikan kesejahteraan dan rasa keadilan kepada rakyatnya. Kedua, Pada tataran taktis, penyusunan kurikulum Kepemimpinan/leadership di lembaga pendidikan Islam, acapkali tidak berlandaskan pada konsep Islam yang jernih, tetapi diambil dari teori-teori barat yang jauh dari nilai-nilai Aqidah dan dakwah Islam. karena itu, jika ditilik dari Wordview Islam, rancangan kurikulum Pendidikan leadership masih memiliki banyak kelemahan.  Penelitian ini dirumuskan untuk mendeskripsikan sifat kepemimpinan Umar Bin Abdul Aziz. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi tokoh, bertujuan untuk menggali Analisa pemikiran tokoh terhadap sejarah ketokohan melalui literatur primer maupun sekunder yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian untuk melahirkan Konsep Kurikulum Leadership Ekstrakurikuler SMP Islam.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan pembahasan tentang Konsep Kurikulum Leadership Ekstrakurikuler SMP Islam, ringkasnya; (1) Penyusunan Kurikulum Leadership Ekstrakurikuler berasaskan pada pondasi Tauhid, (2) Tujuan Kurikulum, untuk membentuk Peserta Didik yang berakhlak mulia, Lebih khusus lagi, untuk membentuk peserta didik yang memiliki sifat kepemimpinan Umar bin Abdul aziz diantaranya; (a) Sangat takut kepada Allah, (b) Zuhud (Sederhana), (c) Rendah Hati, (d) Wara’ (berhati-hati), (e) Lemah lembut dan Pemaaf, (f) Sabar, (g) Tegas, dan (h) Adil (3) Materi Kurikulum, diantaranya; (a) Materi Tauhid yang meliputi Tauhid Rububiyah, Tauhid Uluhiyah, Tauhid Asma’ wa Sifat, dan al-Wala’ wa al-Bara’, (b) Materi Akhlak yang meliputi; Zuhud (Sederhana), Rendah Hati, Wara’ (berhati-hati), Lemah lembut, Pema’af, dan Sabar, (c) Materi Sejarah, khususnya Sejarah Emas Kepemimpin Umar bin Abdul Aziz, dan (d) Materi Manajemen; Tegas, dan Adil. (4) Metode Penyampaian Kurikulum, diantaranya; Metode Keteladanan, Metode Fun Learning, Metode Diskusi dan Tanya Jawab, Metode Targhib dan Tarhib, Metode Pemberian Hadiah dan Hukuman, dan Metode Berkisah, dan (5) Evaluasi Kurikulum; (a) terbentuknya tim Evaluasi, (b) Rangkaian kerja Evaluasi kurikulum (Unsur Evaluator, Unsur yang dievaluasi, Unsur kesahihan hasil evaluasi, Unsur pengakuan terhadap hasil evaluasi, (c) Jenis Evaluasi (evaluasi formatif, evaluasi sumatif, evaluasi placement, evaluasi diagnosis). Abstract This research departs from two important things. First, the historical fact that the leadership of Umar bin Abdul Aziz has succeeded very significantly in providing prosperity and a sense of justice to its people. Second, at the tactical level, the preparation of leadership curricula in Islamic educational institutions is often not based on a clear Islamic concept, but is taken from western theories that are far from the values ​​of Aqidah and Islamic da'wah. Therefore, when viewed from the Islamic Wordview, the design of the leadership education curriculum still has many weaknesses. This research was formulated to describe the leadership traits of Umar Bin Abdul Aziz. This research is a type of qualitative research with a character study approach, which aims to explore the analysis of the figures' thoughts on the history of character through primary and secondary literature related to the object of research to give birth to the Concept of Extracurricular Leadership Curriculum of Islamic Junior High School. This study resulted in a discussion of the Concept of Extracurricular Leadership Curriculum for Islamic Junior High Schools, in summary; (1) Formulation of an Extracurricular Leadership Curriculum based on the foundation of Tauhid, (2) Curriculum objectives, to form students who have noble morals, more specifically, to form students who have leadership characteristics of Umar bin Abdul Aziz including; (a) Fear of Allah, (b) Zuhud (Simple), (c) Humble, (d) Wara '(careful), (e) Gentle and Forgiving, (f) Patient, (g) Firm , and (h) Fair (3) Curriculum material, including; (a) Tawheed material which includes Tauhid Rububiyah, Tauhid Uluhiyah, Tauhid Asma 'wa Traits, and al-Wala' wa al-Bara ', (b) Moral material which includes; Zuhud (Simple), Humble, Wara '(careful), gentle, forgiving, and patient, (c) Historical Materials, especially the Golden History of Umar bin Abdul Aziz's Leadership, and (d) Management Materials; Firm, and Fair. (4) Curriculum Delivery Methods, including; Exemplary Methods, Fun Learning Methods, Discussion and Question and Answer Methods, Targhib and Tarhib Methods, Methods of Giving Rewards and Punishment, and Storytelling Methods, and (5) Curriculum Evaluation; (a) formation of an evaluation team, (b) a series of curriculum evaluation work (evaluator elements, evaluated elements, elements of validity of evaluation results, elements of recognition of evaluation results, (c) types of evaluation (formative evaluation, summative evaluation, evaluation of placement, evaluation of diagnosis ).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran lingkaran SMP Kelas VIII dengan suplemen materi History of Mathematics (HoM) yang terdiri dari RPP dan Modul yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Model pengembangan ynag digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Analisis data kevalidan dan kepraktisan dilakukan dengan cara mengkonversi skor empiris yang diperoleh menjadi data kualitatif skala lima. Analisis keefektifan dilakukan dengan cara menentukan persentase banyak siswa yang mencapai kategori minimal tinggi untuk angket dan menentukan persentase ketuntasan siswa pada tes prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, RPP dan Modul yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dengan kategori sangat baik. RPP dan Modul yang dikembangkan praktis dan efektif. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mencapai kategori sangat baik berdasarkan hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian guru, modul mencapai kategori baik berdasarkan respon siswa. Perangkat pembelajaran juga efektif ditinjau dari motivasi, rasa ingin tahu, dan prestasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, perangkat pembelajaran, History of Mathematics Developing Circle Instructional Kits of 8th Grade Junior High School with the Supplement of History of Mathematics (HOM) Material AbstractThis research aims to produce the circle instructional kits for 8th grade Junior High School with the supplement of history of mathematics (HoM), consists of lesson plans and module. The developing model was ADDIE’s model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The validity and practicality of the data were analyzed by converting the empiric scores obtained into five scale qualitative data. The effectivity was analyzed by determining the percentage of students who reached minimally high category of the questionnaires and determining the percentage of student’s completeness in the achievement test. Based on the validation result of lesson plans and module which have been developed, they include in valid criteria with very good category. Lesson plans and module which have been developed are practical and effective. The Practicability of instructional kits that are developed reach very good category that based on observation result of lesson implementation and teacher’s evaluation, the module reaches good categoty that based on students’ response. Instructional kits also effective based on students’ motivation, curiosity, and achievement.Keywords: development, instructional kit, History of Mathematics

The history of American education shows that the schools have always responded to demands for adjustment of education to the needs of the community. At the time when the high schools came into existence the need was for leaders of society, i.e., doctors, ministers, and scholars. Accordingly, the major function of the high-school teacher was to train pupils for leadership. The curriculum was designed to prepare them for college. Entrance was made intentionally difficult by examinations designed to exclude those not qualified. This made the high-school population a rather select group of pupils. It is interesting to observe that mathematics was a major subject which everybody was required to take.

AbstractThe International Astronomy Olympiad (IAO) was founded in the 1990s as an annual scientific educating event for students of the junior high school classes. Starting from 4 teams at the 1st event in 1996 the Olympiad includes more than 20 countries nowadays. The style of the problems of IAO is aimed at developing the imagination, creativity and independent thinking. They stimulate the students to recognize the problem independently, to choose a model, to make necessary suppositions, estimations, to conduct multiway calculations or logic operations. The Asian-Pacific Astronomy Olympiad was founded as a “daughter” (“affiliated”) olympiad in system of the International Astronomy Olympiad in 2005.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar geometri SMP berbasis Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) serta mendeskripsikan kualitas kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan bahan ajar tersebut. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berupa buku pengayaan geometri untuk SMP kelas VII dan VIII sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2006. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model penelitian desain dari Plomp yang terdiri atas tiga tahap: preliminary research, prototyping phase, dan assessment phase. Subjek coba terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas VII dan 32 siswa kelas VIII dari dua SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Wonosobo, beserta masing-masing satu guru matematika dari sekolah tersebut. Subjek coba yang menggunakan bahan ajar ini telah menguasai kompetensi dasar pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahan ajar geometri SMP berbasis CLT yang memenuhi aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Hasil evaluasi formatif 1 menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid. Hasil evaluasi formatif 2 dan evaluasi sumatif menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar memenuhi kriteria praktis. Keefektifan bahan ajar terlihat dari hasil penilaian prestasi belajar yang menunjukkan bahwa persentase siswa kelas VII yang mencapai KKM adalah 78% dengan rata-rata nilai klasikal 78 dan persentase siswa kelas VIII yang mencapai KKM adalah 75% dengan rata-rata nilai klasikal 80. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak digunakan.Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, pengayaan, geometri SMP, Cognitive Load Theory.  Developing Geometry Learning Materials for Junior High School Based on Cognitive Load Theory with Regard to Student’s Achievement AbstractThis study was aimed to develop a geometry learning materials for junior high school based on Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) and to describe the quality with respect to the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed learning materials consisting of advanced geometry for seventh and eighth graders referring to the Curriculum of 2006. The research was a qualitative study using design research model suggested by Plomp, involving three phases: preliminary research, prototyping, and assessment. Research participants were 32 seventh and 32 eighth grade students at two public junior high schools in Wonosobo, as well as their mathematics teachers. These students had acquired minimum competencies to use the learning materials. This research resulted in junior high school geometry learning materials based on CLT, which satisfies the validity, practicality, and effectiveness aspects. The result of first formative evaluation informed that learning materials were categorized valid. The results of second formative evaluation and summative evaluation revealed that the learning materials were categorized practical. The effectiveness of learning materials could be seen from the results of the achievement test which showed that the percentage of seventh graders who passed the minimum criteria was 78%, with an average test score was 78; and the percentage of eighth graders who passed the minimum criteria was 75%, with an average test score was 80. Overall, the results showed that the developed learning materials can be used widely.Keywords: learning materials, advance, geometry SMP, Cognitive Load Theory.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA model 5E di SMP Negeri 2 Kopang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model Dick & Carey. Pada tahap evaluasi formatif dilakukan melalui (1) validasi perangkat oleh tiga orang ahli dan satu orang guru sebagai pengguna, (2) uji coba terbatas terhadap perangkat (silabus, RPP, dan LKS) dilakukan di kelas VII, dan (3) uji validitas dan reliabelitas instrumen penilaian (tes HBK dan angket HBA) dilakukan di kelas VIII. Rata-rata skor hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa semua perangkat pembelajaran layak digunakan dalam uji coba terbatas. Penggunaan perangkat (silabus dan RPP) pada uji coba terbatas mendapatkan respon sangat baik dari guru kelas VII selaku observer dengan rata-rata skor 4,20 dan respon sangat setuju dari peserta didik dengan rata-rata skor 4,12. Respon sangat setuju peserta didik juga ditunjukkan terhadap LKS (PKS dan LHKS) dengan rata-rata skor 4,14. Hasiluji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa semua ítem tes KPS, tes HBK, dan angket HBA dinyatakan valid (r> 0.423) dan reliebel Cronbach’salphar > 0.423.Kata kunci: perangkat pembelajaran IPA, model 5E, penelitian pengembanganTHE DEVELOPMENT OF 5E MODEL OF SCIENCE TEACHING KITS IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLAbstract: The purpose of this study was to develop the 5E model science teaching kits in Junior High School 2 Kopang. This was a research and development study referring to Dick and Carey model. The formative evaluation stage wasdone by: (1) the validation of the kitsby 3 experts and 1 teacher as users, (2) the limited trial on the teaching kits (syllabus, lesson plan, and students’ worksheets) held in grade VII, and (3) the validation of the assessment instrument (Science Process Skills/SPS test, Cognitive Achievement/CA test and Affective Achievement/AA questionnaires) held in VIII. The average score of the validation result showed that all teaching kits were suitable to be used in the limited trial. The use of the teaching kits (syllabus and lesson plan) in the limited trial obtainedpositive responses from the teacher of grade VII as the observer with an average score of 4.20 and “strongly-agree” responses from students with an average score 4.12. The students also showed strong agreement on the worksheets with an average score of 4.14. The result of the validity and reliability test on the instrument showed that all the items of the SPS test, those of the CA test, and those of the AA questionnaires were valid. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient was > 0.423.Keywords: science teachingkits, the 5E model, research and development

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan LKS matematika SMP yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini penting karena belum pernah ada yang mengembangkan bahan ajar menggunakan kearifan lokal seperti makanan tradisional di Pulau Timor. Makanan Tradisional yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah Jagung Bose, Jagung Katemak, Ut Kono, dan Laku Tobe yang sudah menjadi makanan sehari-hari masyarakat perbatasan Indonesia-Timor Leste di Pulau Timor. Riset ini ialah riset pengembangan dengan menggunkan model penilaian formatif Tessmer yang terdiri dari 2 sesi pengembangan, yakni sesi analisis pendahuluan serta sesi penilaian formatif. Subjek riset ini merupakan siswa kelas 9 SMPN Taloeb di kawasan perbatasan tahun 2020. Metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan meliputi uji hasil belajar, observasi, serta wawancara. Pengembangan lembar kerja siswa memakai konteks kearifan lokal masakan tradisional Timor sudah divalidasi oleh para ahli dengan hasil evaluasi dari pakar materi, pakar media serta pakar bahasa. Validasi oleh para pakar, LKS matematika ini termasuk dalam kategori valid dengan skor rerata 3.97 dan hasil ujicoba telah menunjukkan bahwa LKS tersebut memenuhi kriteria praktis dan memiliki efek potensial untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP hal ini dapat dilihat dari 76.47% siswa telah mencapai kriteria minimal mata pelajaran matematika tingkat SMP.  LKS yang dikembangkan juga efektif karena hasil tes belajar tersebut meningkat dari 41.27%  pada pretest menjadi 76.47% pada posttest. Kata kunci: Efek Potensial;LKS; Makanan Tradisional AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop valid, practical and effective junior high school mathematics worksheets. This research is important because no one has ever developed teaching materials using local wisdom such as traditional food on the Pulau Timor. The traditional foods referred to in this study are Jagung Bose, jagung Katemak, Ut Kono, and Laku Tobe which have become daily food of the Indonesian-Timor Leste border community on Pulau Timor. This research is development research using the Tessmer formative evaluation model are consists of two stages of development, namely the introduction analysis stage and the formative evaluation stage. Data collection techniques used include study results tests Learning outcomes, observations, and interviews. The subject of this study is the 9th graders of Taloeb Junior High School in the border area in 2020. Data collection techniques used include study results tests, observations, and interviews. The development of student worksheets using the context of local wisdom of traditional Timorese food has been validated by experts with assessment results from material experts, media experts and language experts. validation by experts, This math student worksheet belongs to a valid category with an average score of 3.97 and the test results have shown that the student worksheet meets practical criteria and  effective criteria. of improving the math learning results of junior high school students. it can be seen from 76.47% of students who have achieved the minimum criteria for junior high school mathematics. AbstractThe purpose in study was to determine the teacher role in the cooperation development as a joint effort in the perspective of Islamic economy in KPRI Junior High School 1 of Baraka, knowing the teacher's understanding of cooperation management and sharia-based management in KPRI Junior High School 1 of Baraka. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with a phononology study approach. Data collected by interviewing, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the teacher had a role in KPRI Junior High School 1 of Baraka namely the active role of members and the non-active role of members to form a business that established a consumption cooperative that has a shari'ah system. The teacher also has an understanding of cooperation management in the form of Shari'ah which eliminates interest and it funds based on loss and profit sharing, mudarabah contracts, and syirkah.Keywords: The Teachers Role, Cooperation Development, Joint Business
