The purpose of the School Action Research (PTS) is to determine the competencies of teachers at SDN 002 Kuntu in developing syllabi and lesson plans and making efforts to improve them. This was done based on the results of observations made by researchers and found some fundamental problems experienced by the teachers. The problems found, namely (1) teachers are less able to tighten the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) properly; (2) the teacher does not refer to the Syllabus and Implementation Plan in the learning process in the classroom; (3) teachers tend to assume that the old methods and strategies they have implemented have completed many students; (4) the teacher is still fixated to use the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that has been designed by the previous teachers. The method implemented is continuous bombardment. Based on the School action research that has been carried out it can be concluded several things, First, Continuous academic supervision is scientifically proven to increase teacher competence in preparing syllabi and lesson plans, namely from 31% to 83% after academic supervision. In addition, the number of good quality lesson plans also increased from 31% to 89%. Second, the steps that lead to an increase in teacher competence in preparing the syllabus and lesson plans include the following steps: (1) announcement of the supervision plan for teachers; (2) conducting individual supervision (3) the principal supervises the class.

Madrasah action research is one of the efforts of the madrasa / Madrasah head in improving the system and learning tools to achieve optimal learning outcomes by teachers who have high competence. This study aims to determine the implementation and results achieved in academic supervision to improve teacher competency in MIN 1 Gunungkidul. The objects in this study were 12 class teachers and 1 PAI teacher. The methodology used is the academic supervision and approaches implemented in two cycles, with each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in teacher competence from the results of academic supervision of 13 teachers who were the object of research experiencing increased ability to plan and implement learning. The following capabilities characterize competency enhancement: 1) making lesson plans that are by the rules of curriculum 013, 2) implementing the learning process by the syllabus and lesson plans, and 3) implementing the assessment by the assessment standards.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan standar proses pembelajaran danpembelajaran kooperatif kolaboratif dalam rencana pelaksanaanpembelajaran setelah kunjungan antar kelas. (b) mengetahui peningkatankompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan standar prosespembelajaran dan pembelajaran pembelajaran koperatif kolaboratif dalampelaksanaan pembelajaran setelah kunjungan antar kelas. Penelitiantindakan ini dilakukan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah Guru Kelas 5 tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan standar proses pembelajaran dan pembelajaran kooperatfi kolaboratif dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yaitu siklus I (61,67%), siklus II (75,00%), sedangkan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran kooperatif kolaboratif dalam Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yaitu siklus I (65%), siklus II (75,56%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah supervisi kolegial lewat kunjungan antar kelas dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan standar proses dan pembelajaran kooperatif kolaboratif dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. The aims of this research are: (a) Want to know the improvement of teacher competence in implementing learning process standard and cooperative cooperative learning in learning plan after class visit. (b) Want to know the improvement of teacher competence in implementing learning process standard and cooperative learning cooperative learning in learning implementation after class visit. This action research is conducted two cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The target of this research is the Class 5 Teachers of the year 2016/2017. From the analysis results obtained that the competence of teachers in implementing learning process standard and cooperative cooperative learning in the Learning Implementation Plan has increased that is cycle I (61.67%), cycle II (75.00%), while teacher competence in implementing cooperative cooperative learning in Implementation of Learning has increased that is cycle I (65%), cycle II (75,56%). The conclusion of this research is that collegial supervision through classroom visits can positively influence the improvement of teacher competence in implementing collaborative cooperative process standard and learning in the implementation plan of learning and implementation of learning.

The purpose of this study was to improve the competence of teachers in compiling a Learning Implementation Plan through continuous guidance at MIN 44 Alue Rindang District Lembah Seulawah District Aceh Besar District. This research is a School Action Research (SAR) using an action research design that includes planning, taking action, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this PTS were all teachers of MIN 44 Alue Rindang, Lembah Seulawah District, Aceh Besar District, totaling 8 teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the average competence of teachers in preparing lesson plans in the first cycle was 69% and 83% in the second cycle. Teacher competence in preparing lesson plans has increased, namely an increase of 14% from cycle I. It can be concluded that the competence of teachers in preparing lesson plans can be increased through continuous guidance.

Based on the problems faced by teachers in the preparation of the 2013 curriculum-based lesson plans, the purpose of this study is to improve the competence of teachers in preparing 2013 curriculum-based lesson plans by implementing supermic pinter. The design of this study used school action research conducted on 6 chemistry teachers in the target schools in Dumai. The results showed that the implementation of supermic pinter can improve teacher competence in preparing 2013 curriculum-based lesson plans, where in the first cycle the percentage of teacher competence was 60% with sufficient categories and increased to 84% with a very good category in cycle II. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of smart supermic can improve the competence of teachers in preparing plans for the implementation of 2013 curriculum-based learning in the Dumai City-assisted Middle School.

The research aims to improve the ability of teachers in compiling an assessment of the K13 process through academic supervision. The research method in this study is School Action Research. The results of the study showed that academic supervision could improve teacher competence in compiling the assessment of the learning process with an average learning process in the first cycle of 79% which was included in the sufficient category, and experienced an increase in the second cycle to 84.5% in the good category.

The study entitled "Improving teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans through ongoing academic supervision in SMP (Public Middle Schools) Negeri 2 Sabang" raised the issue of whether through continuous academic supervision it can improve teacher competence in preparing syllabi and lesson plans. This study aims to improve the competence of teachers in Sabang 2 Public Middle School in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. The subjects of this study were teachers of Sabang 2 Public Middle School in the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 13 teachers, consisting of 10 PNS teachers and 3 non PNS teachers. The method used is the school action research method. Data collection is done by test and observation techniques. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the first cycle 31% of teachers obtained the appropriate syllabus and lesson plan and were considered good and in cycle 2 there were 100% of teachers who had syllabus and lesson plans that were appropriate and considered good. The conclusion of this research is that through ongoing academic supervision scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans.

Esensi supervisi akademik tidak hanya menilai kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, melainkan juga membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  mutu pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Penerapan supervisi akademik digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus. Dengan dilaksanakannya supervise akademik, bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun administrasi mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.The essence of academic supervision is not only assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but also helping teachers develop their professional skills. This study aims to describe the improvement of the quality of learning through academic supervision. The application of academic supervision is used to improve the quality of student learning, student interest in learning, and the ability of teachers to manage the implementation of learning so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards. This research is in the form of School Action Research using descriptive methods, using percentage techniques to see the increase that occurs from cycle to cycle. By implementing academic supervision, continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in arranging teaching administration and can increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of learning.

The framework for developing the learning process includes three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The learning planning process that must be carried out by an educator includes the following main activities: 1. Make an annual program 2. Make a syllabus 3. Make a semester program4. Make a learning implementation plan 5. Make a test/evaluation program. Of the five elements mentioned above, the syllabus and lesson plans are the minimum preparation for an educator when they want to teach. Based on the results of the analysis in the 2019/2020 school year at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar, there is a problem with the low quality of some educators who make lesson plans, especially the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans. To solve the problem of the weak performance of educators, a study was conducted to see how far the academic supervision of the madrasah principal can improve the competence of educators in preparing the syllabus and lesson plans. This mini research was carried out using the madrasah action research method which lasted for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that continuous academic supervision has been scientifically proven to improve the competence of educators in preparing syllabus and lesson plans at MTsN 10 Tanah Datar. By increasing the competence of educators in compiling the syllabus and lesson plans, it is hoped that academic supervision activities will continue to be carried out regularly and educators will always be proactive in improving their competencies

the purpose of this activity is to meet the needs of teachers in improving teacher competence in the field of business management expertise of teachers in SMKN 1 and SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The reason for doing this classroom action research training (1) to make teachers sensitive and responsive to the dynamics of learning in its class. (2) Improving teachers' performance to become professionals (3) teachers improves the learning process through an in-depth assessment of what is happening in their classroom. (4) classroom action research does not interfere with a teacher's main task because the teacher does not need to leave the class. The results of these activities in the form of articles of scientific work of classroom action research used by teachers as material for improving the process and the results of student learning in the classroom. It is expected that through the classroom action research training and the accompaniment of the script writing of the classroom action research results. And ultimately teachers SMKN Surabaya and SMK Ketintang Surabaya Business Management can improve scientific publications and can increase functional allowance and teacher credit numbers in developing teacher careers.

This research is motivated by the weakness of teachers in preparing syllabus and plans for implementing learning. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competence in preparing syllabus and plan for implementing learning. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Lalak. This study uses school action research which consists of two cycles. The results of the study prove, the basic data of the teacher who compiled the learning device is 67% or as many as 8 teachers who collect. While the quality of the learning device is only 3 teachers with a large number of assessments of 70 with a percentage of 25% with very little category. In the first cycle the quantity of collection of learning devices increased to 92% while the quantity for the syllabus and lesson plans was above 70 with a percentage of 75% in the good category. In the second cycle, the quantity of teachers who compiled the syllabus increased to 100%. While the quality of the 12 teachers who compiled the syllabus and lesson plans, the assessment has been above 70 with a percentage of 100% in the excellent category. It can be concluded that by applying the academic supervision can improve the competence of teachers in preparing the syllabus and RPP at SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Lalak.
