Mothers certainly know that the main intake for babies is breast milk. However, in some cases, babies are forced to be fed infant formula to replace breast milk if according to medical indications and on the advice of medical personnel. Always consult a medical professional for the use of infant formula. Although the content is different from breast milk, now infant formula has been formulated with various kinds of nutrients that are good for baby's growth and development. For this reason, so that babies get adequate nutrition for their growth and development, the dose of baby's milk must be adjusted to their age and weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with formula feeding in infants aged 0-6 months. The research method used in this study is a cross sectional survey method. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies 0-6 months totaling 34 people. Samples were taken by total sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between information media, education, work and knowledge with the provision of formula milk to infants aged 0-6 months at the Rengas Health Center in 2019.

Breast milk (ASI) is the best source of nutrition for babies because it contains various nutrients needed in the growth and development of babies. Giving breast milk is highly recommended until the baby is 6 months old (Utami, 2005). Data on Exclusive Breastfeeding at Poasia Health Center in 2015 amounted to 77.07% and based on the results of surveys in several Posyandu in the Poasia Community Health Center working area, most of the visiting babies were given formula milk and complementary food for breast milk. This shows that the practice of exclusive breastfeeding is still low which can affect the growth and development of infants so that it will affect the quality of human resources. Research Objectives: To find out the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding at Posyandu in the working area of Poasia Health Center, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016. Research methods: The research conducted was analytical research with aapproach cross sectional. The study sample was mothers who had babies aged 7 to 24 months in the working area of Poasia Health Center with a total of 77 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of the study: the results of this study were the education of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding 80.8% of secondary education (SMA) mothers and those who did not provide exclusive breastfeeding 100% of mothers with higher education. Employment of mothers who provide exclusive breastfeeding 54.8% of working mothers and those who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding 100% of working mothers. The parity of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding was 67.7% in mothers with no risk (parity 2-3) and those who did not give exclusive breastfeeding 58.7% in mothers at risk parity (parity 1 and≥4), and there was a relationship between education, employment and maternal parity with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Kendari City Poasia Health Center with a value of ρvalue<0.05.

The main indicator of public health’s degree is infant mortility rate (IMR). One of the main things that cause infant mortility is diarrhea. The existence of diarrhea’s incidence in infants can be caused due to errors in the form of food other than breast milk feeding at the age of 4 months or the practise of infant feeding with formula milk (replacement feeding). This research was an observational analytic research with cross sectional approach. Samples obtained amounted to 80 respondents who are infants aged 2-4 months in various “posyandu” in the area of Central Klaten. This sample had fulfiilled the predetermined criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire. for the result, there were 21 respondents of 80 respondents obtained who had diarrhea. Respondents of exclusive breastfeeding who had frequency of diarrhea is rarely as many as 5 babies, whereas 1 baby for often category. Respondents of infant formula who had frequency of diarrhea is rarely as many as 12 babies, whereas 3 babies for often category. There were significant differences between infants who were breastfed exclusively with formula-fed infants againts diarrhea frequency indicated by the value of p = 0,032.Keywords: Frequency of Diarrhea, Exclusive Breast Feeding, Formula Feeding Infant, Infants Aged 2-4 Months

Exclusive breastfeeding is only breastfeeding without additional food and drinks in infants aged 0-6 months. Even water is not given in this exclusive breastfeeding stage. Breast milk is a fat emulsion in a solution of protein, lactose, and organic salt secreted by the two halves of the mother’s breast gland, as the main food for the baby. The composition of breast milk is not the same from time to time, this is based on lactation stage (Setiowati, 2010). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, maternal work and promotional media for formula milk with exclusive breastfeeding at the Puskesmas in the District of Pemangkat, Sambas Regency. The type of research used is the survey method with a cross sectional study approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with a sample of 57 mothers. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between the knowledge of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.054), there was no relationship between the attitudes of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.933), there was no correlation between the work of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.962) , and there is no relationship between the promotion media of formula milk with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.985). It was concluded that of all the variables tested there was no relationship with exclusive breastfeeding in infants in the Puskesmas that was as far as Pemangkat District, Sambas Regency. It is recommended that mothers give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies until they are 6 months old.

Kata Kunci : ASI, Ruang LaktasiFACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE USE OF LAKTATION ROOM IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE GUNUNG PATI  SEMARANGABSTRACTBreastfeeding is a physiological process to provide nutrition to the baby. Breast milk is the ideal nutrition for babies to optimally support the health, growth and development of babies. Breast milk has a complete energy and nutritional composition for infant growth and development, especially early in life. In the industrialization era of breastfeeding activity has decreased significantly. A working mother is the reason not to breastfeed. This condition causes the decreasing number of nursing mothers in Indonesia in the last 5 years. The achievement of low breastfeeding rates has affected the coverage rate of exclusive breastfeeding in 2014 to only about 27.5%. Therefore the Indonesian government considers it necessary to improve the exclusive breastfeeding program by the issuance of Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 on Exclusive Breastfeeding. The Government has determined that every provider of health facilities and workplaces and public place providers should provide lactation chambers in accordance with established provisions and standard procedures. The type of research used is explanatory research, which aims to test a hypothesis of the relationship between variables. The approach using cross sectional design with a sample of 99 people. Data analysis using univariable and bivariable analysis. The result of chi square test of age factor with Lactation Space utilization got p value 0,06 so there is no correlation between age factor with Lactation Room utilization whereas chi square test of education factor, perception and motivation with Lactation space utilization got p value 0,05 So there is a relationship between educational factors, perceptions and motivation with the utilization of Lactation Space. The suggestion is to socialize the utilization of lactation space. Keywords: Breast milk, Lactation Room

This study aims to identify the level of transformational leadership of principals and the level of school effectiveness in TS25 schools in Gua Musang District, Kelantan. In addition, this study also seeks to look at the relationship between the two variables involved, transformational leadership and school effectiveness. This quantitative study by cross-sectional survey method used two types of instruments, namely the Transformational leadership instrument by Leithwood and Jantzi (1999) and the school effectiveness instrument adapted from the study of Lazaridou and Iordanidis (2011. The sampling of the study involved four TS25 secondary schools with a total of 162 teachers. The findings of the study showed that the level of transformational leadership of principals and the level of school effectiveness was at a high level, with values (M = 4.17, SP = .604) and (M = 4.19, SP = .613) respectively. Further, correlation analysis showed that there was a very strong and significant relationship (r = .89, p <.01) between the two variables involved, namely transformational leadership and school effectiveness. It is hoped that the findings of this study can be used as a guide by the parties involved, especially the Ministry of Education Malaysia in strengthening the characteristics of high-performing leadership among school administrators towards improving school effectiveness through professionalism programs.
