The main objective of this study is to assess the ability of the enterprise to generate cash and cash equivalents of the industry. The researcher has selected two companies on the basis of the judgemental sampling method and the researcher has used for the data analysis like mean, trend analysis, and pair “t” test. The researcher has found out the review of the cash flow statement of TATA Steel and SAIL shows the cash inflow and cashes outflow of both the companies, which represents similar solvency and liquidity of both the companies. Thus, investors can invest in both companies because both companies have a sound cash position. So, it should be easy to identify the best investment option for investors. The cash flow statements of the selected two industries of steel sectors have been analysed using different parameters. The selected steel industries are TATA Steel and Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). The comparative evaluation of the cash flow statement describes the various variables of cash inflows and outflows of cash of both the industries and the similarity in inflows and outflows of cash. There are 12 variables that were very similar and the data of both the industries were available for the study period. From the analysis, it is concluded that both industries have more similarities in the cash inflow and cash outflow of cash flow statement.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016 yang berjumlah 45 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran modal kerja, perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks LQ45 dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 38,781 serta memiliki nilai signifikansi (sig.) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05.Kata Kunci : perputaran modal kerja, perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, perputaran ABSTRACTThis site of the research used is the LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2016 consisting of 45 companies. The total sample was 27 companies which are determined by purposive sampling method. Technique of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research showed the variables of working capital turnover, cash flow, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have a positive and significant effect simultaneously toward the profitability of the companies listed on LQ45 index with F value of 38,781 and a significant value (sig.) of 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.Keywords: working capital turnover, cash flow, receivable turn over, inventory turnover, profitability.

This research aims to know the financial statements have been drawn up by the institutions of the mosque especially XYZmosque for later comparison with the PSAK Number 45 and PSAK Number 109 and solved into the financial statements basedon the combination of PSAK Number 45 and PSAK Number 109. The Type of this research is a qualitative descriptive by usingprimary and secondary data collected by using the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. In this researchthe author did data analysis by collecting, reduction, and serves data to be drawn a conclusion. The validity of data waschecked using the triangulation method. The results of this research are the financial statements have been prepared by XYZmosque are still not in accordance with the PSAK Number 45 and or PSAK Number 109. Financial report compiled by XYZmosque still in the form of a simple cash book. The combination is done by compiling financial position reports and activityreports based on PSAK Number 45 in which account assets neto was changed to fund balance, asset-run changes report basedon PSAK Number 109, and the cash flow statement and the notes of financial statements based on PSAK Number 45.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.
