The biological ecosystem is a common conceptual model used to describe the organization and interplay of elements in many systems, including learning systems. However, the analogy is rarely fully extended to all components of the original biological model. This chapter fully extends the ecosystem analogy for use in describing a modern learning ecosystem, including those parallels most often left absent. It also provides examples as to how extending these analogies can aid learning engineers and scholars to better understand, diagnose, and design effective learning models. Throughout, this modern learning ecosystem analogy will be applied to an online public school learning model.

This paper would like to descripte the characteristics of learning that focused on the learners, the benefits, the weaknesses and the steps of its use to achieve the goal of learning Arabic. Learning model is an important part which is understood by every Arabic teacher to be able to present the condition of learning that is always fun for learners. An effective model for learning in Arabic is the learning model that concentrated to student. The use of this learning model is believed to be able to improve the four competencies of Arabic learners, namely the ability to speak, write, read and hear. For this reason, an Arabic teacher must understand the various variants of an effective learning model which centered on the learning potential of students in order to present the materials in an enjoyable. Therefore, it is important for any Arabic teacher to change the teacher-centered paradigm which is conventional teaching towards a modern learning paradigm which centered to the creative ability of students during the Arab learning proccess. The use of learning models which focused to learners in Arabic learning should be supported by teacher innovation that can empower learners to be active during learning. In addition, the teacher seeks to construct the latest Arabic material by utilizing the technology media relevant to the progress of the global education world, especially in learning Arabic as the language of the Islamic world and religious language.

The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan City with one of the teachers as resource persons. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are observations of learning models at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan during the covid-19 pandemic. Learning that is usually carried out in person is now being shifted to distance learning or daring. In the implementation of learning during this pandemic, appropriate and effective learning models are needed to support the success of the teaching and learning process. The application of the learning model is one of the main factors in the learning process. This is because when applying the appropriate learning model, the learning process and learning outcomes will be as expected. There are several factors that support teachers in the learning process, namely the availability of mobile phones, quotas and a stable internet network. In addition to the factors that support bold learning, there are also several inhibiting factors for teachers in bold learning. The inhibiting factors include not all students have cellphones and there are still many parents who are busy working.

This research is motivated by the discovery of learning that does not take place in two directions between teachers and students, as well as a lack of learning that hones students' abilities, skills, and creativity in learning. Through mentoring, it is hoped that teachers can arrange effective learning to make students active, one of which is somatic, auditory, visual, and intellectual (SAVI) learning. This research is a school action research conducted on 6 teachers of SDN 009 Teluk Kiambang. The instrument used was the observation sheet. The results showed that in the first cycle the teacher's ability was 65.83 in the sufficient category, in the second cycle it was 79.16 which was in the good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ability of SDN 009 Teluk Kiambang SDN teachers in developing the SAVI learning model has increased through mentoring by the principal as a researcher.

Education aims to develop the potential of students to become quality human resources. The implementation of education takes place in a learning activity. Through the learning process there will be changes, development, progress, both in terms of physical, motoric, intellectual, social emotional and attitudes and values. One of the abilities that must be developed is the analytical and reasoning skills of students, because it will be used in solving problems in everyday life. This article aims to analyze an effective learning model to improve the analytical and reasoning skills of students. This research is a literature study. Analysis of effective learning models to improve the analytical and reasoning power of students is drawn from various references and research results. It was found that one of the learning models that can improve analytical and reasoning skills is the problem-based learning model. Problem-based learning uses a variety of intelligences needed to confront the real world. Problem-based learning is an innovation in learning because in PBL the thinking ability of students is really optimized through a systematic group or team work process so that students can empower, hone, test and develop their thinking skills on an ongoing basis.

The purpose of this research has been to identify modern and effective learning models, based on constructionism, in learning biological concepts. The author shows that the cognitive, formative, and emotional benefits, of combined learning models to obtain the best results in the construction of concepts, by students' effort, in accordance with Papert's constructionism ideas. The researcher recommends using the techno-empirio-psycho-sociocentric (TEPS) combined model, based on information and communication technologies (ICTs), in individual-and team-based rediscovery of new biological concepts. When no ICTs are used, the empirio-psycho-socio-centric model is recommended. As an alternative or in combination with, these learning models, the researcher promotes the techno-logo-psychocentric (TLP) model in presentations of science as a finished product when ICTs are used or the logo-psychocentric modernized (LPM) model, with attractive procedures, without ICTs.
