This study aims to describe the questioning strategy used by teachers in learning Indonesian at SMP Negeri 1 Seunudon, North Aceh Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this research is a teacher in the field of Indonesian language studies at SMP Negeri 1 Seunudon. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the question used by the teacher in learning. Research data can be in the form of types of teacher questions that are asked using strategies. To obtain data, this study used observation and recording techniques. Based on the results of the study, teachers in the field of Indonesian language studies at SMP Negeri 1 Seunudon, North Aceh Regency actively use several questioning strategies in asking questions to students by referring to the theory that the author uses. First, the waiting time strategy, which is the most dominant length of time given as a teacher strategy is 1-3 seconds and with 3-5 seconds it is only used for some questions (B1). Second, strengthening strategy (B2). This strategy is also known as giving rewards or awards. This strategy is done by giving some expressions that can make students feel happy, such as: very good, very true, and a hundred for you. Third, the strategy of exploring questions (B3). This strategy is used by providing follow-up questions taken from students' answers and then used as questions. The use of this strategy aims to make students convey the information that is known in full, and Fourth, the interaction equation strategy (B4). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang strategi bertanya yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Seunudon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bidang studi Bahasa Indonesia yang ada di SMP Negeri 1 Seunudon. Sedangkan, objek penelitian ini adalah pertanyaan yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran. Data penelitian dapat berupa jenis-jenis pertanyaan guru yang diajukan dengan menggunakan strategi. Untuk memperoleh data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan rekam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa guru bidang studi Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 1 Seunudon Kabupaten Aceh Utara secara aktif menggunakan beberapa strategi bertanya dalam mengajukan pertanyaan kepada siswa dengan mengacu pada teori yang penulis gunakan. Pertama, strategi waktu tunggu, yaitu lama waktu yang paling dominan diberikan sebagai strategi guru adalah 1-3 detik dan dengan waktu 3-5 detik hanya digunakan untuk beberapa pertanyaan (B1). Kedua, strategi penguatan (B2). Strategi ini disebut juga dengan pemberian reward atau penghargaan. Strategi ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan beberapa ungkapan yang dapat membuat siswa merasa senang, seperti: bagus sekali, betul sekali, dan seratus buat kamu. Ketiga, strategi pertanyaan menggali (B3). Strategi ini digunakan dengan cara memberikan pertanyaan lanjutan yang diambil dari jawaban siswa kemudian dijadikan sebagai pertanyaan. Penggunaan strategi ini bertujuan agar siswa menyampaikan informasi yang diketahui secara lengkap, dan Keempat, strategi persamaan interaksi (B4). The cultivation of spiritual values to learners is a very vital step in shaping the characteristics and character of the human person, because the internalization of spiritual values is closely related to the cultivation of religious values, and is part of the formation of adolescent character as the next generation of religion and nation. This research is to find out the process of planting and internalizing spiritual value education conducted at The Senior high school of Mafaza Institute located in the Maguntapan Bantul area of Yogyakarta, while the type in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, while the subject in this study is teachers or teachers at this institution as well as some M.A. Mafaza students. While the data collected passes through the process of interviews, observations and documentation which then the author of the data analysis to draw conclusions. The results of this study show the following: 1). The process of planting and internalizing values and spiritual in this institution is carried out with an understanding of the material in the classes. 2). Then as a follow-up in the form of application in programs and activities such as requiring mandatory congregational prayers, sunnah worship and others, there are also activities such as the loving mosque and the the Adiwiata program. So from there it is seen that all aspects in value and spiritual, namely the aspect of Aqidah and Worship become the center of attention in planting to their students. So that it covers everything, either in the pattern of vertical relationship (Servant-Godnya) or horizontal (Servants and Environment).

This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

This article covers the effort to restore the originality of regional names in West Sumatra. The effort aims to fulfill the mandate of UUD 1945.The chapters and verses on the language are included in Section XV, Article 36 UUD 1945 Subsection (4) mentions: "The naming as referred to in subsection (1) and subsection (3) may use regional language or foreign language when it has historical, cultural, customs, and/or religious values." There is almost no society in West Sumatera who reads, understands, and follow up the mandate of the UUD 1945 until 74 years of Indonesian independence. This article reports the results of the ‘qualitative-descriptive’ research on the names of areas in Padang City, one of the level II regions of West Sumatra. The regional names of the villages (103) at 11 sub-district of Padang was recorded, listed, and grouped. The name was confirmed by the authenticity of two respondents/public figure and government.It is noted that 70% of the regional names in Padang have been damaged; among others, using Indonesian vocabulary or vocabulary that is not in Minangkabau language and/or Indonesian at all. This percentage, then based on Kemendagri’s website, is assumed to reach 80% for regional name damage in all 19 regions in West Sumatera. The total number of nagari-level regions in West Sumatera is 903 units. The next research projects the ultimate goals: (1) the written regional naming document in Sumbar: the book of the regional name origin (historical value) and the book/dictionary of regional naming of Sumbar; (2) the birth of Perda Sumbar to return the original name of the district of Sumbar; and (3) desimination (1) and (2) on 19 district/city of Sumbar. Abstrak Artikel ini mencakup upaya mengembalikan keaslian nama daerah di Sumbar. Upaya tersebut bertujuan untuk memenuhi amanat UUD 1945. Pasal dan ayat tentang kebahasaan dimuat pada Bab XV, Pasal 36 UUD 1945 Ayat (4) berisi: “Penamaan sebagaimana yang dimaksud pada Ayat (1) dan Ayat (3) dapat menggunakan bahasa daerah atau bahasa asing apabila memiliki nilai sejarah, budaya, adat-istiadat, dan/atau keagamaan.” Hampir tidak ada masyarakat Sumbar yang membaca, memahami, dan menindaklanjuti amanat UUD 1945 itu sampai 74 tahun kemerdekaan Indonesia. Artikel ini melaporkan hasil penelitian ‘kualitatif-deskriptif’ tentang nama-nama daerah di Kota Padang, salah satu dari daerah tingkat II di Sumbar. Nama daerah se-tingkat kelurahan (103) pada 11 kecamatan Kota Padang dicatat, didaftar, dan dikelompokkan. Daftar nama itu dikonfirmasikan keasliannya kepada 2 orang responden/tokoh masyarakat dan pemerintah. Tercatat bahwa 70% nama daerah itu rusak; di antaranya, menggunakan kosa kata bahasa Indonesia atau kosa kata yang tidak ada dalam bahasa Minangkabau dan/atau bahasa Indonesia. Persentase ini kemudian, sesuai dengan data pada laman Kemendagri, diasumsikan mencapai 80% untuk kerusakan seluruh nama daerah di 19 kabupaten dan kota Sumbar. Jumlah keseluruhan daerah setingkat nagari di Sumbar adalah 903 buah. Penelitian lanjutan memproyeksikan sasaran akhir: (1) tersusunnya dokumen penamaan daerah di seluruh wilayah Sumbar: buku asal-usul nama daerah (nilai sejarah) dan buku dan/atau kamus penamaan daerah Sumbar,  (2) lahirnya Perda Provinsi Sumbar ‘pengembalian nama asli daerah Sumbar’; dan (3) desiminasi (1) dan (2) pada 19 kabupaten dan kota Sumbar. This study is based on the existence of learning activities that are less responsive to various individual characteristics. To meet these demands, teachers need to understand students' characteristic. If the teacher in delivering the lesson material less attention to the characteristics of the students and the personality traits of students is not used as a foothold in learning, students will have difficulty understanding the subject matter. Whatever efforts are chosen and performed by the teacher and the lesson designer if they are not based on individual characteristics of the student as subject of learning, then the developed learning will not be meaningful for the students. Characteristics of students is very important to know by educators, because it is very important to be a reference in formulating learning strategies. Learning strategy is developed by teachers and implemented through learning methods to the students so that the learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach and data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation in SDN Cikokol 2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk-bentuk interferensi morfologi bahasa Jawa dalam bahasa Indonesia, (2) bentuk-bentuk interferensi sintaksis bahasa Jawa dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan (3) faktor penyebab terjadinya interferensi morfologi dan sintaksis bahasa Jawa dalam bahasa Indonesia pada hasil karangan menulis laporan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah hasil karangan pada pembelajaran menulis laporan berbahasa Indonesia Objek yang diteliti adalah bentuk-bentuk interferensi morfologi dan sintaksis bahasa Jawa dalam bahasa Indonesia beserta faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat serta pengisian angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode padan intralingual dengan teknik Hubung Banding Membedakan. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui ketekunan pengamatan dan pemeriksaan sejawat. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bentuk-bentuk interferensi morfologi bahasa Jawa dalam bahasa Indonesia meliputi proses morfologis dan morfofonemis. Interferensi proses morfologis meliputi afiksasi dan reduplikasi. Interferensi proses morfofonemis berupa peluluhan fonem pada awal kata berprefiks {N-}.Interferensi sintaksis meliputi pola konstruksi frasa, penggunaan preposisi, konjungsi, dan partikel. Faktor penyebab terjadinya interferensi morfo-logi dan sintaksis bahasa Jawa dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah faktor linguistik meliputi penguasaan B1, rendahnya penguasaan B2 dan faktor kedwibahasaan. Faktor nonlinguistik meliputi kebiasaan, lingkungan, sikap bahasa, motivasi, guru, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: interferensi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan faktor penyebab The grammatical interference of Javanese language in Indonesian essay of junior secondary school students’ AbstractThis research was aimed to describe (1) Javanese morphological interference forms in Indone-sian language, (2) Javanese syntactic interference forms in Indonesian language, and (3) the factors cousing Javanese morphological and syntactic interference in Indonesian essay. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research were the essay as learning outcomes. The objects of this research were Javanese morphological and syntactic interference forms in Indonesian language and the factors that cause the morphological and syntactic interference. The data were collected by reading and writing techniques and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the unified intralingual method with Connecting Appeal Differentiating techniques. The validity of the data obtained from a continous observation and peer review. The results of this research find the mor-phological and syntactical interference. The morphological interference includes morphologies and morphophonemic processes. The morphologies interference process includes affixation and reduplica-tion. The morphophonemic interference process was the result of phoneme at the beginning of the word with prefix {N-}. The syntactical interference includes the pattern of phrase constructions, the use of prepositions, conjunctions, and particles. The causes of Javanese morphological and syntactic interference in Indonesian language are linguistic factors including the mastery of L1, low mastery of L2, and bilingualism factors. Nonlinguistic factors include habits, environments, language attitudes, motivations, teachers, and learning evaluations.Keywords: interference, morphological, syntactic, and causes factors

<p class="Isi">Conflict within a team of student teachers during their internship is one problem that needs to be managed and overcome in order to make their performance better. Student teachers are expected to establish good communication and resolve conflicts wisely. The subjects of this study were six student teachers who had internships in a YSKI school in Semarang from July to November 2016. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results are presented in descriptive narration to explain the conflict and how it was resolved.</p><p><em>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK:  Konflik dalam tim mahasiswa guru internship merupakan salah satu masalah yang dapat harus dikelola dan diatasi agar tidak meluas dan mengganggu kinerja mereka dalam praktek mengajar di sekolah. Mahasiswa guru diharapkan dapat membangun komunikasi yang baik dan menyelesaikan konflik dengan bijaksana. Subyek penelitian ini adalah enam mahasiswa guru yang melakukan internship di sekolah YSKI Semarang periode Juli-November 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya disajikan secara deskriptif narasi menjelaskan terjadinya konflik dan mengatasinya.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Abstract The research on the infixed words in KBBI (Indonesian Great Dictionary) aims at describing the infixed words in the structure of the dictionary. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this study is the Fourth Edition of KBBI, while the object of research is the infixed entries contained in the dictionary. The data used in this study is the whole infixed words that made the entry in the dictionary. Data collection is carried out by reading and writing techniques. The data analysis steps are performed by collecting the entries, sorting the entries, classifying the entries by category or criteria according to the entry structure. The analysis is carried out after classification. The result of the research shows that in Fourth Edition of KBBI, there are twenty infixed words which are divided into four infixes -el-, -em-, -er-, and -in- and arranged as the main entry, i.e gelembung (bubbles), gelenang (grateful), geletar (tremble), geligi (teeth), gemeletuk (tingling), gemelugut (shrieking), gemeresik (rustling), gemeretak (rattling), gemerencang ( clanging), gemerincing (jingling), gemerlap (sparkling), gemetar (trembling), gemuntur (thundering), gemuruh  (rumbling), gerigi (serrations), serabut (fibers), seruling (flutes), sinambung (continuous), telingkah (hoarse), and telunjuk (finger). The word gerisik in the dictionary has the same basic meaning as the rhyme form, although the word geresik as the basic form of rustle are not found, while gerincing is the basic form of rattle, although the word gerencing is not found because the clanging rhyme is given the equivalent of word gemerincing to refer to the formation used. Meanwhile, in the dictionary, the word seruling (flute) that is supposed to be a derivation form of the word suling is created to be one of the meanings of the suling entry instead.  Abstrak Penelitian tentang kata-kata berinfiks pada Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kata-kata berinfiks dalam struktur kamus tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia Edisi Keempat, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah lema berinfiks yang terdapat di dalam kamus tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kata berinfiks yang dijadikan lema dalam kamus tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Langkah-langkah analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan lema, mengurutkan lema, mengklasifikasikan lema berdasarkan kategori atau kriteria sesuai dengan struktur lema. Penganalisisan dilakukan setelah dilakukan pengklasifikasian. Dari hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa di dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia Edisi Keempat terdapat dua puluh kata berinfiks yang dibedakan menjadi empat infiks -el-, -em-, -er-, dan -in- dan disusun sebagai lema utama, yaitu gelembung, gelenang, geletar, geligi,  gemeletuk, gemelugut, gemeresik, gemeretak,  gemerencang, gemerincing, gemerlap, gemetar, gemuntur, gemuruh, gerigi, serabut, seruling,  sinambung, telingkah, dan telunjuk. Kata gerisik dalam kamus tersebut bermakna dasar yang sama dengan bentuk jadian gemeresik meskipun tidak ditemukan kata geresik sebagai bentuk dasar gemeresik, sedangkan gerincing merupakan bentuk dasar gemerencing kendatipun tidak ditemukan kata gerencing karena pada lema gemerincing diberi padanan kata gemerencing untuk mengacu bentukan yang dipakai. Sementara itu, kata seruling yang seharusnya merupakan bentuk derivasi dari kata suling dalam kamus tersebut malah dijadikan salah satu makna dari lema suling.

Social political change in society is one of the social facts that cannot be avoided. The socio-political phenomenon is a dynamic and tentative situation. This research is oriented towards analyzing the political changes of the Mataraman society in Kediri. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach with case studies. Primary and secondary data sources are obtained from interviews and references, supporting documents are used as a tool in describing the subject of the study. The results showed that the political dynamics in Kediri influenced the changes in political patterns of the Mataraman society in Kediri. The powerful socio-culture of Matraman society is not faded with the changes in political choices occurred.

Thematic interpretation (maudhu’i) is a pattern of interpretation by collecting verses of the Koran that have the same goal, meaning they both discuss one topic and arrange them based on the period of the verse down and pay attention to the background of the causes of the descent, then given explanation, description, comments, and points of content of the sentence. The purpose of this literature research is to find out thematic interpretations (maudhu'i) of the subject of the concept of student management in Islamic Education Institutions. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used was library research. The results of the literature review are: Based on the verses that have been described and analyzed, in the field of student management, the thematic interpretations are raised on QS. Al-Kahfi verses 23-24 and 69, QS Al-Hasyr verse 18, QS Az-Zumar verse 29, QS An-Nahl verse 125, and QS Al-Furqan verse 74, provide an explanation and explanation of the meaning of how student management is in perspective Al-Qur'an. Each of which is in the content as described above, namely that every activity to be carried out must be made with good planning, organization, and implementation and control, which in this case is especially in Surah Al-Kahfi verse 69 and Al-Furqan verse. 74 regarding guidance to students, so that students can develop their talents and interests as well as their competencies so that they become dzurriyah which are qurrota a'yun for parents and their second parents, namely the board of teachers in the Islamic educational institution.

One of the problem faced in early childhood now is the weakness in memorizing short hadiths. Hadiths is no lesson that can be achieved by just learning it, without making it. A habit to memorizing it since childhood. Hadits learning through memorization can be started from habituation done at home or school, with habituation installed since childhood wiol provide many benefits to children. The study aims to find out how the implementation of multimedia based learning in memorizing the hadith and the impact it causes as well as supporting in memorizing the hadiths in Raudhatul Atfhal Darul Adib Menteng Medan.  This type of research is field research with qualitative descriptive approach the subject of this study Raudhatul Atfhal Darul Adib Menteng Medan students. The result showed that through multimedia based learning in memorizing the short hadiths makes children memorable it will strengthen children’s memory with a sense of heart and build lovw to our prophet Muhammad Saw.
